How ITC works… the challenges to overcome
Communicating with the spirit worlds through phones, radios, and computers—how does that work?
Well, there are a few inherent problems to solve first, before opening that doorway. So let’s focus on those solutions. Then, hopefully, the problems and the how-to’s of ITC will fall into place along the way.
The main principles about this other-worldly communication were shared with us by our spirit friends late last century, and they’re scattered through this website, especially in the ITC Gems articles, so at the end of this article there’s a list of links to those other articles here on this site.
Solution 1: Admitting Communication Differences
Spirits in finer realms can sometimes communicate directly with us in friendly, insightful ways through our phones, radios, TVs, computers, and other modern devices… but it’s not easy!
There are several challenges, and the biggest one is the different ways we communicate.
On Earth, we humans like to communicate through our five physical senses, especially talking and listening, writing and reading, showing and watching…. We like words, pictures, and videos.
Beyond the Earth, communication throughout most of the cosmos is a silent, mind-to-mind exchange of information. Telepathy and intuition are apparently the way spirits (and extraterrestrials) communicate. There’s plenty of good evidence to support that.
Later in this series we’ll try to figure out why most of us aren’t very telepathic, but for now we can just accept that it’s a fact of life… and an obstacle to ITC.
So the first solution for ITC is simply to acknowledge that we humans communicate differently from the way other living beings throughout most of the cosmos communicate.
They’re telepathic, we’re not.
Solution 2: Reawakening Our Psyche
To be fair, we’re born telepathic, but it doesn’t last. A few of our psychic skills stay with us, but most of them go into hiding around age 6.
Unless we happen to be psychically gifted, we lose our “sixth sense” as we grow up. It sinks beneath the ebb and flow of worldly dramas that enthrall our familiar five sense organs— eyes, ears, mouth, nose, and skin.
If ITC communications can accommodate our five senses, then is our sixth sense—telepathy—even important? Apparently so.
In 1994 I enjoyed a phone call with a spirit friend named Konstantin Raudive. At one point I asked him how I could configure the radios and other devices in my lab to make it easier for them to contact me with their equipment, and Konstantin said not to worry too much about the equipment. Psychic sensitivity was the big factor in ITC. Here’s the excerpt:
So, yes, psychic sensitivity is important in ITC, especially in the early stages. More important than the equipment itself.
Later on, as the bridge improves and stabilizes, then I believe telepathy becomes less and less important, and we can start optimizing our end of the bridge with the most suitable technologies available in our world. But it all has to start with a psychic bridge to accommodate the reality of their world.
Incidentally, here’s how that phone call happened: I was experimenting with radios in my basement lab when the landline phone rang. I answered the call and was delighted to hear the voice of the late Konstantin Raudive (1909-1974), the well-known pioneer in technical spirit communication. (He’d died 20 years earlier and then found it was his calling to continue the work from the other side.)
So Solution #2 for ITC researchers is to reawaken our psyche—or at least to work closely with psychically sensitive researchers—as we start to build a communication bridge to the other side.
Solution 3: Recognizing an ITC Aptitude
An ITC aptitude is similar to telepathy.
Some people are born with a powerful psyche that can make big, imperceptible changes in their surroundings. As our spirit friend Yang Fudse* told Maggy Fischbach in a FAX contact in January 1994:
In specially suited experimenters (to whom you wrongly refer as “successful”) there develops a sort of “emotional lance” in the center of their emotional consciousness which “materializes” inaudible and invisible tones, signs and pictures in your realm. People are usually born with this particular polarization of consciousness. Others will not get these ITC results, try as they may.
This is what I call an ITC aptitude—a strong, focused will.
*Yang Fudse described himself to us as a 2nd Century healer to the emperor of China. Since his death some 2,000 years ago he’s been living in that level 3 paradise world called Eden or Marduk where most of us awaken after we die. He joined the Timestream spirit group in 1993, and they sent these pictures of Yang to researchers on Earth in January the following year.
The top image arrived in the TV of German researcher Adolf Homes. The lower picture was received through the FAX machine of Luxembourg researcher Maggy Fischbach (who loved horses, by the way).
Our spirit friends choreographed cross-contacts like these as assurance that they were legitimate ITC contacts, not something contrived by individual experimenters.
So solution #3 is to include someone in the ITC project who has this innate ITC aptitude, or “emotional lance.”

The first three ITC solutions, then, are these basic ideas: 1) our spirit friends communicate telepathically while most of us humans don’t, 2) we can either develop our psyche or work with someone who’s psychically sensitive, and 3) we also need someone in our group with an innate ITC aptitude—a strong, focused will.
Through it all, though, the most important consideration in ITC is resonance, or mental harmony. Without that, the first three solutions won’t work.
Solution 4: Keeping the Contact Field Resonant
Earth’s rowdy nature deflects some of the life-energy that streams from the source, casting a spiritual shadow that can likewise be divided into 7 (darker) levels.
All of these levels are superimposed over each other beyond time and space, which are illusory.
Ideally, an ITC bridge is established between level 1 (Earth) and level 3 (a bright paradise world where most people awaken after they die), where source motivations are the general rule… where everyone is a refined version of the person they’d been during their lifetime.
Everyone who’s involved in an ITC bridge—both on Earth and in spirit—becomes part of a collective consciousness called the “contact field.”
The bridge can be strong and stable only when the contact field is clear.
And the contact field can remain clear only if everyone resonates in their positive thoughts, attitudes, and intentions, like many voices in a choir singing beautifully together, or strings on a guitar strumming a nice chord.
So everyone operates mostly on “source” motivations like friendship, honesty, sincerity, trust, and a desire to serve. Those are the kinds of attitudes that resonate in a pleasing way.
Any “shadow” motivations (animosity, deception, insincerity, suspicion, selfishness…) will cause discord and make the contact field murky and unstable.
Everyone’s attitudes have to be resonant.
In 1991 my colleague in Luxembourg, Maggy Fischbach, received a message from our spirit friends that described ITC and mental resonance from the spirits’ point of view—in this case, when they want to send text into a computer on Earth:
We do not transmit any text passages in the form that is commonly used on Earth, but by thought impulses which in conjunction with the thoughts of the human receiver, interact and arrive as words on your side. We simply cannot list all the sources of every computer text because our thoughts are not transmitted as an expression of words but leave as impulses.
In other words, a text passage that they deliver to a computer on Earth is formed by the collective thoughts of both the spirits sending the information and the people on Earth receiving it.
So they don’t just compose a message and send it to us, the way we send an email or mail a letter. The message is formed from the collective consciousness of the ITC bridge then somehow converted to text during the delivery. The same is true with pictures.
They added (referring to pictures delivered to Earth):
There is a sort of filter system used in the transmission of photos between dimensions. The filter modifies the sent photos according to the memories, ideas and expectations of the receivers. This causes some pictures to be altered to the point where they are similar to earthside photos.
This creation of text and pictures by mental energies at both ends of the bridge is kind of complicated—a sort of physics of consciousness—but all we need to worry about is the simple rule of thumb:
Try to stay positive in our thoughts, attitudes, and motivations, and then ITC can work. Because then we resonate with each other.
That will attract finer beings into the project who can make miracles happen.
Solution 5: Participation of Finer Beings
This is one of “The Seven” finer beings who facilitated and protected the ITC bridge between our INIT group and the Timestream spirit group at level 3.
We need protection in ITC work because of the negative feelings that we human researchers experience normally in in our day-to-day lives. A little envy here, a little skepticism there. A little animosity or resentment.
During a lifetime, these negative feelings get stirred up frequently and make the contact field murky and unstable, allowing troubled and confused entities from Earth’s shadow to break into the bridge with unsettling messages. Here’s how it apparently works:
Our negative thinking makes our spirit friends at level 3 bristle. They’re committed to resonate with us in order to keep the ITC bridge stable, but these “shadow” feelings are not part of their world, so when they feel them in us, either they have break the connection with us for a while, or they get dragged out of their paradise world into Earth’s shadow.
I suspect that the finer beings—the gatekeepers—have ways to filter out some of our negative thoughts in order to keep the bridge stable… up to a point. They can work closely with troubled researchers to try to inspire them and infuse them with rich life-energy, but if the earthy dramas in the researchers’ lives are all-consuming—a struggling loved one, for example, or personal attacks by colleagues—then even the finer beings are unable to keep the bridge stable, and they close it down until resonance can be restored.
That’s why it’s important for anyone, especially ITC researchers, to try to immunize ourselves from Earth’s dramas (and from Earth’s shadow). And, according to the great mystics down through the ages, there’s a time-tested way to do that:
Foster conscious contact with the source.
Solution 6: Conscious Contact with the Source
The source is at the center of everything. It generally shines brilliantly (but invisibly) in the heart.
Down through the ages, Earth’s greatest mystics (and finer beings throughout the cosmos) have urged us humans to understand and acknowledge the presence of the source (God, Allah, Brahman…), and to cultivate a close, personal connection with it. That conscious awareness becomes a powerful, soothing force that can give life (and an ITC bridge) coherence.
The best way I know to do that, is heart meditation. Just move your awareness or consciousness from the head to the chest. Practice it often, and watch wonders unfold in your life. There are many other techniques as well.
So these are the 6 solutions that can make stable ITC bridge possible:
- Acknowledge our basic communication differences (Earth and spirit),
- Reawaken our psyche (or work alongside someone who’s psychically sensitive),
- Include in our ITC project someone with a strong, focused will (an ITC disposition),
- Try to sustain resonance (mental harmony) with everyone involved in the project.
- Welcome facilitation and protection of the bridge by finer beings, and
- Foster conscious contact with the source to help make it all possible.

Closing thought:
Someday, when humanity’s ready to open dialog with the refined extraterrestrials flourishing in our galaxy, a similar set of solutions will make that possible:
- Acknowledge that ETs communicate telepathically with refined thoughts and attitudes.
- Work with gifted mediums or psychic channels who also are refined in their thoughts and attitudes, and who can be in silent dialog with the ETs.
- Include individuals with powerful psyches (ITC dispositions) who are also refined in their thoughts and attitudes.
- Make sure that everyone involved in the project resonates with refined thoughts and attitudes, keeping the communication bridge stable.
- Do these things, and finer beings will facilitate and protect the project to help humanity graduate from a planetary species to a galactic species.
- Foster conscious contact with the source (for example, with heart meditation), to make your personal resonance the finest it can be.
Macy Afterlife: The Beacon 
I have been on a mission to find God or someone he can send since I was ten years old. I contacted Garnet Schulhauser, Linda Moulton-Howe & Landria Onkaa, but I’ve received very partial answers about QHHT. Is QHHT for real or am I wasting my mine & their time. At times in my dreams I am levitating 6-8 feet off the ground hearing a being speaking and talking only to me.

I wasn’t familiar with QHHT, and found it’s Dolores Cannon’s regression therapy. A technique that gets that widespread usually works for a lot of people, but few techniques work for everyone.
Your levitating dreams sound fascinating (and probably spiritually uplifting?) I’d be interested to know more about that kind of thing.
The thing that works best for me in terms of closeness to the source (as the article mentions) has been heart meditation. Like the other techniques, it probably doesn’t work for everyone.

My whole has been filled with so many things that for most of my life, I never really thought of myself as “human”. I thought I was a time traveler of sorts because I see many things in the future and I can read minds from time to time. I used to sing in many churches because I had experiences about singing about Jesus while I was in dreams of hell. Back in the 90’s a preacher asked me why I came to his church and I told him about me being in hell. He told me that I have to sing in his church. I did, then I sang in many other churches and I even sang for Rev. Billy Graham. I will never ask anyone for money or try to get fame. I know those things carry fiery darts for people to hurt me and I do enjoy living a calm life.

Sounds to me like maybe you’re just more spiritually tuned-in than the norm.
In the big picture (I believe) we’re all just cosmic travelers… timeless souls who’ve chosen this particular lifetime at this particular “time.”
Most of us become totally immersed in the dramas and illusions of this world and we forget about our true, timeless, spiritual nature.
When we get a glimpse of it, the experience can be life-changing.
Glimpses of paradise and beyond can stir the soul.
Glimpses of the shadow can be kind of scary.
That’s maybe why most people stay immersed in worldly dramas during a lifetime and generally ignore those glimpses beyond our world?
Anyway, just my thoughts, for what they’re worth.
There’ve been times I’ve wished that my soul purpose for this lifetime was immersed more in music and song, as your’s seems to be.

The main thing I know (thanks mostly to wife Regina and her study of mysticism) is that if a person gets in the habit of fostering conscious contact with the source (God), their life and their dreams start to get better and better. I like heart meditation, some people prefer prayer and different forms of meditation. Whatever path they choose, they immerse themselves mostly in “source motivations” (friendship, love, honesty, sincerity, and so on)… and they detach from the difficult trappings of Earth, like the big one (as you mentioned): money.

Hi Wayne, I haven’t found any information about that (the number of ET civilizations throughout the galaxy) that I’d consider definitive. Certainly not throughout the cosmos. My guess would be thousands throughout this immense galaxy, and nearly infinite throughout the cosmos.
I’ve read some good articles and books that refer to specific species and star systems… maybe a dozen or so of those civilizations that have been in touch with Earth. That information has been channeled, meaning it’s been produced by the combined thoughts and beliefs of both the senders (whom I believe are extraterrestrials) and the receivers (the humans who are psychically sensitive).
I think that information is true-ish… and reliable-ish.
Since working in ITC, I’ve found the most true and reliable information about ETs and spirits to be the messages we (especially my Harsch-Fischbach colleagues in Luxembourg) received through equipment directly from The Seven finer beings. Those 7 seem to have the broadest and clearest cosmic understanding of any other entities who’ve been in direct contact with us. And they apparently have ways of filtering out or minimizing the Earth misconceptions from the messages they delivered to Maggy’s computers, phones, radios, and so on. I have the most confidence in that particular information that came from The Seven through ITC systems. (They didn’t address the ET presence in any depth.)
The ITC information from our spirit friends (Timestream spirit group) at level 3 I also consider to be mostly reliable and mostly true. Those good folks also seem to have a good understanding of their world, but they’ve often described how things happen in their lives (a nice suit coat suddenly appearing in the closet, the fact that some new arrivals need more time to adapt to their new reality while others fit right in, etc.), and then they say, “We don’t know why these things happen, but it’s the way things are here.” They seem to have limited knowledge about the bigger picture.
Some of those spirit friends at level 3 still have some beliefs and understandings carried over from their physical lifetimes that I wonder about, and there seem to be limits to their knowledge, which is why I find their information to be “mostly” reliable and true. One thing I know is that they’re what we on Earth would call “good souls.” They describe things as honestly and sincerely as they can. There’s no sign of deception on their part.
Which brings me to the other insightful comment you posted last night:

I’ll try to answer that here and then copy the answer to the other comment:
When I first read that ITC message about the spiritual planet Marduk (Eden) in the 1990s, it sort of blew my (and my wife Regina’s) mind. We wondered, so when we die we don’t go to “Heaven”; we go to Marduk? If I started professing that in my talks and my writing, I figured I’d soon be laughed off the planet. 🙂 So I documented it in my research articles (which, thankfully, had a small, interested readership) and moved on.
Since then I’ve come up with the likely scenario that that spirit world is a spiritual copy or template of a human-inhabited physical planet Marduk (Eden) that once circled our sun between Mars and Jupiter, and its destruction some 4B years ago created the asteroid belt and Oort cloud. The spiritual template of that physical planet still flourishes at level 3, and most people who die on Earth apparently awaken there.
That most Earth people awaken in that Eden world after they die is what our spirit friends at level 3 told us. The rest of the scenario (the human-inhabited physical planet being destroyed 4B years ago) is just my theory based on the evidence.
The trouble, as you suggest, is the passage “from all existing worlds…”
That still doesn’t feel right to me, if we’re talking about trillions of worlds throughout the material universe. Maybe the message was intended to say, “from all worlds known to us” or “from many worlds.” That passage might have come through “unfiltered,” or it might have been changed in translation (the original message was in German, I believe, and was translated to English by my colleague and friend Hans Heckmann). I just don’t know about that with any certainty.
Our spirit friends DID say that they share their world with giants, gnomes, and many humanoid and non-humanoid species, as well as former Earth-dwellers… suggesting it’s a very diverse world! That I find believable and almost certainly true, though mind-boggling.
As far as “all existing worlds,” I guess the jury will be out deliberating on that one for a while.

Thank you, Mark, for your thoughtful response. It’s interesting. If the “first” Earth citizens were, in fact, colonists from Marduk then, in a sense, this would be our home-world, not Earth. We would be like Clark Kent knowing that his actual home is Krypton. And if all of this is correct, then maybe it’s not so inappropriate for many of us to transition to a Marduk-like world, an image of our ancestral home. W.

Sometimes there’s a fine line between sci-fi, fantasy, and reality… at least when the sci-fi or fantasy is somehow inspired by finer truths unknown to us consciously at the moment.

I thought of another possibility this morning (about that spirit planet Marduk) that might make even more sense.
Maybe at level 3, ALL of the astral worlds at that level are all easily accessible to each other, not separated by the illusory “reality” in our material universe where stars, galaxies, and worlds seem to be “many light-years apart” from each other.
If that’s the case, then Level 3 is like one HUMONGOUS dominion of “good souls” from countless worlds (“ALL EXISTING WORLDS”?), and the “spiritual templates” of those planets, like the spirit world Eden, are just tiny communities where many level 3 spirits FROM VIRTUALLY ALL WORLDS at level 3 can visit and pass through in their travels.
That scenario actually makes the best sense to me.

I found that someone I am able to limited contact with is someone I call Angel. I often misplace things and although I look in the usual places, the item is not there. I ask Angel where it is and I am instantly directed to where it is. Often NOT at all where I would expect. Today I thought of looking for a certain food item. I was directed almost as soo as I entered the store to a specific rack. There was the item I had thought of.

I’ve come to believe that are lives are a lot more “spiritually choreographed” than most of us realize. Some lives more than others.
Another reader, Kate, said she’s been downsizing and selling her stuff on the internet, and she was amazed. No sooner did she list an item than the right buyer appeared.
Same with my wife Regina as she started furnishing our new little condo last year (after our house and all our possessions were destroyed in a fire). While visiting stores and websites she seemed to be drawn instantly to just the right mirror here, sofa there, lamps there….
I joked with Kate that she might have “selling guides” the way Regina seemed to have “buying guides.”
Maybe your “Angel” is a sort of locator or discovery guide. 🙂

It’s been so long since I’ve been to your site…I truly hope you are doing well!!
I was recently reflecting on when I first discovered your work with ITC and began to learn about the miracles our spirit friends showed you and your colleagues decades ago. I’ll never forget it. It was the summer of 2012, and somehow I found ‘Conversations Beyond the Light’ mentioned as a recommended book on a spiritual website – and I completely forget where it was referenced. I ordered myself a copy, and once I received and read it, I was so blown away by how incredibly wonderful, and yet complex, our reality really is.
I just wanted to reach out to you because that book is where my spiritual awakening really started. So many people in this world are unaware of these miracles, but I consider it a true gift that I was able to educate myself and begin my own journey.

The fact that you are still running this website is very special to me. It’s amazing. Here we are in *2023*! It’s just that constant presence of such beautiful knowledge that you continue to post that really matters. And I really hope that others have found the same joy, fascination and bliss that I have. Understanding our reality is what can finally bring so many people a wonderful sense of peace – a sense of calm, tranquility and most importantly, a deeper connection to the worlds of spirit.
I know that the world can be difficult for many people. But people lose sight of the fact that Earth is nothing more than a challenging day in school for us, as spiritual beings. Very hard to grasp when we’re all immersed in our day-to-day lives.

This song is called “Le Couer des Anges” – in English – “The Heart of Angels”.
The video is fantastic as well. And it gets more beautiful as the song goes on.
In my opinion, he is a soul whos work has been greatly influenced by musical influences from the spirit world.

Have you heard of Iasos?? I thought you would find this interesting – (from Wikipedia, along with many other additional source):
“In 1989, research conducted by Professor Joel Funk at Plymouth State University reported that of people who have had near-death experiences referred to the track “The Angels of Comfort” from Iasos’s album Angelic Music (1978) as being closest to the music they heard during these experiences by a wide margin.”
His music is truly special…I believe that he is a spiritual performer that is here to try and benefit Earth through his music.

They say that there are 400 billion stars in our home-galaxy. One galaxy among hundreds of billions of galaxies. It’s a pleasant thought that part of our future life will be that of exploring other civilizations, sprinkled throughout, even, just our local galaxy. Who knows what wonders these other intelligences might have discovered in terms of science, the arts, philosophy.
This brings to mind a quotation in my notes, about an ancient being in Summerland who’s created a home-base for himself, to return to after far-flung travels:
“Life In Two Spheres, or Scenes in the Summerland”, by Hudson Tuttle, channeled testimony from the other side. The speaker of the following is known as “the ancient Sage,” a resident of Summerland, it seems, for nearly 3000 years:
The Sage: “This [world of Summerland] is the home of the spirit. I stay here [in my house and gardens] but a small portion of my time; the other portion I am visiting other groups. You will do likewise; but when weary with activity, it is pleasant to return to this retreat.”
Question: “I am then to choose a locality and call it home?”
The Sage: “That is as you please. When on Earth you did so. Then you might have been a rover without a fixed habitation. The same applies here. You have a choice. This spot is my selection, and it is home to me.”
The idea of a home-base of operations is appealing. After the traumas of the terra-mission, there’s a certain comfort in the thought of “putting down roots” in a familiar comfortable setting. This could make a measure of sense for, as we discussed recently, “distance isn’t what it used to be”; meaning, if one has the ability to transport oneself at the speed of thought, then there’s cause to question the purported advantage of “uprooting” oneself and moving to another so-called better world with more “curb appeal.”
However, these are concepts about which one should not be too definite before the time, as we’ll know more then, but part of me is certain that, in any case, I’d like to be in one place for a very long time, after what we’ve gone through here.

That sounds like a fine book about the Summerland. which our spirit friends say describe as a refined paradise at “level 4.” They themselves say they reside at level 3 with their Timestream sending station, but some of them can travel into level 4 (Summerland) and can be overwhelmed by the beauty of the place… but get pulled back to level 3 when they remember their ITC responsibilities… to they can resume their communications with us on Earth.
THey say by the time a person gets to level 4, they’re beyond reincarnation and lose touch with the more boisterous aspects of Earth life.
So, yes, it certainly seems to be a beautiful place, as Mr Tuttle describes it!

Me and My Spirit are loving this music of Iasos. The people of this world need music like this to break away from the fleshy desire’s of their bodies and minds. When I had my NDE, I woke up from a twelve day coma with adventures and stories that seemed to last hundreds of years, I told everyone what happened and what changed me. But sadly most people from this dog eat dog world, threatened to lock me up and throw away the key, if I did not shut up. I now feel my gain is their loss.

I’m blessed to have a small, interested, intelligent readership on this website.
I’m able to try to explain these things (that sound outlandish to most people) as clearly as I can, with minimal disruption and animosity from the general public.
Generally, though, when people enjoy a life-changing, transcendental experience, it’s probably expedient to share it only with close, trusted friends and loved ones.
The more widely they share their experiences, the more exposed they become to public skepticism and its prickly responses.
