(Politics and the Human Spirit – Installment 10)

Maybe the best way to distinguish the “noble” from the “savage” in human nature and human affairs is to answer a simple question:

What drives the angels?

While angels, or ethereal beings, aren’t perfect in the “God” sense of the word… they’re much closer to perfection than we humans are… so close, in fact, that from our earthly point of view angels seem omnipresent and all-powerful. They seem to embody all of the nobility of God.

Our INIT group (1995-2000) learned quite a lot about ethereal beings, as information about the afterlife streamed into our computers, TVs, phones, and other research equipment from the finer realms of spirit. In some ITC contacts our spirit friends (departed humans at Timestream spirit group) told us about the ethereal beings who visited their world occasionally… coming through shimmering portals… glowing in rainbow colors. In other contacts the ethereals themselves communicated with us… sharing tremendous wisdom and depth.

This is one of The Seven ethereals working with our INIT group, as it presented itself on the TV of our Luxembourg member, Maggy Fischbach. A being much like that exists within each of us... is part of us... is superimposed over our physical body... remains invisible to our senses and sciences. Thoughts and impressions from that ethereal self, deep within, bubble up into our conscious mind. Ethereal impressions are the source of noble human behavior.

If I can capture some of those ethereal qualities here, in this article, then I think we’ll have a fair idea of what purely noble human behavior would look like… and the challenges we would face trying to adopt it here on Earth.

Essentially we have a savage self that’s wrapped up in our carnal body and mind… and we have a noble self… an ethereal, “god-like” self, resting deep within us. The savage self lasts a lifetime; the noble self lasts forever.

The ethereal spirit within us is the source of noble human behavior… and if we can get a clear sense of what that is, then maybe we can use that knowledge to reshape our politics… as we reshape ourselves.

Our Ethereal (Noble) Qualities

Following are some of the finer qualities of ethereal beings, as gleaned from ITC messages in the 1990s. The italicized passages are the actual words of our spirit friends (in some cases translated from German). The other passages (underlined or bulleted) are my interpretations of the spirit messages.

1 – Love completely… but appropriately to your soul purpose.  The fullness of our unlimited love is open to any soul in a way that can best be accepted by that soul. (The Seven ethereals)

  • Learn your soul purpose, through meditation and inner reflection… (not an easy feat!… but a wondrous journey…) and love accordingly.

2 – Acknowledge others without judgmentChildren of Earth, people of Terra! Often, when we come to take you home at the end of your earthly lives, we notice that you are in great haste. Like someone who unexpectedly has guests coming, you dash to and fro and try to get some order in the chambers of your spirit and your heart. You quickly get things out of the way which you left lying around carelessly for a long time. You hide other things under the furniture and the carpet because you are ashamed that you neglected them. Dear people! We come only to greet you, not to judge you. The pupil is not being judged after an hour of testing, but only after his entire period of learning.  (The Seven ethereals)

  • Don’t be too hard on others… nor on yourself; we’re all doing the best we can.

3 – Strive for peace on Earth… but know the limitations of being carnal in a material worldMeat-eating man really gets in his own way. Man cannot live in the natural environment without using force. It has become part of your world and you cannot ignore it. Even peace, as far as you have it, only exists to the extent that you limit force in solving your conflicts. The same is true of peace with nature and the animal life. (The Seven ethereals)

  • Our dreams of peace can go only so far on Earth.

4 – Envision and manifest unityWe think that an emerging human vision should be the measure of things. We do not share the anxiety some of you have of a larger-scale cooperation which would be fostered by an ultimate umbrella organization. There certainly can be no argument about governing or serving this kind of cooperation. Circulating the idea (from us and from you) that it is presently “too early” to set up a stable field, can be the very obstacle that will prevent this field. Everybody is responsible for what he/she sows and reaps. These thoughts have been presented to you several times. Unfortunately they have not been understood by everyone here and on your side. I have already asked you once: What holds you back from setting up such an organization? To this date, we have not been given an instructive and informative answer. Let us say again that fear has always been a bad advocate. (The Seven ethereals, speaking of an umbrella ITC organization… but it could be broadened in reference to an authorized United Nations, an umbrella world government)

  • The “stable field” mentioned here consists of resonant thoughts and expectations of everyone involved in a project… and it shapes the living reality that bridges various realms. For a world government to receive direct help from ethereal realms (a very definite possibility!) a stable field will be necessary.

5 – Understand morality and live morally.  We, The Seven, have decided to help and support the way chosen by you in INIT. It is the way of morals, which means to understand, to acknowledge, to devise, and to act. (The Seven ethereals)

  • Understand the information received by the conscious mind from ethereal realms (including from the higher self), acknowledge it, adjust it to fit the world at this time, and act accordingly. Morality.

6 – Avoid fear and envy, which lead to darkness and destructionIt is easy to forget that you are still on the physical side of the veil and have your daily battles with all the shortcomings of physical life. We notice how under the weight of a stone all kinds of repulsive worms and vermin accumulate. So it is under the weight of fear and envy that hate and thoughts of destruction come forth. Do not think that you only have to awaken what is humane and dignified in a person to make them walk the way of the light. (The Seven ethereals)

  • Live on Earth, as best we can, in the light of love, understanding, and acceptance.

7 – Stand against tyranny, protect the peopleShall we leave doors open (to human corruption)… or shall we close them?… Our decision: Protect the citizens. (The Seven ethereals)

  • This is an excerpt of a message delivered, I believe, by The Seven ethereals during a rare, direct intervention into recent election fraud that would have turned a dark tide on Earth. ”Rare,” to say the least! I have not heard directly from The Seven since the breakup of our ITC group (INIT) around the year 2000… and I wondered (in my gloomier moments) if maybe they’d given up on ITC and maybe even on humanity. (If an international research panel of spiritually motivated men and women with the best of intentions couldn’t get along for more than four or five years, what chances were there for humanity?!) When I heard through the web that someone had stymied the latest efforts to steal yet another US election, I was captivated. I’d been watching the stealing of US elections since the year 2000, and there were moments when I myself had nearly lost all hope in humanity as I watched the devastating, shock-and-awe repercussions unleashed by the illegitimate Bush administration. When I finally tracked down the actual letter from “the protectors of democracy” who claimed responsibility for thwarting the latest effort at a stolen election, I got chills on my spine, the hair on the back of my neck bristled, and my jaw dropped. The depth, the wisdom, and the perfect metaphors in the letter were intimately characteristic of The Seven as I’d gotten to know them in the 1990s… and today, two months after the 2012 election fraud incident, I firmly believe it was The Seven who saved the day. It would take some mighty solid proof to convince me otherwise… to persuade me that someone on Earth had circumvented the fraud and composed the letter. I’d need the names of the “cyber sleuths,” their technical and literary background, the techniques they used, and so on. Until then, I’m comfortable “knowing” it was a job requiring herculean talents, and that The Seven stepped in to help humanity at a crucial moment in our history. (Read more about the election-fraud incident and see the complete letter…)

8 – Help those in need… with tact and discretionWe accompany the lonely and grieving. We lie next to the sick and we ease the burden of the suffering. We love human beings, but people sometimes expect this love to give them something which we cannot give because you are unable or unprepared to receive it. We do understand your desperation and your skepticism, your doubt and your anger. We know you are only on a journey. Once you get back to us, you will feel like the child who sits smiling and secure on its mother’s lap. (The Seven ethereals)

  • Those in need don’t always know what they need. Those wishing to help don’t always know how to help. We can only do the best we can… learn from expert sources such as the 12-Step Program… and live with knowledge that a more tranquil and true reality awaits us once we leave Earth’s carnal illusions behind.

9 – Advise, don’t dictateWe only give you advice. We would never command you or insist on a particular action. (The Seven ethereals)

  • Our savage side may need to be closely managed by ourselves and by society, but our noble side flourishes in freedom.

10 – Discern the information to bring into this worldWe seek council with the higher beings to determine the information to send to Earth. (Timestream spirit group)

  • As wide-ranging information streams into our conscious minds from diverse spiritual worlds, it’s up to us to determine what information is or is not suitable to act on… what information would help or hurt the world around us.

11 – Know the human purposeWe whom you call Rainbow People have often given you the real purpose of ITC contacts: Mankind at the end time should be led back to the principle. Light and darkness shall unite and form a whole again. What people experience now is not the actual beginning of the apocalypse, but only the first symptoms of it. Before opposites can be united, the strength of unity among ITC people must increase and come from a pure heart. (The Seven ethereals)

  • Carnal life is a strange dichotomy of light and darkness. We’re noble creatures at our core with savage inclinations near the surface… and as the end approaches (not just our personal end-of-life but also the end of an epoch), it’s time to pull the loose ends together into the complete human package as we prepare for the next adventure.

12 – Know the human heritageIn reality, the legends of the Fall of Man are based on a factual incident: the downfall of the civilization you often call Atlantis (also known by other names). This downfall was brought about by the descendants of the last inhabitants of Marduk (Eden) who became marooned on planet Terra. This downfall came through reliance and blind trust in a massive technology. (The Seven ethereals)

  • The Seven ethereals shared some world-changing information with our INIT group over the years… information pertaining to our ancient heritage.

13 – Be aware of many spiritual levelsSome of us regard the Ethereals as great souls or creators. They live on our plane and yet are really not among us. They can ascend to higher planes and again “bend down” to our level. (Timestream spirit group)

  • For all of the many levels of spiritual existence there are corresponding spiritual levels within us. We are, after all, a microcosm of God’s totality. Through spiritual practice we can train the carnal self to be more receptive to our ethereal self.

14 – Sustain a rapport between the carnal and ethereal worldsThis is the seventh time that we accompany and guide you on your progress toward a free, wealthy and sane future in which humanity would have stripped off the chains of intolerance and cruelty. A future in which it will be able to establish fruitful, endurable relationships with the Light, ethereal realms of existence. (The Seven ethereals)

  • As we develop our personal rapport with our ethereal self, humanity can also foster a rapport with the brilliant beings in ethereal realms. That could be done through ITC.

15 – Know God as the absolute realityMany Earth people mistakenly perceive God as a person or an individual entity. God is not a person but the highest principle of life, as well as the absolute reality. (The Seven ethereals)

  • To consider God a mere myth is the grandest, most perverse human illusion… one that is easy to fall into during a carnal lifetime.

16 – Tap into unlimited power, wisdom, and goodnessThe Ethereals’ power is almost unlimited and so is their wisdom and goodness. Their entire being is illuminated by understanding and forgiveness. It is impossible to describe the good feeling that overcomes the person who faces them and can speak to them… (Timestream spirit group)

  • The dazzling and delightful sensations can be almost overwhelming as we begin to build a bridge between our carnal and ethereal minds… for example through practiced heart meditations.

17 – Anticipate an afterlife adventureEvery being is a unity of spirit and body that cannot be separated on earth or in spirit. The only difference is the fact that the physical body disintegrates and in its place comes the astral body. Our message is to tell you that your life goes on. Any speculations on how an individual will experience it are bound to be limited in validity. All your scientific, medical or biological speculations miss the mark of these realities. What serves as “real” to science is not close to reality in the broad picture. It is no more than a word in a book.

(The Seven Ethereals Timestream Spirit Group: the spirit of Friedrich Juergenson)

  • Spiritual reality is too vast and diverse to be comprehended by the carnal mind… trapped as it is in an illusory, short-lived existence. So… be ready for the ultimate adventure that we call afterlife. Prepare for it with noble choices… savor the possibilities… but don’t get bogged down in detailed expectations.

.

Someday humanity will probably abandon its old-fashioned, bipolar beliefs in good and evil, God and Satan, heaven and hell… and replace them with a more rational understanding of our noble-savage nature.

That understanding will help reshape politics and economics and all manner of human endeavor… and it will help prepare us for incomprehensible adventures that await us as human beings and as a human species.

It will involve a committed effort to embrace our noble heritage and to face the difficult task of coming to terms with our savage inclinations.

It will be a crucial time for humanity… like an alcoholic’s first month of sobriety….

And that time might be upon us.

If I’m right about #7 above…

the writing is on the wall.

Thanks to the savage side of human nature, there’s been election fraud as long as people have been voting to elect government officials.

Read more about the history of election fraud

What’s transpired here in the States since the year 2000 will probably go down in history as the most outrageous and most bizarre example of election fraud ever… thanks largely to 1) the application of modern technologies to gratify savage human motivations (lying, cheating, stealing, fear-mongering, character assassination, greed, desire to prevail at any cost….)… followed up by 2) a stunning twist in the closing hours of the 2012 election.

Here’s what seems to have been happening (judging from the reports cited in the links below)… most of the mayhem apparently choreographed by the neoconservative mastermind … Karl Rove:

2000 election night – The Presidential race between Vice President Al Gore and conservative candidate George W Bush was neck-and-neck as most of the results from the 50 states were in, and it all came down to the votes being electronically tallied in the state of Florida. Thanks to fraudulent voting machines, punchcard ballots, and a 5-4 decision by the US Supreme Court, Bush narrowly won Florida and the US Presidential election, and neoconservative politics with oil industry connections took over the White House… opening the way to subsequent years of massive military destruction in the oil-rich Middle East… but that’s another story. This would all be a huge turning point for America away from democracy….

Meanwhile, many people noticed the fraud underway on election night, and began to dig for answers….

(More about 2000 election fraud at voterfraud.org – - BBC – - scoop.co.nz – -dissidentvoice.org – - truthmove.org  – -  onlisareinradar.com  - –  commondreams.com)

2002 – President Bush signed into law the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), which was (in the words of Shakespeare) one of those “instruments of darkness that tell us truths… win us over with honest trifles to betray us in deepest consequence.” Essentially, HAVA promised noble voting reforms while distributing the oversight of voting, including electronic voting machines, to the 50 state governments, where computer tampering could easily change election-night voting results in key states like Ohio, Virginia, and Florida. This opened the way to blatant election fraud in the upcoming 2004 Presidential election.

2004 election night – electronic voting results were manipulated, especially in Ohio, which secured a second Presidential term for GW Bush. This time there was a major outcry.

(More about 2004 election fraud at The Nation – - BushStole04.com – - The Landes Report  - –  commondreams.com - - Business Week - – wired.com – -indymedia.org – - blackboxvoting.org – - enquirer.com – - wired.com – - MSNBC– - wired.com – - scoop.co.nz – - Washington Post – - yuricareport.com – -truthmove.org – - American Free Press – - commondreams.org – -consortiumnews.com)

Despite the heated accusations, the network of fraudulent voting machines, which had spread like a cancer through key states, was not disabled. One reason is that the conspirators, to avoid the heat, created a diversion. They devised ways to turn the table and accuse their opponents of voter fraud. Those reverse accusations were a smokescreen. Fighting fire with smoke has become an art form with the conspirators.

(legalinsurrection - - Mother Jones - - Forbes - - michellemalkin - - foxnews - – townhall - – newyorker)

Get a dizzying glimpse here of the neoconservative smokescreen.

2008 election night – The widespread popularity of Democrat Barack Obama swept him into the Presidency. Even the most blatant election fraud could not have turned back the tide, so the conspirators chose to wait… to plan for the next election. The number-one neoconservative agenda, adopted by most Republicans in congress and their media mouthpieces, was to tarnish Obama’s reputation and destroy his popularity over the next four years through the mongering of rumors and fears… so that the Presidency could be stolen from him in 2012. “Winning” was probably no longer even a consideration for the conspirators; stealing the election was the most likely aim.

In the ensuing years, still nothing was done to disable the cheat-easy voting machines set up in key states by the conspirators. A group called “Velvet Revolution” quietly worked behind the scenes to put a stop to election fraud. They even offered a $1 million reward to anyone who could expose and stop the criminal activity involving cheat-easy voting machines. All to no avail. Karl Rove assured the conservative party leaders and their wealthy corporate supporters that things were under control… to expect a landslide victory for Republican candidate Mitt Romney.

2012 election night – The stage seemed to be set for blatant election fraud that would ensure a Romney victory through the electronic manipulation of votes in Ohio, Virginia, and Florida. The massive subtraction of Obama votes and massive addition of Romney votes would ensure a neoconservative victory. The corrupt network was apparently all set up and ready to roll… but an amazing thing happened. On election day, an anonymous team of computer experts stepped in to disable, through cyberspace, the network of fraudulent voting machines in Ohio, Virginia, and Florida, and the Presidency was not stolen after all. Obama retained the Presidency.

Having worked with some of the world’s brightest software engineers in high-tech companies for more than a quarter-century, I know that the successful effort to neutralize those corrupt voting machines took an extraordinary level of knowledge and expertise. It would have been herculean for any engineers outside the inner circle to break in and disable the fraud… but disable it they did!

The following day, the Velvet Revolution group received a letter from the anonymous cyber-sleuths:

This whole drama—from the brazen election fraud starting in 2000, to the superhuman intervention last month that nipped it in the toxic bud—reminds me of messages our INIT organization received from a team of ethereal beings calling themselves The Seven. They often addressed the savage side of our humanity, and our personal responsibility to self-reflect while determining what we can each do to contend with it… within ourselves.

At times like this, in the midst of blatant election fraud, I always enjoy going back through those contacts from The Seven ethereals… to savor the the depth and tone and wording of their messages.

I published most of their messages in our journal Contact!… especially an issue in the summer of 1996, where several of their more important messages begin on page 8.

Read those ethereal messages in Contact!…

Most of those messages from The Seven arrived as computer letters in a plain, basic format coincidentally similar to the one received by VelvetRevolution, above.

Here are couple of excerpts that seem especially fitting at the moment:

An excerpt from one of those computer-text messages, this one by Ishkumar (received at Station Luxembourg 1996 July 19, 11:20 a.m):

Children of Earth, people of Terra! You know the world is not changed by cosmic events but by changes in the individual. Every person is unique and he can build a palace for good or a dungeon for evil. This recognition should make clear to all of you your share of responsibility in all happenings….

And excerpts from a voice message from The Seven, left on the Luxembourg researchers’ phone answering machine around the same time, also contain that tone of other-worldly wisdom:

In the course of bygone decades, of thousands of earthly years, beings interested in the human species meet to decide on the continuation of the project. You must not imagine that only the seven implicated in the actual development of INIT are there. No, it is a coming together of all entities interested in mankind. The interests are various.

We, the Seven of the Rainbow People, have decided to help and support the way chosen by you, in INIT. It is the way of morals….

You already know that also pharisees, ghouls, swindlers, thieves, yes, even murderers, have their interested supporters here among the dead….

This is the seventh time that we accompany and guide you on your progress toward a free, wealthy and sane future in which humanity would have stripped off the chains of intolerance and cruelty. A future in which it will be able to establish fruitful and durable relationships with the light, ethereal realms of existence….

Listen to an excerpt of that message from the ethereal Seven

NOT THE TIME FOR COMPLACENCY

Most important in all this: the fact that election fraud was halted by superhuman efforts on November 6, 2012, should not lull us into a false sense of security.

The corrupt network of cheat-easy voting machines is still in place in the key states, they’ll probably be put to use if the conspirators think they can get away with stealing another election, and if democracy is to survive here in the States, those machines need to be neutralized, and election integrity ensured. We can’t assume the same powers that saved the 2012 election will be back in four years to do it again.

For the sake of democracy, election integrity needs to be centralized at the highest (national) level, in my opinion.

Locking it into state governments, with HAVA, was most likely a scheme perpetrated by the Bush Administration—and its advisors—to more easily mangle and manipulate the electoral process in its favor.

Whatever it takes, place election integrity in the hands of national government, so that a single, secure election process is ensured everywhere.

-

That’s what I plan to write about in future articles on politics and the human spirit… what aspects of society are best regulated at the national level… or the state level… or the community level… or the household level…. Very important issue with crucial implications!

Revisiting the archives of early ITC messages from Timestream and The Seven has an anchoring effect.

My aim with this website is to digest the amazing information received from the other side between 1985 and 2000—when voices, images, and text streamed into our world through technical equipment—and to adapt that knowledge into articles pertinent to modern living.

When I veer off course a bit with my writing and get too embroiled in wordly things, these visits to the archives help pull me back to center.

Timestream, as readers know, is a spirit community of our loved ones and colleagues and people from various eras and walks of life who came together after death with the shared purpose of opening communication channels with ITC researchers on Earth.

The project was formed under the protection and guidance of seven ethereal beings, including the one calling himself “Technician.”

Between the years 1985 and 2000 we were given secrets of our ancient past, insights into our spiritual nature, and vivid descriptions of the paradise worlds where most people awaken after death… as well as technical tips for opening and sustaining an ITC bridge.

It’s easy to get a little off track while alive on Earth. As Technician told us 25 years ago:

You are living in a time where truth is readily distorted and where wrong speculations about eternal life are prematurely professed as the only correct ones.

That’s why I try to stay anchored in the pure ITC contacts as I write articles for this website.

So, who exactly is the Technician?

I’ve been round and round that question since my first encounter with the brilliant being two decades ago. The Technician told us, through a radio ITC system of the Harsch-Fischbach couple in Luxembourg, in the fall of 1986:

I am not human, and I was never a material being (incarnate). I am not and never was an animal. I am neither energy nor light being. I was and I am a superhuman being responsible for planet earth.

That message offers hints about where our ITC information was coming from, but it opens up many more questions.

What’s the nature of this superhuman?

Who assigned him to planet Earth?

How could he be “superhuman” if he’d never been a physical “human?”

Questions like these baffled me for years, and I had dig deeper into ITC contacts and then explore outside ITC altogether to get reasonable answers.

I learned that some of “The Seven” had lived physical lives.

Read more about The Seven

And they seemed to be tied to our most ancient human heritage, tracing back to a world called “Eden.”

Read more about the Edenites

And they apparently played a key role in the “First Epoch” of modern humanity, in that elusive civilization that went by various names, including “Atlantis.”

Read more about Atlantis

Over my years of ITC research I naturally developed an implicit trust in those seven beings, who have the knack for putting earthly problems into perspective.

When asked if there was a purpose for human suffering, Technician replied:

Pain is part of the human ego, and you might experience it for different reasons. It might be something you need and deserve as a consequence for your own actions. It might be something given to you by higher powers in order to accelerate your learning process for heightened perception on your path toward perfection.

I also developed a sense of friendship and confidence in our spirit friends of Timestream sending station, who worked in close collaboration with The Seven.

Konstantin Raudive was a Latvian psychologist and ITC pioneer who died in 1974 and then said it was his calling to continue the research after his death. He told us how ITC happens on the other side, and what life is like in the mid-astral planes, or third spirit level, where ITC contacts originate:

Dear friends! Imagine the installation here as a computer. What you say arrives here in writing. Great help is Professor (Ernst) Senkowski, a clever man.

On the third level in the Beyond, the human being finds its way back to its proper self. When I was living on your side, I always tried to be somebody other than who I really was; most people try to present a self-image that is not really accurate. Now that I am here, I assert in closer accord with my innate ego.

Konstantin Raudive again, in August 1986, during one of his philosophical moments:

Existence today, with its many levels of spiritual and physical being, could be compared to a motorway that comes from anywhere and leads to anywhere. Travelers move along the motorway, stopping here or there for awhile, and then continue their journeys.

Humans on Earth are those sitting in the motorway service area. They believe their stay there to be their entire life and the only form of existence. Most of them see little or nothing of the motorway, as they are completely absorbed in the service area. They forget what had happened before—the journey or the service area.

Even though the service area is only a service area, its visitors would benefit from making an effort to keep it in good condition, since new guests are always arriving.

Unfortunately, service area guests at the present time do not at all behave accordingly. They contaminate it, as the industrialized countries do, or they allow too many guests to stop off at once until there is no space or service available, and there is nothing more to eat or drink.

There is a purpose for the service area. Travelers could recover there and gather strength for the journey ahead. They could study roadmaps and get an understanding of the motorway, since the coming journey is unavoidable.

But people muddle themselves in the service area and get drunk and distracted… and when it’s time to leave, they no longer know where to go.

For sure, the Earth is no paradise, but there is no inherent need to make it a vale of tears.

Every research, every science should have one underlying purpose: to inform and to serve the traveler.

And in February 1987, in a more practical mindset, Konstantin spoke about the problems presented by envy among researchers who were not getting the quality of contacts being received in Luxembourg:

Many researchers suffer from the fact that transcommunication in the form as it is made accessible to you today, or, for example, with the Spiricom method (of Americans George Meek and Bill O’Neil), or with Hans König (of Germany), or in Grosseto (with Italian researcher Marcello Bacci), has not yet opened up to them.

For life on your side, envy is an impediment not to be underestimated—an impediment sometimes leading to a storm of defamation against researchers such as yourselves who are receiving this. The storm might only worsen as these enhanced forms of transcommunication continue.

Arguments against you may be ridiculous, and investigations against you may be cunning, but in all cases are taken up and repeated from almost all sides, without verification.

Most people today simply do not want to realize that there are humans who, after passing to the Beyond, have found ways and means for reporting to the other side—that is, to you.

Human survival after bodily death is a fact.

Only when the last remnants of niggling emotions and hostilities have been cast off, will mind and spirit be in a position to come to learn and to understand cosmic spheres. This involves a wearisome cycle of death and reincarnation. It is not possible to elevate the public understanding of life and afterlife overnight.

The miraculous contacts received in Luxembourg between 1985 and 2000 were choreographed by Technician, whose superhuman expertise, more than anything else, built and sustained the ITC bridge. As he told the Harsch-Fischbach researchers during a contact in Januay 1987:

My attempts to reach you are like a pilot’s efforts to land on a small island in a vast ocean on a particular day at a particular time… a very delicate approach… but today the landing has come off well!

Short of our own death or near-death experience, what better way to get an intimate taste of the afterlife than a reliable first-hand report by someone who’s died and gotten settled in on the other side… especially someone who happened to be among the most gifted and recognized 19th-Century authors. In the spring of 1994, Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg, while preparing a presentation for a congress in Paris, received a three-page fax from Jules Verne, via the Timestream sending station on the third level of spirit (translated from French to English by Greta Avedisian):

It is not without emotion that I am writing these few lines, destined, from what I have just been told, to be presented at the time of a conference in my homeland — France — as well as in Paris where I was, if my memories serve me right, for the final time in the winter of 1896-97, nearly one hundred years ago, according to your calculation of time.

Permit me first to present myself: my name is Jules Verne, and I suppose it is not unknown to you, since it already had a certain golden glow at the time I was living. Indeed, and as strange as this might seem to you, I am good and dead, and yet as alive as you are, if not moreso.

I here state: deaf in the left ear, practically blind and cardiac, with a defective stomach and suffering from rheumatism, with acute gout and diabetes, I was startled to find myself, at the expiration of my earthly life on the 24th of march, 1905, transported from my domicile at six Boulevard Longueville, as it were, without warning and without my being exactly able to describe the circumstances, towards a place that was totally strange to me.

This picture, delivered by spirit group Timestream to the Luxembourg computer of Maggy Fischbach some weeks after this letter was received, shows in great detail the palace in the astral worlds where Jules Verne awakened after his death in 1905.

I suddenly realized with amazement that I no longer had pain — anywhere — and that my blindness had completely disappeared, which allowed me to observe, among other things, that I was in a sumptuous palace bringing to mind the splendid residences of the rajahs, with walls constructed not in sandstone but in resplendent white marble. The opulence of many mirrors reflected the blaze of the solid silver furniture. The mural paintings showed courtiers and girls who were dancing, and I noticed a pleasant freshness emanating from a number of little fountains surrounding luxuriant green plants. My hearing, now completely restored, finally permitted me once more to savor the melodious warble of the countless birds.

I then heard music so soft and sweet that I cried with joy. Slender, fine and exquisite creatures, reminding me of my Honorine when she still possessed all the beauty and freshness of her youth, and who, molded in their orange and blue silk garments which contrasted with their tanned skin, invited me to sit upon the soft pillows and inquired as to my desires and wishes.

They spoke to me in a language that up until then I had never heard but, strangely, I understood immediately — and I was even able to answer them in the same idiom. (It was only later that I was informed that it was the “Language of the River” that each one acquires as soon as one arrives here.)

For a long time I thought I was dreaming, and it was only after weeks and months — which somehow seemed to me to pass like the flight of swallows — that I finally understood that I was deceased.

This image of Jules Verne was received from Timestream within weeks of the letter. “What I can see here far exceeds any fiction that I could produce! - March 17, 1994”

Naturally I searched for friends and acquaintances who were with me during my earthly life. Not one of the Hetzels, nor my dear parents Sophie and Pierre were, unfortunately, known in the palace nor in the agglomerations situated in the clearings of the majestic forests that surrounded my new domicile. I never saw a gardener touch or trim these trees or shrubs which gracefully seemed to adjust their spacing themselves. It even seemed to me that they themselves destroyed the weeds surrounding them by the generations of some enzyme that dissolved the matter and produced some sort of compost.

But I’m getting lost in details, a character trait I have in common with Dickens and Balzac, my favorite authors.

Alas! All beauty, even that which I discovered in Kwapore — for that is what my new home was named — ends in numbing the soul, and perfection is often the symbol of stagnation.

It is only recently that I have gotten wind of the existence of the group Timestream, and still only due to chance: one of the many passing travelers at Kwapore and with whom I was conversing on a gentle night of the full moon on terrace decked with “Jalis,” a certain Arthur Moos, a handsome man with thoughtful face, confided to me — his tongue no doubt loosened by the dry wine accompanying the slices of marrow of a fish with pale pink flesh — confided that he had quit the group of researchers in transcommunication (the word was new to me) because he was embarrassed by some sort of blunder made by his wife, still on earth. He now wandered and searched through the valley of the river, poor wretch, in search of a new hearth. This Arthur reports that my nephew Gaston, son of my dear brother Paul, joined this group in contact with Luxembourg. (the poor boy had spent a few years in a nursing home there where he had “died” in the course of one of the great wars that, I am told, had ravaged Europe after 1910.)

Three companions who were with me at the table and with whom I had formed a bond during those long years spent in the palace, had likewise heard of him: two Englishmen who both had died in London — one a Nathanael Wopping having perished at the time of the great fire of 1666 and the other James Smurl, dying of a hemorrhage during the bombardments of a world war. The third was an Indian who claimed to be the former Rajah of Bikaner, but it would be difficult for me to say if it is true or not. In any case, if he is not of princely descent, he possesses the manners and the style.

A fascinating air voyage brought all four of us here (this time the experiment with the “giant” balloon succeeded!) to be beside the beautiful Swejen and her colleagues of Timestream.

So here I am, my French friends — and others of course — ready to attempt the experiment to establish a bridge between our world and you, the French researchers.
Be assured: I am in good company. Among throngs of others, Michel Kisacanin, the grandfather of (French experimenter) Monique Simonet as well as the ex-marshal Sebastiano Porta, already involved in this work before my arrival, are all of valuable help to me. (note to Father [Francois] Brune: I am going to buckle up like a Breton.)

My first message has become long and I know it, but it is a vice I share with another new friend here — Konrad Lorenz. He too never knows when to quit!

Some details in this letter can be verified easily online, while the less familiar facts and names would take extensive research to verify… which to my knowledge has not yet been done.

In the coming days I plan to publish another fascinating afterlife report from Arthur Moos, whom Jules Verne mentions in his letter.

Note: This is my closing article in this series about “What I Learned From ITC” as I move into the next series about “The Human Story.”

Extraordinary ITC bridges have pretty much closed down over the past decade. I know of no one in the world who’s getting exceptional spirit contacts by phone, radio, computer, and TV anymore. EVP contacts (short, faint voices through noise) seem to be the status quo at the moment.

So I’m busy with my writing, planting seeds for future ITC projects that might sprout when the time’s right… when The Seven and the ethereals see the opportunity for ITC bridges to be established in our world.

Here are some of the main things I learned through ITC research that might be useful to those who decide to open an ITC bridge.

Each person has spirits around him or her, and those spirits get inducted into the spirit group when the person becomes a member of an ITC experimental group. Timestream was a spirit group associated with ITC researcher Maggy Harsch-Fischbach, and Timestream evolved along with the people on this side who became a part of the INIT project that she and I and some other researchers established in 1995. As new INIT members came aboard over the years with diverse attitudes, it’s my impression that Timestream became kind of unwieldy, and maybe came apart at the seams.

About 99 percent of the “success” of an ITC bridge rests on the attitudes of the people involved, and how resonant they can be over time. Without that resonance, there can be no ITC because the bridge cannot remain stable.

The bridge, or contact field, is a pool of thoughts and attitudes of everyone involved. To us on Earth that sounds abstract, but in spirit it’s the basis of life. Entities cannot collaborate on a worthwhile project unless they are of one mind. That makes it very difficult for them to work with groups of people on Earth, where “being of one mind” is the exception… and where the rule is conflicts of interest, incompatible beliefs, self-seeking motivations, a penchant for drama… that sort of thing. In short, our egos and hormones as physical beings make it difficult for us here to forge a truly spiritual project, like an ITC bridge.

That said, if a few individuals are committed to sustaining resonance (and all that that entails, such as each member’s constant fine-tuning of self), they’ve provided fertile ground for an ITC bridge.

On top of that they’ll need one highly sensitive person. That’s someone who’s not just psychically sensitive (someone who gets clear, reliable impressions from finer spiritual beings while dreaming, meditating, and ‘day-dreaming’), but also emotionally sensitive—trusting, loving of all creatures, empathetic to those less fortunate, and so on. That is the kind of disposition that resonates with the finer realms of spirit… and an ITC bridge cannot be formed that does not resonate with the finer realms of spirit. A sensitive person like that would be the link in the ITC system, because in the early stages of the project the important information coming through (what kind of equipment, how to place it, how to tune the radios…) would be channeled by the sensitive person. She (the person would most likely be female, since male hormones stir up lots of drama!) would have to be protected somehow from the more savage influences of the world around her. I’m not suggesting that she’d have to be cloistered or locked up in a room, but the people around her in her life would have to have her best interests at heart so that she can feel and express her finer attitudes without being taken advantage of or hurt. The protection might come from a loving spouse or a circle of close friends. Even after ITC communications begin, this woman will continue to get more information psychically, and her impressions should be taken to heart within the project. If she feels uncomfortable with someone in the group, efforts should be made to smooth things out, and if discomfort persists, the person should be asked to leave the group. This woman will “feel” the resonance and know how to sustain it. When a person is removed from the group, the group should ‘close ranks’ again so as not to be bothered by any animosities stirred up by the person who left.

Under these conditions, many people outside the group will start referring to the group as a “cult,” but as long as members keep closed ranks and keep the right attitude with pure hearts, the group will flourish.

An ITC experimental team will also need someone with an “ITC aptitude.” Ideally, this would be the same person as the sensitive, but I don’t think it would have to be. We were told by Timestream and The Seven that some people are born with certain qualities that make ITC possible. These people can focus their will in a powerful way that creates realities on both sides of the veil. Focusing their thoughts and feelings toward another person can strongly affect that other person. It’s not unusual for electrical and electronic things to “act up” in their presence. It was my impression that Maggy was a sensitive with some ITC aptitude, and her husband Jules had a strong ITC aptitude.

Under these conditions (a sensitive-channel-type, an ITC-facilitator-type, and a resonant team), the team will attract a lot of attention from the other side. Ethereal beings (and, hopefully, The Seven) will move in close to offer protection and support, and a team of supportive, friendly spirits will gather to help out. It will be a new and highly effective spirit group that forms around that experimental team. At least, that’s the theory.

More typically, a group of people come together with all their emotional and hormonal riff-raff and start experimenting. So they wind up with a lot of spiritual riff-raff and attract zero interest from the finer realms, and their results never exceed simple EVP contacts. This is mostly what’s happening today in technical spirit communication efforts, and it holds no special interest or fascination for me.

As the above information implies, once an extraordinary ITC project is begun, it would be good to keep the progress of that group secret for awhile, to avoid stirring up a lot of negative thoughts among the public (envy from other experimenters, fear from people who don’t understand, contempt from skeptics… that sort of thing).

So, by any stretch of the imagination, establishing an ITC bridge will not be easy, but if a dedicated team is willing to take these sorts of issues to heart, they might experience miracles in their lifetime.

(ITC, instrumental transcommunication: the use of technology to get information from the worlds of spirit)

There are spirits all around us, living in many diverse spirit realms that are superimposed over each other and over our physical realm. Those other universes are like radio waves that are all jumbled together in the same space but remain distinct by the frequency (or actually by the subtleness) of their vibration.

“Frequency” isn’t really a valid measure of spiritual vibration. It implies cycles or vibrations per second… but the spirit world doesn’t have seconds or minutes… nor any sense of time at all in the way we experience time. Time and space are illusions of the physical world, so the spirits who move in and out of are world can be from anyplace and anytime.

To move around, spirits don’t travel through time and space the way we do. To understand their means of mobility, let’s first look at ours, so we have something familiar to compare against. Jim boards a bus to visit his sister Mary, whose house is 15 minutes away… or if Mary happens to be stationed on a moon base, Jim boards a spacecraft with rocket boosters to get from the Earth to the moon in four days. So our reality is based on space (distance from point A to point B) and time (how long it takes for Jim to be at Mary’s side).

So how would a spirit make those same trips?

First, suppose their father dies, leaves his physical body behind, and wants to visit both his kids before he “moves on” to get settled into one of the finer realms of spirit. One night, a few days after his death, he chooses to bid farewell to both of his kids. He thinks of Jim and is instantly standing at the foot of his son’s bed as Jim sleeps peacefully. Then he thinks of Mary, and instantly he’s standing at the foot of Mary’s bed. Mary stirs in a dreamy, half-awake state in which her conscious mind and spiritual mind (subconscious) are together, and as she opens her eyes, she sees Dad standing there. She’s startled, which locks her conscious mind into the physical world, closing its ties with the spiritual mind… and the “apparition” of her dad disappears.

In this example, it doesn’t matter if Mary lives 15 minutes away from Jim, or if she’s living on the moon. In either case, Dad moves from Jim’s bedside to Mary’s bedside instantly. Time and space do not exist in his realm.

To find their way in the physical domain isn’t always easy for spirits, though. On one occasion, members of Timestream spirit group reported to Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg, through an ITC message, that they had accompanied her to a recent conference. They had sat with her, invisibly, in her car and during the airplane flight. Apparently it was easier to “stay anchored” with her during the trip than to try to find the conference location independently and meet her there.

On another occasion, while Maggy was visiting her father in the hospital near the end of his life, Timestream members tried to find the hospital room in order to be with their friend and to give her their invisible support. They reported to her later that they entered “the tunnel” and emerged into a hospital room. Maggy was sitting with her father, but her hair was blond, not dark, so they knew they were in a parallel world of the Earth. They had to reenter the tunnel and try again, and this time they succeeded in finding “the right Maggy” in the Luxembourg hospital.

Apparently the Timestream spirits used a similar tunnel to visit Maggy at home, where they would make ITC contacts through her TV, radio, telephone and computer. On one occasion they described the tunnel, saying its walls pulsed in rainbow colors. Once established, these tunnels allow rapid movement from their astral world to a specific location on Earth. Several psychics visiting my lab on different occasions told me they saw an invisible portal, or tunnel entrance, in the ceiling above the southwest corner of my lab.

Early in my experiments, my family moved to a new house. To make the move easier for my spirit friends, I took a crystal that always sat with my radios in the old house and brought it into the empty new house, a few days before we’d closed on the new house. I hid it in a heating vent in the room which would become my new lab. A week later, when we’d moved into the new house and I began my experiments, it was clear from the radio sounds that we were resuming where we’d left off. Voices and Spiricom-like modulations were coming through the radios just as they had in the old house. I believe the crystal was helpful for my spirit friends getting themselves set up in the new location.

So, I hope that gives a little insight into how spirits move around in our illusory world.

After a near-death struggle with colon cancer in 1988, I was still an agnostic just beginning a spiritual search when I stumbled into technical spirit communication in the early 1990s. That’s when I struck up friendships with George Meek, the Harsch-Fischbach couple in Luxembourg, and other pioneers of ITC (instrumental transcommunication, or spirit communication through technology).

It was a miraculous time in ITC, as George had developed the Spiricom device a few years earlier to allow the first-ever two-way communication with spirit through technology on a fairly reliable basis, and now various researchers in Europe were starting to open up clear dialog with the finer realms of spirit through various modern gadgets, and ethereal beings were sending long, mind-boggling messages through computers, telephones, radios, even FAX machines. This was, in the most literal sense, information that would one day change the world in most amazing ways… probably not in my lifetime, but hopefully in this century.

Experience the Spiricom dialogs

Maggy Fischbach had spent five years immersed in her breakthrough work that was both magical and wrenching. The most magical part was talking on the phone and through radios with an ethereal being calling himself Technician, who said he’d been following humanity for thousands of years and knew many secrets of our ancient past. It also involved talking to departed family members and late colleagues by phone and computer.

Read more about those communications

The wrenching moments came as she opened her heart, her archives, and her home to many fascinated people to share her experiences. She was branded a witch, a hoaxster, and a liar by people who couldn’t wrap their minds around the realities that were shaping her amazing life. It was the emotional upheaval from those situations, I suspect, that opened her up to the influences of negative spirits… who broke through her equipment with unsettling or threatening messages and caused strange accidents and mishaps to occur in her day-to-day life. One group in particular, “Group 2107,” delivered a series of strange messages.

Many people who receive such hostilities let them roll of their backs, having become attuned to the savage swells of this troubled planet, but Maggy was a sensitive soul—a kindergarten teacher who did these experiments in her spare time. She excelled at her job as a kindergarten teacher because she too had the innocence and awe of a child, coupled with the wisdom of an ancient priest (whom, incidentally, she had been in at least one earlier incarnation). Wisdom and sensitivity—a rare blend ideally suited to ITC research.

The main thing that Maggy and I learned, along with other researchers who followed the same path, is that spirits can only communicate with people on Earth of like mind. And researchers can only attract into their work spirits who resonate with their own dispositions.

It was Maggy’s wisdom and sensitivity, more than anything else—more than the equipment, more than the techniques—that allowed her to open an historic communication bridge with the finest realms of spirit working with our world.

George Meek, father of ITC

I also had a degree of sensitivity, though not to the degree Maggy had. Like many sensitive kids, I had contended with psychopathic kids (bullies) while growing up, who gradually taught me how to let insults bounce off and to face aggressive behavior in suitable ways that are uncharacteristic of sensitive people. The inevitable result: emotional scars.

Emotional scars from such experiences invariably present an obstacle to ITC research. We often become secretive with our thoughts and guarded in our reactions—qualities that obstruct finer spiritual light and information from streaming into our lives and into our work. Maggy apparently had been protected by loving parents and teachers from much of scarring that can occur throughout a sensitive childhood, while people like me, in small-town America, were not.

Still, I was recruited by the finer spiritual beings to be part of a research group that Maggy had envisioned for several years, probably for a couple of reasons. Living in America, my life could be choreographed by the ethereals to cross paths with empathetic people who could provide financial backing to make such a project possible. I had also written several books before my cancer on peace and world affairs. My passion in life up to that point had been to discover workable ways to achieve and sustain peace among the broad, diverse array of noble-savagery we call humanity.

While some 80-90 percent of peace research underway during the 70s and 80s was aimed at conflict resolution, I argued that true peace could only be found not by resolving conflicts after they erupted but by minimizing conflicts over the long term through various means, especially standards and values instilled into the minds and hearts of a population to help people remain compatible, starting from a young age and continuing through life. I reasoned that as long as we continued to resist standards and unity, especially the evolution of the United Nations into a world government, there would never be any real hope for lasting peace within the human species.

So throughout the 1980s, while my efforts were directed to finding ways to keep people in harmony, and while Maggy was busy opening communication channels with the finer realms of spirit, the ethereals realized that there was a vital need for both of these qualities if there was ever to be any true ITC established on this planet. Obviously the ethereals were completely aware of who I was inside and out, they knew my writings, my strengths, and my weaknesses, and they apparently took me for my word, hoping for the best. They recruited me into the project.

Maggy’s innocence and sensitivity opened her up to many spiritual influences, including people who had left the earth and now enjoyed being in her presence. They loved her.

I was more of a bristling energy, I’m sure, with my guardedness, my secretivenss, and my mixed feelings about so many issues, and my intellectual approach to situations. It was obvious, over the course of our collaboration, that the other side—the finer spirits—did not feel as comfortable and loving with me as they were with Maggy. But that was okay, as far as the ethereals were concerned. They’d been with humanity for eons, and they know that sometimes it takes some rough edges to make things happen in the dynamics of human relationships. The affairs of Earth are not smooth.

They figured, I believe, that with Maggy’s sensitivity, with my growing knowledge of how to instill peace within a group of diverse people, and with other noble qualities of other members, we might have a chance of making an ITC bridge a durable, well-established part of the chronically irritated human landscape.

By 1994, through my friendship with George Meek, I’d become a close friend of two wonderful and mystical women from the east (well, that’s east of Colorado… I’m talking Greenwich, Connecticut). Juliet Hollister and Alison van Dyk were closely associated with the United Nations and several foundations that gave money to promising, important projects. So that summer the three of us flew to Luxembourg and met with Maggy and her husband Jules Harsch, and we forged a plan for an international panel of ITC researchers and scientists. We established INIT, the International Network for Instrumental Transcommunication, in the fall of 1995.

Maggy worked closely with ethereal beings to put together a list of founding members—people who were empathetic, knowledgeable, wise, open-minded, and convinced of the validity of Maggy’s miraculous communications. In the ensuing months, our group enjoyed a staggering series of high-level communications from the finest realms of spirit.

Read more about Maggy’s ethereal communications

So, Maggy and the ethereals hand-picked the founding members of INIT, and after that the group would more or less evolve through the decisions of the members… and that’s when troubles began for our group.
