The first message below is a nice segue from the previous article, explaining how people entering that afterlife paradise find their way to a resonant community before deciding whether and in what capacity to try to intervene in the lives of loved ones back home on Earth. First job is to get settled in that peaceful, positive world… if they can.

6.1 How Newcomers to Eden Get Analyzed, Sorted, and Settled (9703 p8)
Message from Swejen during a 20-minute phone call with Maggy

• << Newcomers to our world typically have no difficulty adjusting. They arrive in a world that corresponds optimally to their needs, their abilities, and their spiritual level. Many can go on traveling into higher levels. All people arriving here (not only at Timestream) are being “analyzed” on the basis of their past lives.
• All their deeds and decisions during life on Earth are most carefully evaluated. Only then are they sent to a location for which they are best suited and in which they feel comfortable. Should some people find their dimensional experience intolerable, they shall not remain; they will be transferred to spirit levels where they can more easily integrate. >>

6.2 ITC Intervention Coordinated by The Seven Finer Beings (9601 p15)

<< Some of us regard them as great souls or creators. They live on our plane and yet are really not among us. They can ascend to higher planes and again “bend down” to our level. Their power is almost unlimited and so is their wisdom and goodness. Their entire being is illuminated by understanding and forgiveness. It is impossible to describe the good feeling that overcomes the person who faces them and can speak to them.
We seek council with these higher beings to determine the information to send to Earth. The meetings take place in a round room with transparent walls. During the talks the room revolves, and lights, colors and shapes of breathtaking beauty pass by on the outside. Soft “music of the spheres” is heard in the background. >>

6.3 Two Types of Spirit People at Level 3 Can Intervene in Our Lives (9603 p4-5)
Excerpt from an expedition report by Richard Francis Burton
encountering one of The Seven “Rainbow People”

• There are only two types of people who can intervene in human affairs on Earth: 1) people like you who have passed on and are not too far from the level of development of those you left behind, and 2) people who call themselves friends of the experimenters. You are still close to them and know their feelings. You know when they are worried and need help. Sometimes you can even help them regain their physical health, but not very often….
• So, normal day-to-day interactions with our spirit friends in that Eden paradise (level 3) occur naturally at those times when the folks on both sides are resonant with each other—when we and our spirit friends are in a contented, peaceful frame of mind. These personal interventions are mostly a sharing of love and good will, and for us on Earth it’s usually just a nice feeling we have and a vague sense of what our late loved one is thinking or feeling.
• If we’re worried or afraid or generally unhappy (which happens all too often on Earth), that resonance is lost… in which case spirits at level 3 find it difficult and unpleasant to come close to us, and they avoid us as a rule. The exceptions are 1) spirits working with us on a project like ITC, or 2) loved ones who have a deep understanding and empathy for our situation. They’ll provide moral support, especially when their efforts notably “lift our spirits.”
• We whom you call Rainbow People have often given you the real purpose of ITC contacts: Mankind at the end time should be led back to the principle. Light and darkness shall unite and form a whole again. What people experience now is not the actual beginning of the apocalypse, but only the first symptoms of it. Before opposites can be united, the strength of unity among ITC people must increase and come from a pure heart.
• So, there’s major intervention at those grueling points in history when human overpopulation and overconsumption have severely damaged the bubble of life on Planet Earth, causing widespread hardship and misery… and a general “spring cleaning” on a global scale becomes inevitable. Then, powerful spirit beings close to the source focus their purified life-energy on our world to help and support us through a period of cataclysmic change.

6.4 Troubled Thinking Impedes Positive Intervention (9701 p13)
Message from The Seven

• It is believed by many on your side that people who come here can observe those they left behind. You will understand that this is not always possible. For instance, how could these little children who arrive here possibly be happy when they look back and see their parents in grief and misery?
• Therefore, they cannot do this. Also consider this: The children grow up here. It will be many years before their parents arrive. By then, their parents have changed so much that perhaps they are not sympathetic to their children anymore or vice versa.
• Remember, the person we like best is always around us. They become the most precious and dearest being to us and no shadow or dissonance can get between you and that other person.
• At all times we get from each other what we wish.

6.5 False Beliefs Impede Positive Intervention (9703 p16)
Message from Technician, one of The Seven

• Higher spirit beings cannot contact people on earth unless those people are also of high spiritual development, have a healthy attitude toward daily life and accept the realities of life after death and the existence of spirit planes….
• Otherwise, you might compare our efforts with those of a university professor trying to teach a first grader the laws of quantum physics. If you know this, you will also know why it is impossible for a being like Pescator to contact a devout Christian. The person’s belief that He died for his sins or was born of a virgin would make this impossible. And yet, these are basic beliefs of a good Christian.
• Whether employing prayer or ITC, any communication between a devout Christian and Pescator would be overloaded with the religious jargon of this person. The final message would correspond to what the recipient is expecting to receive….
• It’s my impression that these discrepancies—whether the faulty dogma of a religious devotee, or the staunch, skeptical atheism of a mainstream scientist—are usually sorted out quickly once they get settled at level 3. As our spirit friends have said, they learn more in a day at level 3 than they’d learned during a lifetime on Earth.
  In several stern messages over the years, it becomes clear that Technician sometimes does not mince words… but the consensus at level 3 is that when in the presence of Technician (or any of The Seven “Rainbow People”), one is overcome by unconditional love, wisdom, and acceptance beyond words.
• There is no reason to become adept to any particular religious direction. If a person tries to follow the principles of a Jesus Christ or an Albert Schweitzer he/she is on the right path. This does not mean that you who recognize this should rush to deepest Africa to do good works for your fellow human being. It simply means you should overcome your selfishness and indifference in whatever position you’re in, so you can “do good”. You shall know yourself what this means to you spiritually and perhaps financially.
