This article was meant to be about ITC, but while sorting through all the great spirit contacts our INIT group received in the 1990s, it soon became clear that the basic principles of good ITC are the same basic principles for a good life. Those and other cosmic principles are scattered throughout these seven articles, and they’ll be gathered up into a short list in Revelations X—the next article—the last in this series. Meanwhile, some basic principles of Good ITC and a Good Life…

The Scientific Method Squelches Cosmic Understanding (9603 p9)

• During the first year of our INIT group, we often came under attack by skeptics who were certain that our spirit phone calls and other ITC contacts were too good to be true… which would make our claims either delusional or fraudulent. They insisted that only scientifically verifiable spirit contacts should be accepted and made public.
• That would have buried the miracles of INIT, because the scientific method relies on empirical observation, repeatability, and measurability—restrictions to which spirit simply cannot conform… like trying to measure the intelligence of sunlight or water. Hence this message from The Seven:
• To suggest that only proven paranormal happenings are admissible is nonsense. The known methods of testing are totally inadequate. Monitored hookups by the phone companies are good and even desired by us. However, they do not give a clear picture of the total situation…. The attempt of your friends in the Southern Hemisphere to develop a piece of equipment that need not be connected to the public phone network, deserves attention. We are following this project with great pleasure.
  In the final analysis everything still depends on the honesty of the receiver of paranormal information….  Trying various devices should always be a main motivation of the true ITC experimenter, but getting good spirit communications isn’t the sole measure of ITC success. The inner person is just as important. We see things with a spiritual eye.
• In other words, tools and technologies we employ in ITC (or in life) are less important in the big picture than our inner motivations. If we fuel our tools with honesty, good will, courage, and empathy, we bring vitality, order, and a purified stream of life-energy into our ITC bridge (and into our life). If we’re motivated by deception, ill will, fear, and callousness, our ITC bridge (and our life) falters into lethargy, chaos, and a spiritual shadow cast by blocked life-energy.

Calm, Focused Will and Cosmic Oneness for Spiritual Receptivity (9701 p1)

• This contact is an attempt to develop simultaneous sound and picture transmission… (which) can only be successful when the experimenter is at that time totally relaxed, in a positive frame of mind, and harbors no fearful thoughts.
• The statue to be observed is one of those nature beings (in this case, Harxeli) who are especially suited for picture support of the sound contact…. These beings live in different universes simultaneously. The vibrations of their bodies allow them to combine the energy currents that flow in every universe known to us. They apply it to the receptive human being who through his spiritual readiness exhibits a sort of focused or energized will. The combined energies produce the picture and sound in the magnetic heads of the technical equipment…
• If you want results with technical equipment, you should not forget to love nature, cultivate it and protect it. This may sound strange but consider that everything forms a unity. All successful experimenters have known this and taken it to heart….  
• In other words, for a good ITC bridge or a good life, maximize those times when you’re in a positive frame of mind—no stress or fear—and at one with the cosmos, which on Earth includes loving nature with a compelling desire to cultivate and protect it. (Those, I believe, were the motivations of our most ancient ancestors—the Edenites who got marooned on Earth long, long ago.)

Humanity’s Cosmic View Is Out of Focus. (9701 p6)

• The afterlife ideas of your major religions are somewhat different from reality and from each other. The belief in afterlife survival has existed on your planet from the very beginning. However, even people who believe in some form of survival are distrusting and skeptical of messages from a dimension that is inaccessible to your present state of science and which it cannot identify or measure, yet. Those of you who dare passing on our information are accused of doing it out of fear, wishful thinking, and hope. The task of INIT people is not easy….
• The Seven “Rainbow People” reassured us INIT members that we were getting a reasonably pure understanding of the afterlife and cosmos from them, and it would require patience and fortitude to assimilate and spread the knowledge while science, religion, and the public slowly catch up… sometimes kicking and screaming.
• Contacts are not always possible because constellations are unfavorable….
• “Stars and constellations must be favorable” for the success of ITC contacts? Translation: The “gods” and angels must be willing. That is, purified light beings close to the source (and their intercessors closer to Earth) must be agreeable to directing their rich life-energies into our lives (or into our ITC projects). (I’ve come to suspect that the stars are actually brilliant light beings at level 7, closest to the source, which only look like giant, lifeless balls of burning gas here at level 1.)
• Always know that we only give you advice. We would never command you or insist on a particular action.
• Here, The Seven said that other researchers and spirit groups and individuals on both sides may promote information that differs from what we know from our INIT experience, and some of us may eventually have to choose whether to go their way or our INIT way… but accepting those opposing ideas and individuals into our INIT group would be a mistake. The incompatible ideas would cause chronic stress that would disable our ITC bridges (and our lives).
• Most of the INIT people already feel a deep spiritual link to each other and a great confidence. You are beginning to see a goal and purpose in the seemingly fragmented and disparate messages you receive. This is your way which you can walk together with us. If you want to do so, you will experience a deep feeling of spiritual homecoming. If not, you may find this experience with another group or perhaps not at all in this life. We will leave the decision up to you. Do you want to come along with us?

Humble Tips on the Living Essence of ITC and the Tao (9602 p13)

• I have long wanted to send a message from here to you through the shrine. However, because of the sun-wind, a favorable Moebius loop is not always possible.
• Friend Ernst Mackes, who is not only an expert on herbs and ointments, but also a good interpreter of stars, today arrived here all out of breath… and notified me that the gods would be merciful today and we could lay the loop, or as he often says, “Dip the snout”.
• “Dip the snout” of a Moebius loop? That probably means that our level 3 spirit friends direct their ITC attention, techniques and devices downward or “out-beyond” toward Earth (level 1).
• We on Earth, logically, would meanwhile “raise the snout” of our technologies, or orient our attention, techniques and devices upward or “in-beyond” toward the source beyond level 7 and to our spirit friends at level 3. (In-beyond is a word I use to mean superimposed within our material reality, at a subtler vibration in a finer parallel dimension and universe… so 3-D directions of movement like up, down, and sideways become misleading in cosmic sciences like ITC.)
• So, I shall try with my unworthy and bothersome scribbling to pass on some information to you, which may, if you want to read it, help you on the way to the Tao (which is the natural flow of life-energy throughout the cosmos… the “sun-wind” at level 3 being an example of the Tao).
• You experienced distress from the happenings around you and you ask: “Why can we not get information and help”?
• INIT’s main experimenters at the time were feeling under attack by skeptics. Our spirit friend Yang Fudse explained, here again, that there are many kinds of spirits with many agendas who are interested in Earth, and we INIT members should learn to be discerning, as many of those spirits lead to darkness, corruption, and confusion. It was clear that he, his Timestream colleagues, and especially The Seven Rainbow People could be trusted completely, and he directed us toward “the source of quiet peace that most wise men return to…” where questions are answered and problems are resolved… a fact that all wise beings in the cosmos understand, acknowledge, and put to good use.
• We value highly the work being done by your new INIT group. It will bring much good to the interested people on your blue planet. Do not be discouraged and split by eventual early stones thrown into your path or by wooden blocks you left lying around and now trip over. Do not do it alone. Do things together. The single straw is easily bent, but the group forms a thick bundle.
  Stay away from greed, hate and delusion. Always start from a concrete grievance in order to achieve an improvement in INIT. Many of you find it hard to see that there is not just a single reason for progressing or for falling behind.
  We accompany you whenever needed and thank you for your friendship. I am parting for today with all my respect.
  I can see in the distance the female doctor (Swejen Salter) coming over the wooden bridge and waving. I must have taken too much time. Pass on the group’s greetings and my own to all friends of INIT.
• Yang-Fudse was physician to China’s emperor and died around 200 AD, and today is one of our Timestream friends.
