The general condition of a country—its transportation and communication infrastructure, the well-being of its people, the health of its environment…—is determined largely by the political and economic system of its government, which plans and decides about those kinds of things. Most countries today are capitalistic or socialistic or democratic or authoritarian or religious… or some hybrid of those.
Imagine if we could separate all of the best and worst qualities of all those political and economic systems, then use their best qualities to devise the best version of our countries in today’s incredibly shrinking world of computers, Internet, smartphones, AI-searches, and auto-translations. Here’s what they might look like, those best countries.

What’s “Best” or What’s Worst… or Good or Bad or Meh?

Here’s a rule-of-thumb that works pretty well (with a few minor exceptions*):
Behaviors that spread truth and decency and cause no intentional harm or suffering are among the best.
Behaviors that stir fear and doubt and intentionally harm others or cause intentional suffering are bad. The more harm and suffering they cause, the worse they are.

*Exceptions: “Good” things sometimes cause suffering, such a guilty conscience, karma, surgery, therapy, and other painful steps in the course of healing.

To Envision the Best Country, Transcend Earth’s Drama

Everyone needs to understand and acknowledge the core truth recognized by every pure, conscious being throughout the vast cosmos: There is a perfect surce at the center of everything that gives vitality, joy, peace, and purpose to everyone and everything that is pure and unblemished. We on Earth are inherently blemished by Earth’s spiritual shadow and our own dark, flawed biology that has created it across the millennia. The more we understand and acknowledge the perfection at the center of our being, the more effectively we scrub away the blemishes around our spirit… layer by layer.

When everyone on Earth understands that simple, profound truth, the world will be born anew.
