Between the source and the earth, at the various levels, we find: 7) Unimaginably powerful light beings. 6) Light beings and energy beings. 5) Formless energy beings that are like cohesive clouds of consciousness. Purifed people who enter level 5 after a lifetime on Earth feel like they’ve come home, as they’re drawn back into tight-knit spiritual communities from which they’d incarnated into their recent lifetime. These level 5 communities evolve and consolidate into ever larger communities through level 6 and level 7 (where I suspect they can be as massive as a star). 4) The polished “Summerland” paradise, where living form starts to melt away into living energy. 3) Our afterlife paradise of subtle, nonphysical earth-like structures that feel solid and real to the spirit inhabitants. 2) A holding place where dense, unruly spirit people from Earth can cleanse themselves a bit (emotionally and spiritually) before entering the level 3 paradise. 1) Earth life with its scrappy symbiosis.
Negative levels –1) through –7) form Earth’s shadow, a repository of human fears, desires, animosities, and other dark motivations at odds with the cosmos.
Where do people from Earth get settled after they die? Here’s what Timestream tells us:
- Purified people like Angie Mreches and Friedrich Juergenson of Sweden (d. 1987, father of EVP) shed their humanness to live among powerful, formless energy beings at level 5, where they realize that consciousness manifests form, and thoughts are reality.
- Polished people like Americans Jeannette D Meek, her daughter Nancy Carol, and Hal Roach transcend earthy illusions like time, space, and negative thinking to settle at level 4 (Summerland), where they can travel and manifest some of their surroundings with focused thought. (Jeannette and Nancy Carol were the wife and daughter of George Meek, father of ITC).
- In 1986, 59-year-old prime minister Olof Palme was assassinated in Sweden and awakened in level 3 Eden, where he was found by a Viking skald (poet) called Skjoldung and nursed back to youth and vitality in Hleidrha (today known as Lejre) before leaving for level 4 Summerland.
- Timestream director Swejen Salter (d.1987) and Richard Francis Burton (d.1890) are well known at level 3, she with multidimensional knowledge from her home planet Varid, he driven by an earthly sense of adventure and discovery. The back door of their big home along the border between levels 3 and 4 opens to a wide variety of parks, gardens, beaches, and forests. Their close friends include African Bwele M’Banga, scout for Burton’s expeditions, and Native American Red Jacket, who resettled with his people near Timestream to get away from Christian zealots who stray from Christ’s teachings of love and tolerance and get stuck around level 2.
Others living at level 3:
- Latvian psychologist Konstantin Raudive (d.1974), a prolific EVP pioneer, says that at level 3 we come closer to knowing our true self, which is elusive on Earth. He resumed his ITC work after he died, contacting us often by phone and radio.
- Edith Koerner (d.1995) was nursed back to youth and vitality by Mootai and her tribe at Faanui Lagoon on a South Pacific paradise island, apparently a spiritual copy of old Bora Bora.
- Yang Fudse, physician to China’s emperor, died around 200 AD in the capital Yo Long (now Yuolong). He explains consciousness and the Tao, and their role in spirit contacts through technology.
- French girl Anne Guigné died in 1922 at age 10 and soon was put in charge of the Group for the Protection of Newborn Life.
- Abdallah Ibn Bekr says his beautiful afterlife partner Halima had been his daughter-in-law in lifetime, but after their death, “We got together, for we both were now young and loved each other, and we have enjoyed every day since.”

Note: The late Jules Verne was surprised that he couldn’t find his brother Paul, his parents Pierre and Sophie, and his visionary publisher and friend PJ Hetzel and the Hetzel family. The coming articles will explain why close Earth relationships don’t always equate to close spiritual relationships.
