Our spirit friends at Timestream say they themselves live at level 3, a paradise world where most people on Earth awaken after they die, and The Seven finer beings are often with them at level 3. Timestream director Swejen Salter developed a close, inter-world rapport with Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg late last century and contacted her often by phone and computer. Swejen also worked closely with The Seven, especially the one calling himself Technician. It was The Seven who facilitated Timestream’s ITC contacts (phone calls, computer reports, etc.) to Maggy and to members of our INIT group, deciding what information should or should not be shared with us on Earth (though Technician made it clear that Swejen was given a lot of leeway in her communications with Maggy). Still, guided by The Seven, the spirits at Timestream generally made it a point to be kind, patient, and respectful in their communications with us on Earth.

Where They Live

Referring to The Seven, Swejen said:

They live on our plane (at level 3) and yet are really not among us. They can ascend to higher planes and again ‘bend down’ to our level.

That message suggests that The Seven have a sort of “home frequency range” extending from level 3 up to finer realms… and an earlier contact from Technician helps us tighten our focus:

I am not energy and I am not a light being. You are familiar with the picture of two children walking across a bridge, and behind them is a being who protects them. This is what I am to you, but without the wings. You can call me Technician, since that is my role in opening this communication bridge. I am assigned to Planet Earth. (the message in its entirety… )

Explanation: Spirits at level 3 still look and act like refined Earth people. They use their hands to create, their feet to walk, cars and aircraft to travel, and houses to live in. They’re kind and respectful of each other and migrate naturally into communities of like-minded people. Spirit people at level 4 are even more refined. They can travel mentally to distant worlds, and they can create things just by thinking about them. But they still have a rarefied, human-like appearance. Worlds at levels 5 and 6 are inhabited by energy beings, who no longer have bodies of familiar form, but exist rather as energy. Levels 6 and 7 are inhabited by light beings—brilliant, formless, star-like beings who can create and help manage worlds throughout the cosmos. All of their “work” is accomplished by focused intent. They all have brilliant, powerful, focused minds.

These humble comments from Technician help to clarify where The Seven fit into the great, cosmic scheme:

I am not an omnipotent being but have at my disposal far greater capabilities than a person. Remember, I am not infallible and am still in a process of learning. I am assigned to planet Earth…. There are many planes below me and many planes above me. All these are again separated into other planes.

So, my guess: The Seven probably…

• feel comfortable in a “home-frequency range” from level 3 to level 5,
• do most of their “work” supporting Earth from level 3, and
• feel most “at home” along the border between levels 4 and 5 as long as they’re “assigned to Planet Earth.”

(Just speculation on my part, and at some point—probably after I’ve left the Earth—I’m sure they’ll correct me if I’m wrong.)
