Cosmic Truths 1– Our Ancient Past

1.1 Humans Came to Earth from Eden, Long, Long Ago

Long, long ago when humans came to Earth from Eden (or Marduk), they lost mastery over nature after their dissension with the serpent. This was the start of a drama which would cast its shadow even to the beginning of a new religion (Christianity) of a new God. Humans had to fight against nature and some of its most dangerous creatures. You call them monsters, but they were only life forms which defended themselves and their kind. These creatures did not subject themselves to the intellectual superiority of humans and had to be defeated and destroyed by cunning and strength. Human civilizations prevailed. Of these times long, long ago, only legends were handed down. Do not scorn them. The day may not be far off when your sciences will dig up the skeleton of a dragon. By the time Christianity started its conquest, Earth had been freed of these monstrous animals, but they were still very much present in people’s minds. Now it was saints such as Michael who defeated them by force. Later on, others whom you call saints subdued the so-called wild animals up to the day when force became superfluous and they were subdued by intellect. So it was with the saintly Schetzel who lived at peace with the animals of the woods right here where you live today [Luxembourg]. He knows that you [the experimenters, Maggy and Jules Harsch-Fischbach] are great friends of animals, as are all the little people (elementals, nature spirits). He blesses everyone on Earth who is concerned with the preservation of all that has been created.

1.2 Fall of Man, Human Descendants of Titans Who Killed a Young God

At this point we wish to return to a subject of frequent discussions (especially among Catholic Christians): the subject of original sin. If we were to analyze and to accept verbatim what is still believed and frequently taught in Catechism today, which is the so-called “fall of Man” and its consequences, every logically thinking person, Catholic or not, would have to conclude that Man’s punishment did not bear any relationship to his transgression. Because, curiously enough, the first sinful humans were said to have been forgiven and the burden of this sin placed on their (innocent) progeny. This entire, contradicting story was to serve as an explanation for death. Actually, the “fall of Man” is a legend handed down from Greek mythology. It was maintained by the “Mysteries” and found its way into the schools of philosophy during the Greek classic period. Humans were considered to be descendants of Titans who had killed the young Dionysus-Zagreus. The burden of this crime weighed heavily on them. In a writing by (early Greek scientist and philosopher) Anaximander it is said that the unity of the world was destroyed by a prehistoric crime. In reality, these legends are based on a factual incident: the downfall of the civilization you often call Atlantis (also known by other names). This downfall was brought about by the descendants of the last inhabitants of Marduk who became marooned on planet Terra. This downfall came through reliance and blind trust in a massive technology. Later, the Church tried to prove the theory of the consequences of original sin by emphasizing Man’s tendency toward evil. The Church’s explanation was that Adam, who was free of original sin, had no inclination to evil (in my first text I allegorically referred to it as “the serpent”). You see, there was a “fall of Man,” but different from what you imagined. We know that many among you will not believe us. This does not bother us. We know that this is how it was. Today you may consider it science fiction, but you too will one day, once more, recognize its validity. The next time we shall speak of more pleasant things.

1.3 The Scrappy Nature of Atlantis

“The Project” started 20,000 years ago, and its final phase took place in Atlantis. Basilaie was the king’s island in an empire that sank in the middle of the 13th century B.C. It was located east of Helgoland. Diving expeditions have meanwhile located in the waters of a boulder field the ruins of manmade walls. Plato’s report (the only document still in existence) corresponds with the cultural traces of the South Scandinavian and Danish Bronze age. There also is a parallel with the stories of natural catastrophes and devastation which took place around 1220 B.C. in Northern Europe. For a better understanding also read the work of pastor Juergen Spamuth, The Demystified Atlantis, published by him in 1953. The Atlanteans were not necessarily the kind of people that many of you imagine. They did have a great culture, but they also had a great fleet that attacked and robbed the Mediterranean countries (where did you think their legendary wealth came from?), among them Corsica, Crete, Greece, Thessalia, and Macedonia. Also see the big Egyptian relief of a naval battle (the Egyptian priests reported to Solon about these raids—see Plato.) 1.4 End of Atlantis, Project Sothis, and the First Epoch

Alkbrat of Shanidar was the last one to enter the great temple hall. He walked bent over and was slow of step. His white hair and flowing beard gave him a patriarchal appearance. He leaned his curved golden staff against the table and took his place at the head of the table. The others in the room remained silent; they knew they had to wait until the venerable old man opened the assembly. It was the last time that they would meet like this in the Sothis Temple, for the barbarians were already at the outer walls of the city. Alkbrat raised both hands and began with a clear, firm voice, which, despite his age, sounded full and strong:
“Participants of this project, my brothers and sisters, the Golden Ages of our culture are at an end. Our civilization has become so indifferent that the innumerable dead, who perish of starvation and disease, have become a common sight for you. They elicit no more than a sigh, or in the best case, a tinge of protest. The streets of our cities have become the residence of legions of the homeless; drugs rule the world; men murder their brothers on a scale and with a bestiality that has not been seen since the (previous) dark ages. At the same time, thousands of lesser acts of violence and abominations have become so customary that they hardly seem real. We have tried to avert the evil with our Project Sothis, but we have failed. We have made the mistake of reaching an understanding with the students of Nephtos, because we believed that as the caste of scientists, they would help us convince the people that the Gateway, the Space-Time Arch, was the last hope for our sick world. But we have erred. They have measured, minced and counted, and again, measured, minced and counted, and could not recognize the true meaning of our search, because they could not recognize the truth that stood behind our endeavors: the inseparability of the spiritual from the material world—the opening of the door between these worlds. So we lost precious time, and our adversaries used our weaknesses. Some of us have fallen away and let themselves be lured by passing fame and Mammon; others were intimidated and have lost their belief in the righteousness of our good cause. We do not wish to bear them ill will, but rather pray that someday they will recognize their error. But we must be conscious that pride, covetousness, and arrogance are guilty of bringing our Project to ruin. Today we meet for the last time; tomorrow some of us will already no longer be among the living; others will be in flight. We know that our bodies, which we now inhabit, are only houses from which we will soon be moving. Where to and when we know not, but now we want to speak the last vow, and to give our word, that at the given time, in another place, with another appearance, and under different names—some will be men and no longer women, and vice versa—we will no longer remember here and now, but when we meet again, we will know that we belong together. This very night, a Spirit of the Rainbow appeared to me and assured me that they will guide us further and lead us when mankind approaches the next dark age. This will be when voices speak from boxes and human beings move through light behind glass. Here on this spot on the river after many millennia, a city will arise that will be called Babylon, and the Second Epoch will begin.”
Alkbrat arose. The golden threads that were interwoven through his deep blue garment shimmered in the glow of the candles. The others also arose and, extending their hands, they spoke the vow. So it came to pass, and it is being communicated to you (INIT members), because you have found each other again, and this time have passed the first part of the test. Continue to watch out for false friends and know that the journey is a long one.

1.5 Beings Meet to Decide on the Continuation of The Project

Note: This is a voice message that came through the telephone answering device of our main INIT member, Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg. It’s in English. The other messages in this article were text files planted in Maggy’s computer, usually in German, and they were translated by Hans Heckmann into English.

In the course of bygone decades, of thousands of earthly years, beings interested in human species meet to decide on the continuation of the project. You must not imagine that only The Seven implicated in the actual development of INIT are there; no, it is a coming together of all entities interested in mankind. The interests are various. We, The Seven of the Rainbow People, have decided to help and support the way chosen by you in INIT. It is the way of morals, which means to understand, to acknowledge, to devise, and to act. It is not to be mixed up with religion, which means to believe. The two can be complementary, but they are independent, one to the other. You already know that also pharisees, ghouls, swindlers, thieves–yes, even murderers—have their interested supporters here among the dead. And, as the word “higher being”—notice that we never gave us this name ourselves—does not stand, as it is often misinterpreted by falsely religious people to be purified, rid of all sin, whatever the word “sin” means for them. There are also entities here interested in that situation. This is the seventh time that we accompany and guide you on your progress towards a free, wealthy, and sane future in which humanity would have stripped off the chains of intolerance and cruelty—a future in which it will be able to establish fruitful and durable relationship with the light, ethereal realms of existence. Our and your opponents tried to prevent this by all means. Your meeting in Tarrytown is a decisive one—men and women of wit whittled out together to make true the dream of a strong international association based on morals and on ethics, by giving it not only a fundamental constitution—and sheltering it this way from the wind, the rain, and the storms of pernicious attacks—but also by strengthening love and friendship true, the best qualities of mankind. The first step was made in Dartington. Those last weeks some of your best were cruelly hit by illnesses, diseases, and personal problems in order to keep them away from their valuable work. Be assured, even if we cannot avoid the plague, we can control the gravity. Whatever has happened, do not lose courage. We are there. You are in the right way. You are a small number, but much depends on you and on your decisions those days. We trust in you.

Cosmic Truths 2 – Our Cosmic View: Fact and Fancy

2.1 The INIT Mission: Understand and Explain

To the participants of Project Sothis: The messages we send you are explanations to make you understand different things. We have to use different means to accomplish this. The meaning of the word “grief” has to be depicted differently than “tree”. “Contact field” is different from “carpet”. Often we are not telling you anything new because our messages are self-explanatory and of common sense. However, they are meant to stimulate your desire to find out more about it. We do teach you things you cannot find in reference books. The purpose of our messages is to evoke in you efforts of recognition and discernment, without which men cannot accomplish an “Ascent into Light”. It is your task as INIT members to learn to understand the messages, to discuss them among yourselves, pass them on and explain them. This also makes the difference between your publications and those of others who delight to give their readers mainly the raisins and the topping, but neglect the dough. Without raising their consciousness men will be unable to take the necessary steps to stop the decay of ethics and morals in your time. That will only happen when man understands what he is doing. And that shall have to be explained to him. It is your task as members of INIT to guide the reader through what is self-evident to you and make it understandable to them. You should guide them with patience and in an orderly fashion so they can follow our thoughts, while you detect anything that is confusing. Clarify it as much as possible. Sonia and Mark are doing outstanding work in this regard. They are capable to describe difficult things in a simple manner and to highlight it as needed. The descriptions of several contacts that were aimed against INIT seemed hazy, not because the circumstances are complicated, but those who make these contacts public are satisfied with half-truth and do not bring light to what is still misunderstood. 2.2 ‘God Is the Absolute, Unlimited, All-Encompassing Cosmos.’

I, Ishkumar, one of The Seven, have the following message to pass along to you: Many of you have a false impression about us. Unfortunately, this is often the case with your mediums who recognize only part of us. Also, there are a great number of people who claim to have a direct connection to God, Yahweh or Jehovah. Some ITC experimenters believe this. It is not correct. Many Earth people mistakenly perceive God as a person or an individual entity. God is not a person but the highest principle of life, as well as the absolute reality. He, or IT, is the absolute unity and the absolute, unlimited and all-encompassing Universe. As a limitless entity, the universe can never be one of the creative individuals who are numerous in the cosmos. Nor is it tenable that there is a single Son of God for the entire cosmos. Jesus Christ, today a part of Pescator, has never described himself as such. Since God, ultimately, is everything, and everything is God, it makes no difference which religion you belong to. There is only one universal truth which can be found through the path of decency. For those who follow eternal principles, the doors to freedom are open.

2.3 The Victory of Cosmic Understanding over Materialism

People of Terra. Beware of false friends and of so-called well-meaning advice that intends to mislead you. It makes no difference which religion you believe in. There is only one universal truth and all paths will lead to it. However, the path to decency is through honesty. If your theologians could manage to fit your concept of the principle and of God into the modern world picture, you could more easily see its validity. In the final analysis, what matters is the victory of reason and understanding over materialism and irrationality at the End Time. Some people must perish without their inner ties to a higher power and their belief in advanced beings who serve this higher power. Since we love you and accompany you on your journey, we understand when some of you feel neglected by us to whom you refer as “higher beings”. Why are they afraid? The day will come when they realize that they are safe with us. Ishkumar, one of the Seven.

2.4 Humanity’s collective afterlife beliefs help shape the afterlife

The world in which we live, which you call ‘the other side,’ is constructed according to the basic laws of Ptolemy. The ideas that living and deceased persons hold concerning this structure are misleading. The life view of Ptolemy was then obliterated by followers of Copernicus. This life view correspondingly reduced the number who arrived here geometrically. At the moment, due to the imprint of Einstein’s view, and because of numerous new theories from your side — Hawking, Sheldrake, etc. — the other side here is, one might say, ‘out of joint.’ Countless people are coming here from the earth. In spiritual understanding, many are not as yet advanced to the point that they recognize their responsibility for the outcome of these events. As new situations on Earth are created, we stand ever ready for new changes to echo here. Here these lead not only to changes in our planet but also to the dimensions or planes. New changes then need to be made here to compensate. The solution that we at the moment have decided upon is to try to reach the core of our world through which, when you inform us, we would be able to create anew. People who read what you write would discuss it with others and slowly construct a stable direction of thinking. To be sure, people here live happily and peacefully and can ‘straighten out’ the many problems that you manifest. Even if your side is not a mirror image of the third dimension, and this side also does not present a mirror image of your Earth, we mutually influence each other. We are concerned about the unresolved problems of the Earth and always seek possibilities for helping you. Many times we can do nothing and must wait until someone on your side takes the initiative. For many, many years we have inspired Mankind to subscribe to common valid rules that make living in community according to spiritual principles orderly and possible. Today we try to inspire your society while taking into consideration life in this age. End of contact.

2.5 Misunderstood Esoterics, Dismissive View of Human Suffering

Children of Earth – People of Terra Today we want to talk about misunderstood esoterics and about messages which want to make some of you feel that God not only has a special love for you, but that you are able to encounter him face to face. These people do not consider themselves as children of Adam and Eve, and do not think they are the results of an evolution. They think of themselves as special children of God. They equate creation with the fall of man. In their eyes, sometimes unconsciously, the innocent unborn fetus becomes more precious than the children that have been born into a world of “sin”. The problems of this world seem meaningless to them and poverty and grief are hardly worth their attention. They close their eyes from what is happening on planet Earth, what is happening now with your brothers in Africa, the racism, the dangers of a simmering, intolerant Islamic world and the unholy and unnecessary religious wars which still persist. They turn away from the real abominations threatening this Earth: the manipulation of genetics, cloning, and the objectionable experiments with living organisms… They ignore torture and spiritual oppression which still occur daily on your globe. They are only concerned with their own problems which are often rather small and have little bearing on their fellow human beings. They lose what should be most important in their lives – the loyalty to their brothers and sisters. Everyone should believe what he/she considers the truth. We give you no doctrines and no commandments, we only recommend that you try to live in harmony with the universe. That can only happen when you become aware that pleasing words of love and peace are not enough if the true spirit is missing. Only if you live what you proclaim about love and harmony, shall you find true inner peace. We, whom you call the rainbow people shall help you on your way.

2.6 Man’s False Self-Evaluation (Superiority Complex)

I would like to say something on the subject of cattle madness and human madness. In the perception of their environment, mammals, just like humans, have the ability to evaluate their surroundings and behave accordingly. Though they are humanity’s fellow creatures and inhabit the same living space, humans behave as if the world is their environment alone and everything else is only for their use. This anthropocentric world picture is a totally false self-evaluation. Man is not the measure of all things as you often arrogantly assume. Humans are one of a million species on the tree of life. All the animals, plants and the elements of nature are part of the world around you. By living as though the rest of the world is only for your benefit, you miss the purpose of your existence. You also miss your Christian mission, making this a sad chapter of your history. The position of human superiority established by Christianity (not to be confused with the teachings of Jesus Christ which had little to do with that) has to this day influenced your attitude towards animals. According to the church, animals have no soul that can be redeemed, therefore in the eyes of many people Christ may be a good shepherd but not for animals. Pope Pius IX in his days opposed the founding of an Italian Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. He considered any obligations of men toward animals a theological error. After passing over in 1878 he was taught differently. Since then he has been cleaning stables. I am told he is doing well and will soon be taking an active part in the nursing of animals. We are now waiting for some of his colleagues. They issued a directive during the German Conference of Bishops in 1980 in which they underlined that human life takes precedence, and therefore medical tests on animals should be approved. Elsewhere, intelligent people like Rene Descartes, whose birthday was recently celebrated, turned animals into objects of human research curiosity. Now you are confronting a new catastrophe which you have brought onto the animal world, the so-called cattle madness. Millions of head of cattle will be killed, caused by the overbearance of men, the cross-breeding, the presumption of those who consider themselves the crown of creation. As far as cattle are concerned that means: A pressure-loaded bolt is put on the head between the eyes. The bolt smashes the skull causing a murderous brain concussion. Hundreds of pounds of paralyzed beef crashes to the ground. No moans of torture, only the collapse of the animal. Then, skinning, removal of udders and testicles, cutting off heads. Other homemade religious instructions, Jewish as well as Islamic, prohibit narcosis. This spells the difference between slaughter and kosher butchering. Sensitive souls among Christians are satisfied that their country uses electric shock but they like to forget that this was first tried out in psychiatric institutions. Not very much to be proud of for Homo Sapiens. Because of the uniqueness of cattle madness the cattle carcasses are then being burned. It cannot even be used to relieve hunger in the world. New rules and regulations are set up, but what is not forbidden by law is not necessarily moral. We can wait for the next catastrophe. One of the outcomes will be that some of you will want to become vegetarians. As if the change from animals to plants will solve the problem. Plants are living things, too. Meat-eating man really gets in his own way. Man cannot live in the natural environment without using force. it has become part of your world and you cannot ignore it. Even peace, as far as you have it, only exists to the extent that you limit force in solving your conflicts. The same is true of peace with nature and the animal life. When the so-called primitive natives asked the animals’ pardon before killing them to eat, they did not save those animals’ lives. They did save the lives of all animals that need not be killed because they do not have to be eaten. Keep on eating the meat and vegetables you need to subsist, but be grateful for what you eat. Prayers at the table spoken from the heart will help you not to feel like you have blood on your hands. The slaughtered cattle are received here by good people and after the period of regeneration are being led to the big herds of Master Pescator in the Moreysia Mountains.

Cosmic Truths 3 – Dramas of Living on Earth

3.1 Jealousy, Fear, and Hate Are Devastating

Children of Earth, people of Terra. You know the world is not changed by cosmic events but by changes in the individual. Every person is unique and can build a palace for good or a dungeon for evil. This recognition should make clear to all of you your share of responsibility in all happenings. Especially in ITC it is important that everyone should be aware that he or she can play a decisive part.
The spirit of time was favorable for you people. The positive reform first coming from a few individuals has now manifested in a group which is forming around you. It is only natural that some of them who want to hold on to what was overtaken are hostile toward you. They want to try to suppress the spring that is now bubbling up, so it sinks back into the ground. They will not succeed. They have once before experienced that the subterranean stream of water that developed appeared anew with even greater power.
Some of you think every human being carries a spark of something higher within and believe they can argue with everybody on the same level. Unfortunately, this is not true. It is easy to forget that you are still on the physical side of the veil and have your daily battles with all the shortcomings of physical life.
I noticed how under the weight of a stone all kinds of repulsive worms and vermins accumulate. So it is under the weight of fear and envy when hate and thoughts of destruction come forth. Do not think that you only have to awaken what is humane and dignified in a person to make them walk the way of the light. We told you before: go your own way and let those who have chosen another path go theirs.
Matter and spirit are irreconcilable opposites, as are strict rules and freedoms. Accept from other stations only what seems acceptable to you. Those who do not want to walk with you should let you go your own way. You do not expect them to accept you, except by their own free will. Those poor people are misguided. They let themselves be fooled by beings who want to harm you. They too, will understand and in time find their way back to their true spiritual home. You, the participants in Project Sothis…

3.2 No Evil Beyond the Material Realm
1997 January 29 (9703 p14)

Evil is non-existent only in the true reaches of spirit that are without matter. In your material world, the power of evil overcomes matter. If you understand this correctly, you know what it is that has to be overcome. If you misunderstand it, the balance is disturbed and chaos develops. If the balance is preserved, even an exchange between the good and the bad side could be envisioned. An example can be found in nature. Nature destroys only to create anew. Out of evil can arise something good by transformation and regeneration.
Jealousy is like a bacillus that aims to destroy an existing body. You cannot see it with the bare eye but its action is devastating. Jealousy only becomes such a dangerous carrier when it combines with ignorance: “The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness sees it not”. Your question should not be: “How can higher beings let this happen?” but, “How can people on earth let all this happen?
Hate is a basic feeling and, like all feelings, can be expressed in different ways. Within Project Sothis it should never be allowed to even get close, let alone infiltrate it or try to destroy it. Hate will turn to evil when given unlimited freedom.
By their words you shall know them. Test the spirits. Carefully read the alleged spirit messages that reflect even traces of envy, jealousy, and hate. Form your own opinion. You shall easily detect who wants to deceive you and who not. Look for the true problems on your poor planet whose civilization has been damaged, whose children have become victims of wars and whose environment and creatures have been offended. You shall see that there is no room for petty fights or for people who cannot cope with the realities of life. They become victims to disturbance and fear, which are bad counselors. These people want to be and want to have everything at once, but are of little substance and cannot have what they want. Humanity is on its way and will make mistakes, but it is the only form of humanity there is. Above all, be true to yourself for you have to lead your own life.

3.3 Fear and Doubt are Internal and Surmountable

Children of Earth, people of Terra, There are moments in your life when you think you are standing in front of a wall, an almost insurmountable obstacle. An anxiety befalls you that can grow into regular oppression. Most of this inner fear comes from yourself. It is rare that it was caused by someone else. Most of you do not need an outside attacker. What you have done too much or what you neglected to do often is enough to upset you. However, it is possible that your own anxiety and fear become so strong and are of such intensity that they literally take you over and thereby open up avenues for low spirits and their influence and damaging manipulations. Therefore, if you are able at all, avoid fear and insecurity. Do not doubt! We, the Seven, tell you that you did the right thing… Your decision to tackle the job of spreading an ethically and morally founded ITC was a decision and an act of free will. There was no coercion when you decided that in England. You have selected your path and thereby your future. Your actions which will follow your words will be along the same line and continue in the material world. They will issue from the same principle. Compare your present situation with that of a playing child. You started a game with nothing to worry about and only a desire to have fun. But now enters the human consideration and you see to it that with every game there will be rules. Some among you notice that you have lost your independence by these rules and you have to admit to yourself before you even start that you cannot play the game this way. Some of you forget why you wanted to participate and you feel like hiding behind walls of your own creation. You are offended and sad, and yet you alone are responsible for yourself and for this situation. The spread and distribution of spirit material calls for regularity and openness to the realities of everyday life. Others doubt whether they are doing the right thing. They have always had trouble with their involvement in a common cause. If you correctly analyze what you do and do not, you cannot help but notice that it is yourself who are mainly responsible for your “chronic problems.” Children of Earth, People of Terra, do not be afraid. The fears you now feel in your physical body cannot reach your ethereal body and harm you. You should realize you have merely selected the paint covering the small box which houses your deeper inner self… You know very well why you stand up for this common cause. You feel it in your heart. Cosmic Truths 4 – Dramas of Dying on Earth

4.1 Fear of death

Fear of death is one of the most distressing concepts of human culture. It is based on the conscious belief that your bodily existence offers life and security, which it never wants to lose. Fear of death therefore is evidence of the mind having lost its roots. It shows a spiritual being who has far removed itself from its higher self. You owe this mentality largely to an intellectual and scientific way of thinking. It wants all thoughts reduced to a comprehensible level of material existence. Heaven is in man and those who have heaven within themselves go to heaven. Heaven is in all those who recognize what is of God and let themselves be guided by the Divine. The priority and basic concern of every religion has always been the Acknowledgement of God.

4.2 ‘When we come to take you home’

Children of Earth, people of Terra! Often, when we come to take you home at the end of your earthly lives, we notice that you are in great haste. Like someone who unexpectedly has guests coming, you dash to and fro and try to get some order in the chambers of your spirit and your heart. You quickly get things out of the way which you left lying around carelessly for a long time. You hide other things under the furniture and the carpet because you are ashamed that you neglected them. Dear people! We come only to greet you, not to judge you. The pupil is not being judged after an hour of testing (a single lifetime), but only after his entire period of learning (many lifetimes). You try to imitate us because your religions teach you to do so. That is nice, but do not overdo it. You are still human beings. Sometimes you impose tasks on yourself and others that are too hard. When you fail, you grow ill-tempered and finally become angry with us. You are not perfect, but this is no reason for us to find you repulsive or to look down upon you. We accompany the lonely and grieving. We lie next to the sick and we ease the burden of the suffering. We love human beings, but people sometimes expect this love to give them something which we cannot give because you are unable or unprepared to receive it. We do understand your desperation and your skepticism, your doubt and your anger. We know you are only on a journey. Once you get back to us, you will feel like the child who sits smiling and securely on its mother’s lap. Therefore, do not make this time of your transit unnecessarily difficult for each other. Lighten your hearts and take off your masks in front of each other and you will be prepared on the day we take you home.

4.3 The importance of processing grief

Children of Earth, people of Terra Today I would like to talk to you about the importance of grief. This may seem strange to you, since you know, death is not the end of existence, but the passing into another life. Surely, those who pass from you are not dead, only their physical bodies died. All of you who are seriously interested in ITC know that they live on. Yet, they are not physically present any more. You have, as you say, “lost them”. The first reaction to the loss of a significant person whom you love is shock. Understandably, in case of a sudden and unexpected departure this is particularly severe. Often it manifests itself in a regular physical breakdown, a sort of paralysis that negates the bodily death in your dimension, a sign of denial to accept its reality. Those of you who already have been through this, know whereof we speak. They asked themselves why nobody warned them that they would be feeling so tired, so exhausted, so inactive and sick. Nobody had told them the feeling of mourning would be so much like fear. Be aware, however, that this suffering, this going through the first grief, is one of the emotional learning processes human beings have to suffer. You will understand its meaning only by suffering through it. Frequently you may be advised to get more occupied and become busier. You may get scared into this, thinking your attitude about your beloved was wrong, or a tremendous activity will help you overcome your shock and paralysis. You are ashamed and dismayed about something that is only a natural reaction of grief and pain over your loss. Be aware, Children of Earth, people of Terra, that it is your right to express grief and your natural reaction to sorrow and loss. In fact, it is dangerous to suppress them. What helps you at such moments is the actual nearness of another human being. But in the cold, emotionless world which man has created for himself, there often is no room for such things. After the shock which generally lasts no longer than a few days, follows a phase of controlled behavior. Many things have to be taken care of and you have to “stand your ground” during the funeral. The mourning persons are mostly surrounded by helpful people who are close to them. It is only after this period of consideration, after having turned back to the routines of your world, that the realization begins to emerge of what happened and the search for what you lost. The bereaved tries to find the way to what he lost at unobserved moments and during dreams. This is not objectionable although some of you may think of it as “irrational”. It should not be confused with ITC which builds a regular bridge between dimensions. These bridges should help the ITC experimenters not to be overcome with the grief felt by those who do not know about life after death. The extent of this grief is exquisitely explained by the physicist and parapsychologist Prof. Dr. Werner Schiebeler in several books.* Read the books of this learned scholar and you will understand that true sorrow and destructive grief are two different things. I like to point out that there is no “calendar for mourning” and the phases I spoke about may be of different length. The main purpose of my message however, is this: You who are involved or interested in ITC, and that means every single experimenter, because of your knowledge that death is not the end, do not try to react in words or in writing as though death did not take place. Grief is the answer to the loss of a loved one and whoever is denied this reaction will suffer psychologically, physically or both.

• Arthur Moos (9703 p4). “I still see the four of us (soldiers) in the carriage… It was April 1945 and it was a mild spring day. I see in front of me the piercing, all-consuming yellow-red flash that lifted us into the air like a fist of steel. We went higher and higher and I felt like a rabbit that someone grabbed by the neck and shook up violently, only to toss down at breakneck speed to smash on the ground of this bloody, tortured and war-torn Earth. Everything around me went deep black; only my spirit floated through a flickering dark matter. No sound could be heard and no light penetrated the darkness. I remained in this state a very long time….”
• Richard Francis Burton (9701 p12). “His name was Burton. He had woken up a few days ago in a shady palm-and-fruit garden near a bubbling spring in the middle of the city. A young goat was licking him and when he gained consciousness his outer appearance and clothes were exactly like they are now. He has absolutely no knowledge how he got here. At first, he believed he’d lost his mind, because he remembered just lying in bed when a terrible pain went through him. He lost consciousness and then woke up in this garden and now feels better than he has for decades….”
• Jules Verne (9702 p1). “Deaf in the left ear, practically blind and cardiac, in possession of a deficient stomach and suffering from rheumatism, with acute gout and diabetes, I was startled to find myself, at the expiration of my earthly life on the 24th of March, 1905, transported from my domicile at Six Boulevard Longueville, as it were, without warning and without my being exactly able to describe the circumstances, towards a place that was totally strange to me….”
• Anne Guigne. “As a little girl in France I got very ill… I desired the change into a multi-dimensional world and was allowed a fast passing over to a world some memory of which was still alive in me. It is the same beautiful world you have heard about from others like me….”
• Jemp Fischbach (9701 p7). “I had gone through two world wars and always thought little could shake me up anymore. But when this hole suddenly opened in the wall and got bigger, I must admit that I was afraid. I was at that time old and sick and very weak. Never did I think I would be up on my legs again so soon. I called for help but nobody seemed to hear me. The hole now was as big as a door and silvery light came through it into my room. Our mother came out looking exactly like she had looked when we were little, but much prettier than I remembered her. Albert, she smiled at me, took me by the hand and said: “Come Jemp, this is enough here. You should come home now.” I went with her holding her hand, like we used to do as boys. Somehow it did not occur to me that she should really be dead for many years….”

• Adolf Homes (9801 p15). “Adolf crossed through a large, black tunnel. When the moment of crossing came, he started feeling as though he would glide through the mattress of the bed and then through the floor. He then fell into a deep, black hole and lost consciousness. When he woke up, he saw the Light at the other end of the tunnel. He was greeted there by falconers. You know that he was once an accomplished falconer?”
• Friedrich Juergenson (9601 p11). “Every being is a unity of spirit and body that cannot be separated on earth or in spirit. The only exception is upon death, when the physical body disintegrates and in its place comes the astral body. Our message is to tell you that your life goes on. Any speculations on how an individual will experience it are bound to be limited in validity. All your scientific, medical or biological speculations miss the mark of these realities. What serves as “real” to science is not close to reality in the broad picture. It is no more than a word in a book.”

Cosmic Truths 5 – After We Die: The Basics

5.1 We Are Travelers (ITC Gem 38)

in August 1986, 12 years after his death:

Existence today, with its many levels of spiritual and physical being, could be compared to a motorway that comes from anywhere and leads to anywhere. Travelers move along the motorway, stopping here or there for a while, and then continue their journeys.
Humans on Earth are those sitting in a motorway service area. They believe their stay there to be their entire life and the only form of existence. Most of them see little or nothing of the motorway, as they are completely absorbed in the service area. They forget what had happened before—the journey or the service area.
Even though the service area is only a service area, its visitors would benefit from making an effort to keep it in good condition, since new guests are always arriving.
Unfortunately, service area guests at the present time do not at all behave accordingly. They contaminate it, as the industrialized countries do, or they allow too many guests to stop off at once until there is no space or service available, and there is nothing more to eat or drink.
There is a purpose for the service area. Travelers could recover there and gather strength for the journey ahead. They could study roadmaps and get an understanding of the motorway, since the coming journey is inevitable.
But people muddle themselves in the service area and get drunk and distracted… and when it’s time to leave, they no longer know where to go.
For sure, the Earth is no paradise, but there is no inherent need to make it a vale of tears. 
Every research, every science should have one underlying purpose: to inform and to serve the traveler….
At level 3 in the Beyond, the human being finds their way back to their proper self. When I was living on your side, I always tried to be somebody other than who I really was; most people try to present a self-image that is not really accurate. Now that I am here, I assert in closer accord with my innate ego (or spiritual self).

5.2 Living at Afterlife Level 3 (ITC Gem 2 and ITC Gem 16)

Gem 2: 
We live in a world that is similar to your world. We have a body like yours. This body is of an etheric substance of much higher vibration than your dense body in your dense material world. No diseases exist here; missing body limbs grow again. Bodies that were amputated on Earth will here be regenerated again.
We live in comfortably furnished homes. The surrounding landscapes are impressive and beautiful. The average age of all those who passed over to us becomes 25 to 30 years. If they died in old age, they awaken here in full consciousness after a regenerating sleep that lasts about six weeks of Earth time. In some cases it can be shorter.
The children arriving on the third level are lovingly accepted and cared for by their relatives who live here. The children continue growing up until they have reached the age of 25 to 30 years.
We live together with other life forms… with humans who before their bodily death lived on other planets… with dwarfs, giants, and gnomes and with bodiless (formless?) entities. Approximately 60 billion humanoids from all existing worlds congregate here. They continue to cultivate friendships and partnerships.
You do not put away your sexuality, as it is a truly human characteristic. Sexual partnerships exist, provided both partners harmonize and desire it. We eat and drink like you do, but our food is produced synthetically. To put it another way, we more or less materialize physical food. The meat which some still enjoy here is only a reproduction of matter. No animal has to die for another being.
Many animal species exist here which are unknown on Earth, such as paradise-like birds and colorful butterflies. The temperature is very mild. Personality and character are not changed by the process of dying. You do not wake up on the third plane with new knowledge. Psychic problems and conflicts are not abolished yet. Though there is no more physical pain here, we still know mental anguish and the pain of the soul.

Gem 10:
Along the River are comfortably furnished houses. Residents come from several planets and include gnomes, giants and dwarfs. About 60 billion humanoids live here. Sexuality is an option for compatible couples wishing it. Residents can eat and drink synthesized (created from thought) food.
There are animal species unknown on Earth, including brightly colored birds and butterflies. The temperature is very mild.
The River is located on a planet called Marduk with three suns, so it is never completely dark. It orbits one sun and receives light from two other nearby stars. A single, large river flows 100 million kilometers across the entire planet, the deepest spot in the river being 17,000 meters, the widest spot 3,700 meters.
The planet and its Riverine communities were all created by human minds, yet is as much a reality to its spiritual residents as our Earth is to us.
Vegetation ranges from microscopic algae to giant trees. Many buildings are made of wood.
People arrive here with the same psychological and emotional nature they had when they died, although shortcomings and imbalances can be overcome through rapid learning. Children arriving on the astral planes are nurtured by loved ones who already live there. The children grow and develop to age 25-30.
Almost everyone arrives here with false hopes and expectations, some because of lack of spiritual understanding, others because of their religious teachers who had a very incomplete view of this world.
Many here (in the mid-Astral planes) led a good life on Earth but were not perfect. People who occasionally lie are not bad as long as they do not hurt anyone else with their deception. People who are unjust out of ignorance. or because they act in haste, are not bad people.
There are many here who never sent a person from their door because he was lower on the social ladder, had different political views or another religion. Some of them ask themselves, “Why am I sharing this planet with cheats, adulterers, liars, thieves, and those who indulged in excesses and were disloyal?!”They know that these other souls cannot harm them, but they are terribly upset and disappointed that they must be here, among them, rather than in a promised land

Note: Many Earth activities no longer serve a purpose at level 3, but they continue by popular demand among former Earth-dwellers—having sex, eating delicious foods, living in nice homes, traveling in vehicles, strolling in beautiful parks, swimming along soft, sandy beaches….

5.3 Rest and Recreation at Level 3 (ITC Gem 19)

Swejen says, We too are overcome by a certain tiredness after long and hard work. It is not comparable to physical exhaustion but rather like the human need for change and relaxation. This relaxation is provided and takes but a short time as you measure it.
She spoke of recreation centers frequented by hard-working people in the astral planes.
The recreation building we are in at the moment has the shape of a huge dome. Clouds are moving overhead although we are not in open space.
“Swejen said the hall interior is patterned after nature, with beautiful gardens, indescribable colors, soul-penetrating music, and flowers that emit not only lovely fragrances but soft music of the spheres as well. Some recreation centers have summer activities in beautiful, earth-like settings of lush green. Others have snowy landscapes with winter activities available.
Newcomers to the astral planes can spend as much time as they like in these centers. Some find the centers so appealing that they think they want to spend the rest of their spirit lives there. Others enjoy the activities for a while then turn to other activities.
Inhabitants of Eden at level 3 are assisted by higher beings in creating landscapes they are familiar with. While this reality seems a bit “fabricated” to us, Swejen is quick to point out that everything in their world looks and feels as solid and real to them, as physical things look and feel to us here on Earth (level 1).”  — Maggy Fischbach

5.4 Reincarnation (ITC Gem 8 and ITC Gem 10 and ITC Gem 11)

ITC GEM 8. Maggy got her first clear spirit voices through radio in the early 1980s. The main communicators were Konstantin Raudive (a Latvian spirit-voice pioneer who’d died in 1974) and Technician, one of The Seven finer beings, or “Rainbow People.” Reincarnation was one of the earliest subjects of those ITC messages. Technician:

The human soul returns back to Earth often enough to learn all human life experiences… Reincarnation is a constant evolution that moves forward, beginning with minerals, moving to plants and animals, then to human beings. There is no backwards evolution. The human soul does not return to Earth in the body of an animal.

When multidimensional scientist Swejen Salter died in 1987 and was recruited as director of Timestream spirit group, Maggy’s ITC communications took a big leap. Technician, again:

Reincarnation is not always a process of reparation in this life for a past life. If people around you are hard hit by fate, to not always assume that they have to make up for past transgressions. Never judge! You may be wrong and are burdening yourself by your judgment. There are people whose grief and sickness were not imposed on them because of past karma. They used their own free will to select a more difficult road to reach their goals faster. Some people are not making up for something, nor did they pick a life of suffering. Their grief was placed upon them as a burden by the thoughts and actions of others for these reasons. Always think first how you can help, not whether a person deserves his suffering or not. Should the occasion arise when you can help someone, we will let you know. If necessary, we will inform you about their previous lives. If we remain quiet, that information is of no importance to you. In this case follow your conscience.

Swejen later told Maggy that many people who get settled at level 3 want to stay in that paradise world forever. Decades may pass, or centuries, but eventually their soul beckons them to reincarnate. In many cases, a person wants to ascend to finer worlds but realizes that can only happen after lessons are learned in another lifetime on Earth.

ITC GEM 10. Now Swejen tells Maggy that people at level 3 decide on reincarnation by various means. Sometimes they just know it’s time to reincarnate… or they hear an inner voice… or they’re advised by a higher being. In any case, no one is forced to return to Earth. They can put it off for centuries of Earth time (which passes by rather quickly in spirit), but they can’t avoid their duties forever.

Maggy asks exactly how reincarnation works, and Swejen explains:
The procedure is similar to people’s arrival here, only this time it is a going back. The person is again placed in what looks like a tub. His body, which on this level usually takes on an average age of 25-30 years, begins to change and becomes increasingly younger and smaller. It returns to the state of a child and then to a baby and finally to a small cell. By the time the body has become a cell, it is no longer present here among us. The cell has meanwhile arrived in the female body of a human being.

Swejen adds that while her community likes the use of apparatuses like healing tubs, some communities perform the reincarnations “with the help of incantations and prayers.”

ITC GEM 11. As is often the case, Technician sums it all up succinctly:

Reincarnation exists. There are parallel worlds. Mankind evolves in a forever moving wheel of life. Some have arrived at a point of development that allows them a better understanding. Reincarnation means progression forward, not backward. Animals too are subject to the cycle of incarnation. A person does not reincarnate in an animal body. Important earth personalities are being born again as simple people if they used their previous life only to exploit others. There is a purpose for sickness and infirmity. Do not judge the fate of other people. If we feel it is important enough to let you know why some people are being tested this way, we will do so. It is only appropriate to advise and help some people, while others do not want to be helped. Those individuals have selected a life of struggle for their incarnation.

Conclusion: Our spirit friends at level 3 live together in peace and contentment as they migrate naturally into communities of like-minded people. However, they still have a few mental and emotional “rough edges” that allow them to resonate enough with us on Earth to intervene in our lives on projects like ITC… which brings us to the next article, When Spirits Intervene.

The first message below is a nice segue from the previous article, explaining how people entering that afterlife paradise find their way to a resonant community before deciding whether and in what capacity to try to intervene in the lives of loved ones back home on Earth. First job is to get settled in that peaceful, positive world… if they can.

6.1 How Newcomers to Eden Get Analyzed, Sorted, and Settled (9703 p8)

• Newcomers to our world typically have no difficulty adjusting. They arrive in a world that corresponds optimally to their needs, their abilities, and their spiritual level. Many can go on traveling into higher levels. All people arriving here (not only at Timestream) are being “analyzed” on the basis of their past lives.
• All their deeds and decisions during life on Earth are most carefully evaluated. Only then are they sent to a location for which they are best suited and in which they feel comfortable. Should some people find their dimensional experience intolerable, they shall not remain; they will be transferred to spirit levels where they can more easily integrate.

6.2 ITC Intervention Coordinated by The Seven Finer Beings (9601 p15)

Some of us regard them as great souls or creators. They live on our plane and yet are really not among us. They can ascend to higher planes and again “bend down” to our level. Their power is almost unlimited and so is their wisdom and goodness. Their entire being is illuminated by understanding and forgiveness. It is impossible to describe the good feeling that overcomes the person who faces them and can speak to them.
We seek council with these higher beings to determine the information to send to Earth. The meetings take place in a round room with transparent walls. During the talks the room revolves, and lights, colors and shapes of breathtaking beauty pass by on the outside. Soft “music of the spheres” is heard in the background.

6.3 Two Types of Spirit People at Level 3 Can Intervene in Our Lives (9603 p4-5)

Before opposites can be united, the strength of unity among ITC people must increase and come from a pure heart.

6.4 Troubled Thinking Impedes Positive Intervention (9701 p13)

It is believed by many on your side that people who come here can observe those they left behind. You will understand that this is not always possible. For instance, how could these little children who arrive here possibly be happy when they look back and see their parents in grief and misery? Therefore they cannot do this. Also consider this: The children grow up here. It will be many years before their parents arrive. By then, their parents have changed so much that perhaps they are not sympathetic to their children anymore or vice versa.
Remember, the person we like best is always around us. They become the most precious and dearest being to us and no shadow or dissonance can get between you and that other person.
At all times we get from each other what we wish.

6.5 False Beliefs Impede Positive Interaction (9703 p16)
Message from Technician, one of The Seven

Higher spirit beings cannot contact people on earth unless those people are also of high spiritual development, have a healthy attitude toward daily life and accept the realities of life after death and the existence of spirit planes. If this is not the case, you might compare our efforts with those of a university professor trying to teach a first grader the laws of quantum physics. If you know this, you will also know why it is impossible for a being like Pescator to contact a devout Christian. The person’s belief that He died for his sins or was born of a virgin would make this impossible. And yet, these are basic beliefs of a good Christian. Any communication (including ITC) between Pescator (or another being that you have stylized so highly) and one of you who is deeply rooted in the Christian faith, would be overloaded with the religious jargon of this person. The final message would be corresponding to what the recipient is expecting to receive. The higher the earthly “role” of a cleric, the deeper his “fall” after his bodily death. Concerning religion, our work here would be made much easier if people start thinking what they feel themselves, not what is “served” them by others. There is no reason to become adept to any particular religious direction. If a person tries to follow the principles of a Jesus Christ or an Albert Schweitzer he/she is on the right path. This does not mean, you who recognize this, should quickly go to the deepest Africa to do good works for your fellow human being. It means, you should overcome your selfishness and indifference in the position in which you are, to “do good”. You shall know yourself what this means to you spiritually and perhaps financially.

It has now been several years since some of you received these calls, for some of you much longer, for others much shorter. The fuss made about these calls and the enmity some of you were exposed to, bear no relation to the results and the changes we wished for. Even some people from your own ranks have done more damage through their unqualified and misplaced comments than to provide real information. None of these are members of INIT (or at least were not members at the time). To write and say that only proven paranormal happenings are admissible is nonsense. The known methods of testing are totally inadequate. Monitored hookups by the phone companies are good and even desired by us. However, they do not give a clear picture of the total situation. In the final analysis everything still depends on the honesty of the receiver of paranormal information. The attempt of your friends in the Southern Hemisphere to develop a piece of equipment that need not be connected to the public phone network, deserves attention. We are following this project with great pleasure. Meanwhile telephone contacts by us will only be made to INIT members. These contacts will be sporadic and we shall closely consider what the potential receiver will do with the results of the call. These phone calls will not be finished but are selectively passed on. Trying also to get contacts through other equipment should always be a main motivation of the true ITC researcher. However, it is not an absolute prerequisite to get results. The inner person is just as important. We see things with a spiritual eye.

This contact is an attempt to develop simultaneous sound and picture transmission. Further tests shall follow. They are built on a secure electromagnetic field. At the moment of contact, the recording heads of the VCR are being impinged on. However, this can only be successful when the experimenter is at that time totally relaxed, in a positive frame of mind, and harbors no fearful thoughts. The statue to be observed is a nature being by the name of Harxeli. The make-up of these beings is especially suited for picture support of the sound contact (in this case of Ernst Mackes). These beings live in different universes simultaneously, The vibrations of their bodies allow them to combine the electromagnetic currents that flow in every universe known to us. They apply it to the receptive human being (who through his spiritual readiness exhibits a sort of focused or energized will. The combined energies produce the picture and sound in the magnetic heads of the technical equipment. Unfortunately, many people on your side have lost their relationship to nature. They cut their path to nature spirits and thereby also closed the contact to other spheres in which their “dead” relatives continue to live. Inform all those interested in instrumentally supported transcommunication: If you want results with technical equipment, you should not forget to love nature, cultivate it and protect it. This may sound strange but consider that everything forms a unity. All successful experimenters have known this and taken it to heart, those who are now on our side of the river and those who are still on your side.

Children of Earth, people of Terra, your complaints and your irritation have reached us. We, the seven whom you refer to as the “Rainbow People” this time want to reply to you. Most of the people who believe in life after death belong to some religion and their acknowledgment is a sign of faith. Your major religions’ ideas of the final goal is somewhat different from reality and from each other. Still, the belief in survival has existed on your planet from the very beginning. However, even people who believe in some form of survival are distrusting and skeptical of messages from a dimension that is inaccessible to your present state of science and which it cannot identify or measure, yet. Those of you who dare passing on our information are said to do it out of fear, wishful thinking, and hope. The task of INIT people is not easy. You say the information we give you is not adding much to what you already know about life after death. This may be true, but have we not often told you, what was revealed should first be more widely accepted before something new can be presented? Have we not tried to tell you that contacts are not always possible because constellations are unfavorable? As we often said, sometimes it is better when the voices are silent. Project Sothis advances in big steps since INIT was founded. All future meetings with members and even non-members will always be “optimized”. Our circle looks with pleasure on your activities and when it is desirable and possible we shall contact you and advise you. Often you do not hear from us for a long “time”. After all you are children of Terra and therefore subject to time. Why do you always want explanations when the answers you received have not even fully entered your consciousness yet? For instance the statement: “We have no time here”. Do you really understand it? These are questions you should first discuss in your INIT circle. Try them out and write about the knowledge you gained and pass it on to those who have not advanced as far yet. Always know that we only give you advice. We would never command you or insist on a particular action. Other spirit groups or individuals may act differently, but what do they have in common with you? We know of the problems that another station poses to you. Be aware that this station has no reference or relation to INIT. The statements of their spirit contact have no meaning to you, just as our statements have no meaning to people who are deeply attracted to that station. There are people who are interested in any kind of message from wherever it may come. That is all right, too. These people still have to find their way. But you should make a decision. This decision does not mean an evaluation or even animosity. It merely means going separate ways if you want to solve the problems that you addressed. In the end both ways will lead together again and form a whole. But it makes no sense if some of you will already try a unification with a well meant but over-zealous eagerness. Most of the INIT people already feel a deep spiritual link to each other and a great confidence. You are beginning to see a goal and purpose in the seemingly fragmented and disparate messages you receive. This is your way which you can walk together with us. If you want to do so, you will experience a deep feeling of spiritual homecoming. If not, you may find this experience with another group or perhaps not at all in this life. You have put my countenance on your periodical and I feel deeply humbled for an honor that is not due to me. As you have addressed me, so I have long wanted to send a message from here to you through the shrine. However, because of the sun wind, a favorable Moebius loop is not always possible. Friend Ernst Mackes who is not only an expert on herbs and ointments, but also a good interpreter of stars, today arrived here all out of breath. (Yes, we breathe in and out, just like you. Do you and those that throw mud on you not often tell that the “great master” has given life itself to man by breathing into his nostrils? Why should He take it from man when you return to your home?) So Ernst Mackes, our assistant, arrived and notified me the Gods would be merciful today and we could lay the loop, or as he often says, “Dip the snout”. So I shall try with my unworthy and bothersome scribbling to pass on some information to you, which may, if you want to read it, help you on the way to the Tao. You experienced distress from the happenings around you and you ask: “Why can we not get information and help”? We did what our friends near the source of quiet peace have done, the source most wise men will return to. Intelligence and virtue often live under a low roof, as written by my friend Jules (Verne), whom we call Ting-li the tiger. Among your enemies are few who can claim to be holy men. Your country people are only too willing to listen to them, especially in such unsteady years as you live through. We had all this, too, when I was still a Physician in the big and rich country of China and my house stood next to the silvery pastures. Even then, some people claimed to possess special powers and many simple farmers gave testimony to their special healings, and their communication with the ghosts of the dead. On behalf of the king I investigated these charlatans and found no proof for these happenings. In a few cases ordinary magicians among the people, those we call Wu, were successful. Some were honest but could neither read nor write. Their strange and unpolished practices of contacting the departed invaded the once pure teachings of the esoterics. Others who were not only conceited and lazy, but superstitious, in the end became victims of bad spirits whom they had called. First they unconsciously poisoned the fountain of the simple people, only to become themselves a victim of corruption. The true mediators, although their road was rough, in the end saw their words and deeds survive. The words and deeds of their adversaries, after their death, scattered into the wind like a swarm of crows. But I am boring you with my shallow talk. While I am writing to you, the air is still and cool. I can hear the waves splashing in the bay, unless that useless boy Ezra (Braun) is bawling one of his songs. I call him a boy, yet he has grown into a young man and is the joy and consolation of the young women here. Sometimes I catch myself thinking and talking as though I were still the aged sage who lived longer than most men and died at over 100 years of age. Dew glistens on the slope that leads gently down to the water surface. Behind me lie the small pens, the bee hives, the fields and the woods. Never did I dream it would be so nice to be dead. But woe to those who take their own life guided by low thoughts. They will get to know the valley of darkness, the slimy cold and the fog that lies beyond the mountain. We value highly the work being done by your new INIT group. It will bring much good to the interested people on your blue planet. Do not be discouraged and split by eventual early stones thrown into your path or by wooden blocks you left lying around and now trip over. Do not do it alone. Do things together. The single straw is easily bent, but the group forms a thick bundle. Stay away from greed, hate and delusion. Always start from a concrete grievance in order to achieve an improvement in INIT. Many of you find it hard to see that there is not just a single reason for progressing or for staying in the back. We accompany you whenever needed and thank you for your friendship.
