The source of all-that-is. Our spirit friends say that there are countless dimensions and planes throughout the cosmos, but dividing them into 7 arbitrary levels helps us keep everything in perspective… the way we use measuring sticks (100cm, 36in…) and clocks and calendars to keep our 3- or 4- dimensional world of time and space in perspective.

The earthy border between levels 3 and 4. Life atlevel 3 is on the border between cosmic reality (where existence is mostly mental) and earthy reality (where it is largely physical)—eating food, having sex, talking, walking, and traveling in vehicles. Earthy behaviors are still prevalent at level 3 but mostly disappear at level 4.

Spirit people at level 3 can work closely with people on Earth (level 1) on projects like ITC, though our earthy emotions like fear, envy, and hate can make it a difficult, sometimes repugnant experience for them. So, later on, they can let themselves be drawn into the more refined and beautiful reality at level 4 (Summerland), where the earthy debris from level 1 mostly disappears, because there is no place for earthiness at level 4. …

Creating reality. Our spirit friends experience their cosmic reality as fluid and changing, while we experience our physical reality on Earth as solid and fixed. Our physical reality only seems solid and fixed, however, according to our spirit friends. It is really fluid and changing in ways that we can’t perceive. Reality is always reshaping itself as the thoughts and intentions of its inhabitants change. We on Earth only “sense” those changes as “feelings” like inspiration or foreboding. For spiritual and extraterrestrial beings throughout the cosmos, and even for us physical beings on Earth, thoughts shape reality.

Telepathy and innate human limitations. Our five senses lock us into this dense world of intricate structure and audiovisual communication with complex symbols (alphabets) and images, which our conscious mind and brain have come to accept as reality. Just about everyone else in the cosmos, especially at levels 5 and above, perceive our situation here on Earth as an elaborate, bewildering, and confining illusion, in which we humans remain trapped during our lifetimes.

Spirits at level 3 can tap into information from any place and any time in our material universe, since space and time are really infinite and eternal. Our sense of time (past vs present vs future) and space (right here vs over there on a map) form an illusory “prison” of four-dimensional thinking from which few can escape. Pure ITC contacts, meditation, siddhis and miracles are ways to break the bonds of material illusion and get a glimpse of cosmic reality.
