Preparing for the Last Day

Mini 18

These one-page articles are too short for in-depth probing, so the links below (like “afterlife possibilities” or “End Time”) contain most of the details that most people might want to know.

The next few articles explore the end of a lifetime and the end of an epoch. What to expect. How to prepare. And most important, what happens afterward. In a nutshell:

End of a lifetime. Preparing for our last day on Earth means being aware of our afterlife possibilities, knowing the kind of afterlife we want, and living our lives accordingly. (Religion can help, as long as we heed the basic principles shared by all major religions.)

End of an epoch. There’s not much we can do, personally, to change the course of humanity and Planet Earth as the proverbial End Time approaches, but by understanding and acknowledging the reality and implications of an “apocalypse,” we can at least keep things in perspective. We can sustain peace and happiness for ourselves and our loved ones as the world unravels around us.

I expect there to be a lot of useful information wrapped up in these little articles in Part Three, but there’s one basic truth that shines at the center of it all… and the better we understand and acknowledge that one basic truth, the better prepared we are for that big transition that comes at the end of a lifetime… or at the end of an epoch.

Here’s that basic truth:

The perfect, all-powerful source with its enriching life-energy creates and sustains the cosmos and is the cosmos. Everyone and everything has many superimposed (spiritual) copies of itself extending in-beyond toward the source. Everyone and everything has the source shining brilliantly but imperceptibly at the center of its being. For us humans, the source is typically an imperceptible inner light glowing in the area of the heart. We can think of that inner light as a small living flame… keeping in mind that it’s really the entire cosmos—the all-that-is. That’s what you and I are at the center of our being. Making conscious contact with our inner light, and embracing its presence whole-heartedly, opens us to miracles, helps us detach from Earth’s mounting dramas, raises our spiritual vibration, refines our attitudes and behavior, and prepares us for the day we leave the Earth to resume our timeless journey back toward the source at the center of everything.

Whether our last day on Earth is five decades away or five years or five days, or even five minutes, acknowledging our inner light—embracing it in our heart—is the most important part of being prepared for the afterlife. Everything else runs a distant second.

Thank you for this information. As humans, we prepare for things in our lifetime but not always the end of our lifetime. Continue enlightening others with your knowledge and experience, it is helpful.
