This is essentially how people form communities at level 3, where most of us get settled after we die, according to our Timestream spirit friends who live there. Their messages, received late last century by members of INIT, are shared below, translated carefully to English.
(The slanted sentences in parentheses, like this, are my comments about those spirit messages.)

“We live in comfortably furnished homes in a world that is similar to your world. The climate is always very mild. Our entire planet with its riverine communities here at level 3 was created by human minds, yet (Eden or “Marduk,” as the residents usually call the world) is as much a reality to spiritual people like us, as Earth is to physical people like you. People whose ideas and beliefs agree with each other come together here in groups and form one unity. This unity is the stepping stone to level 4.”
(Resonance is apparently a sort of natural force at level 3—pulling individuals into cohesive communities of people who are spiritually and mentally compatible—the way gravity seems to be a natural force here at level 1, pulling us all to the surface of Planet Earth.)

“Here in the river world, beings arrive from many worlds. Dwarfs, giants, and gnomes live together with bodiless (formless?) beings and the former human inhabitants of planet Earth. Doubles who were joined but lived on parallel worlds do not live together at the same area of the river.”
(Apparently, a soul can incarnate into two or more physical lifetimes at the same time in different parallel worlds, such as Earth, Varid, and Telmis. When these “doubles” die and awaken in Eden, they never share the same community there, for reasons that were not explained to us.)

“Almost every one of us arrives here with false hopes and expectations, some because of lack of spiritual understanding, others because of their religious teachers who had a very incomplete view of this world. Many here led a good life on Earth but were not perfect. People who occasionally lie are not bad as long as they do not hurt anyone else with their deception. People who are unjust out of ignorance, or because they act in haste, are not bad people. There are many here who never sent a person from their door because he was lower on the social ladder or had different political views or another religion. Some of those righteous people ask themselves, ‘Why am I sharing this planet with cheats, adulterers, liars, thieves, and those who indulged in excesses and were disloyal?!’ They know that these other souls cannot harm them, but they are terribly upset and disappointed that they must be here, among them, rather than in a promised land.”
(People aren’t perfect at level 3, though they start becoming more and more perfect once they choose to polish and purify themselves gradually as they migrate toward levels 4, 5, and so on, on their way back to the source. While residing at level 3, they’re mentally and emotionally somewhat cleansed after their 6-week sleep, but they’re still human with human foibles. So, nearly everyone gets settled at level 3 with false hopes and expectations that will eventually be polished away as the person begins to feel ready to start moving to finer levels… instead of reincarnating into yet another lifetime on Earth, which is apparently what most earth-dwellers eventually do after arriving back at level 3 after a lifetime. They usually reincarnate for another lifetime, after some rest and recuperation in paradise.)
