Mini 29
This is the first of four articles that compare the material realities of living on Earth (level 1), to the spiritual realities of living at level 3, the spirit realm where most people awaken after they die. The four articles are:
– Personal Realities at Level 3 (Mini 29)
– Social Realities at Level 3 (Mini 30)
– Planetary Realities at Level 3 (Mini 31)
– Cosmic Realities at Level 3 (Min32)
All of the insights in these 4 articles came directly from residents of that level 3 paradise—specifically, from Swejen Salter, director of Timestream spirit group, who delivered the messages through the phone, radio, and computer of Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg in the 1980s and 90s. The messages, originally in German, were translated to English by my late colleague Hans Heckmann. (My comments are added below in italics and parentheses, like this.)
Personal Realities at Level 3
The human body. We have a body like yours. This body is of an etheric substance of much higher vibration than your dense body in your dense material world. The color of your hair and skin cannot be changed and will be the same as it was during your Earth life. No diseases exist here.* Damaged tissue or broken bones regenerate just like wounds heal in your world but much more perfect. Lost limbs will regrow. The blind will see again, and so on.
Nourishment and sex. We eat and drink like you do, but our food is produced synthetically. In other words, we more or less materialize physical food.
We do not put away our sexuality, as it is a truly human characteristic. Sexual partnerships exist, provided both partners harmonize and desire it.
(Eating and drinking are not necessities at level 3. People are nourished by the life-energy all around them, which originates from the source—God. They eat and drink only because they’re used to eating and drinking since their recent lifetime.
Same with sex. There’s no need for sex, since pregnancy and having babies don’t happen beyond the Earth. Sex is simply an act of love, without the predatory, parasitic, and competitive urges that complicate sex on Earth.)
The human mind and spirit. Personality and character are not changed by the process of dying. You do not wake up at level 3 with new knowledge. Mental and emotional problems and conflicts are not abolished yet (as they are at level 4). Though there is no more physical pain here, we still know mental anguish and the pain of the soul. In other words, people arrive here with the same psychological and emotional nature they had when they died, (then go through a sort of mental-emotional-spiritual cleansing, in which)… shortcomings and imbalances can be overcome through rapid learning.
All those who pass over to us (soon find themselves at the prime of life). If they died in old age, (then they usually arrive here in old age then enter) a regenerating sleep that lasts about six weeks of Earth time. They awaken in full consciousness (in a body 25 to 30 years of age in appearance). Children arriving here at level 3 are nurtured by loved ones who already live here. The children grow and develop to age 25-30.
Living at level 3 is like being in paradise with perfect, prime-of-life vitality. Pain and suffering from diseases, bad habits, and aging simply do not happen at level 3 the way they do on Earth at level 1 (see below).
Note:The information below about diseases on Earth was quickly and efficiently assembled by Google’s AI app for web searches. The next article will be a short detour away from the Mini series. We’ll take a little adventure to see what fascinating things can happen when AI is applied to articles on this website, courtesy of reader Don Marsh.

Afterthoughts:
*Causes of disease here on Earth:
Diseases are caused by infectious agents like viruses and bacteria, genetic factors, lifestyle choices, and environmental conditions. Pathogens can spread through contact, contaminated food and water, or animal vectors, while non-infectious diseases are often linked to factors such as genetics, poor nutrition, physical inactivity, and chronic stress. The interplay between a pathogen, a host, and their environment determines the origin and severity of many diseases.
Causes of infectious diseases
- Pathogens: Microorganisms that cause illness, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites.
Causes of non-infectious diseases
Lifestyle and environmental factors:
- Chronic diseases: Leading causes of illness often linked to smoking, poor nutrition, physical inactivity, and excessive alcohol use.
- Chronic stress: Can weaken the immune system and contribute to illnesses like heart disease and depression.
- Nutrient deficiencies: Lack of essential vitamins and minerals can lead to conditions like iron-deficiency anemia or hypothyroidism.
Genetic and hereditary factors:
- DNA mutations: Inherited genetic abnormalities can lead to diseases such as Down syndrome, Huntington’s disease, or cystic fibrosis.
- Autoimmune and allergic reactions: The immune system can mistakenly attack the body’s own cells or cause allergic responses, leading to conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or asthma.

Mark, I enjoyed this pearl very much. It is nice to read about Hans Heckmann and review the life we experience at Level 3.
I wish more people visit your site and read about these aspects of our lives.
Thanks again, as always, for bringing this information to those who read it.
Thanks John. It was a real pleasure to know Hans Heckmann, a good friend of George Meek. He was basically kind, sensitive, and extremely well-informed… a perfect friend and mentor as I was just getting involved in afterlife research and ITC back in the early 1990s.
My main wish for these articles is that they’re seen by anyone who can resonate with the information, whether it’s several hundred or several thousand.
I wake up driven to write, polish, rewrite…..
Mark
Mark,
Looking forward to the remaining articles in this series. It is a shame that so many people cling to their outdated fear-based beliefs regarding the afterlife when evidence to the contrary exists. I guess we sometimes have a hard time letting go of the fears that create a protective bubble around who we think we are. That small self that we think we are, is the biggest obstacle to us discovering who we actually are.

Hi Don,
I think life can be a lot more relaxed and enjoyable if we can overcome our innate fear of death.
Usually easier said than done……….
Mark
Hello, Mark, about eating over there, I know it’s not necessary, but I’m hoping that it’s still a source of pleasure, as eating out here is expensive, and I would look forward, especially with a beloved, just to go out and enjoy good food and drink. What do you know about this? Will it still be an enjoyment? I hope it will be, just for fun. W.
Hi W, the impression I get is that eating is a pleasure at level 3. One fellow described a large buffet in a meadow near a stream. Another fellow described a meal (shared by several friends) of succulent fish of orange flesh that tasted better than anything on Earth (and it was synthesized food) and wine that tasted like nectar of the gods but was not intoxicating. There might have been one or two other “positive reviews” of dining experiences at level 3 that I don’t recall at the moment. Mark
thank you Mark
