Mini 28
Here are a few key points from our spirit friends about their level 3 world—things they really want us to know about living in spirit world Eden after a lifetime on Earth. After all, they say most people awaken there after they die, though not everyone. Many are too wrapped up in Earth’s predatory, parasitic, and competitive compulsions, so they spend some time at level 2 or level 1, where they can cleanse themselves for peaceful living at level 3. A smaller proportion of people polish and purify themselves enough during a lifetime to move quickly to level 4 or level 5. But again, most people awaken at level 3. This article tells their story. (My opinions and speculations are in parentheses and italics, like this.)
Getting to level 3 after we die. Crossing over from level 1 to level 3, we might A) simply awaken in paradise (Richard Francis Burton and Jules Verne), or B) step through a doorway (Jemp Fischbach), or C) pass through a tunnel or vortex (Albert Fischbach and Edith Koerner), or D) get found as a lost soul and rescued (Arthur Moos).
Then, as soon as we arrive at level 3, regardless of what language we spoke on Earth, we begin to communicate in “The Language of the River.” (I suspect it’s a telepathic communication with thought impulses, not vocal communication with words.)
A cleansing sleep upon arrival. Most newcomers arrive at level 3 in a spirit body that’s virtually identical to the physical body at the time of death. They’re soon taken to a quiet place to have a rejuvenating sleep that typically lasts 6 weeks, then they wake up in peak health at the prime of life.
Surprises shortly after awakening. What was important on Earth, now becomes like emotional baggage. (I suspect that includes language, words and numbers, sports teams, celebrities, favorite songs and movies and TV shows, and all manner of daily drama, especially those dealing with sex and money.)
The cleansed spirit body has no beards or blemishes, no whiskers or pimples or cellulite.
Our thoughts grow strong as we settle in. One fellow sits at his familiar desk with his familiar typewriter. As he types, sometimes a sentence simply appears on paper before he’s even finished it in his head. He has two dozen suits in his closet, but if he wants a different suit, he just closes the closet door, reopens it, and there it is.
People whose ideas, beliefs, and attitudes agree with each other are simply drawn together into resonant communities, as though their thoughts are magnetic.
Sailboats are steered by the intent of the pilot and propelled by “sun-wind,” (which is probably the sustaining life-energy (or divine consciousness) beamed down constantly to level 3 Eden by its three suns, which are apparently very powerful light beings, probably at level 7).
Navigation challenges. When spirits at level 3 need to travel to our world (for example, to make ITC contacts in a researcher’s lab or to greet someone on their deathbed and “bring them home”), they might come through an interdimensional tunnel or be relocated by a process called “down modulation,” the opposite of “light modulation.” When coming to Earth via light tunnel, exactly where and when they come out can be full of surprises!
People at level 3 who are basically decent—those who are kind, honest, and trusting—can vacation in the Summerland (level 4). However, according to an ancient Viking spirit calling himself Skjoldung, “many who were brave warriors on earth have looked for it but have not found it.”
Communication challenges. They emphasized that projects like ITC depend entirely upon resonance between the people at level 3 and level 1. They warned our INIT group in the 1990s, “There must not be any secrecy or hidden aversions between you. Touchy vanities have no room in the INIT contact field, neither have colorful attempts at soothing.”
The next article will tie up loose ends about life at level 3.

I enjoyed this review and summary and a number of the links. Thanks Mark.
Makes we want to read some of Jules Verne’s novels. He wrote a number of nice ones….20,000 Leagues, Round the World in 80 Days, Mysterious Island, Journey to the Center of the Earth, and others. Now he is in the most fanciful wonderful place, perhaps writing a new book.
