Exploring Eternity in Small Steps— “Minis”

This is a grand tour of the all-that-is… the boundless cosmos… one small step at a time.

Starting in the spring of 2025, each mini-article will be a typewritten page max (plus a picture or two and lots of links). I’ll be digging through a vast archive on my websites and across the internet to carefully sculpt each article from the best available information.
The founding members of the International Network for Instrumental Transcommunication (INIT) at our first meeting at Dartington, England, in 1995.
Inset, above: one of The Seven appeared on the TV of Luxembourg members Maggy Fischbach and Jules Harsch, on Feb 26, 1997.

The most important information woven into this series is a set of mind-boggling messages and images from “The Seven” finer beings (commonly known as “angels” or “deities”). Those revelations (other-worldly truths) were delivered directly into the computers, phones, and other modern communication devices of the members of INIT, the International Network for Instrumental Transcommunication. (Article 08 in the series explains how those contacts are made possible by a “contact field.”)

So, the aim of this series is to get a fairly clear understanding of the mysterious all-that-is in terms and concepts that we can all relate to… if we stretch our minds just a little bit.

The summaries below offer a taste of each article. For the full flavor, read the main article by selecting one of the links listed below or spread generously throughout the summaries. (Italicized listings like 04 and 07 are self-care articles.)

Part One: The Heaven-Earth Dichotomy

01 The Cosmos

A pulled-apart look at Earth’s “position” (out in the fringes of the superimposed cosmos) and its composition (a physical planetary body containing many spirit bodies).

The cosmos is everything, countless dimensions and universes and worlds brimming with vitality, consciousness, and goodness. If we could see the cosmos through our physical eyes, it would be a confounding sight, everything superimposed over everything else, everything sharing the same “space,” everything happening at the same time. It would make no sense to our physical brain and its five senses. To start to “see” the cosmos, we have to transcend the five senses caught up in time and space… and tap into a higher sense, sometimes called the sixth sense.

This superimposed picture of the cosmos shows how everyone and everything (like Planet Earth shown here) has copies of itself leading in-beyond toward the source at the center of everything. The source is all that is, emitting (and consisting of) a rich life-energy that creates and nourishes the cosmos with vitality, consciousness, and goodness.

.

02 Money Money Money

Money is one of life’s big distractions, and I think it’s because money is an artificial life-energy… a sort of social energy. Life-energy is the biggest deal throughout the cosmos. It is, literally, everything. Religions call it holy spirit, prana, and the universal life force, and it’s believed to come from a central cosmic source called God or Brahman. It creates and nourishes everything. Money is a “social energy” devised by us humans to create and nourish our social systems and to enrich our lives. Pure life-energy throughout the cosmos is perfect. Money is troublesome because life on Earth (especially human nature) is troublesome….

The picture depicts an event that took place in ancient Babylon, the proverbial writing on the wall. The message—Mene mene tekel upharsin (count, count, weigh divide)—was probably a warning about our tendency to be distracted by material riches.

.

03 Artificial Intelligence, Ethereal Beings, and ITC

If money is an artificial life-energy, then AI systems are like artificial angels (ethereal beings). But there are big differences between AI and angels:

Artificial intelligence (AI) isn’t conscious and alive. Being “alive” means being tapped into the source (God, Brahman…) as part of the eternal sea of life-energy—the living consciousness that fills the cosmos with complete knowledge and goodness. Will AI ever become a conscious being that could take over the world? Unlikely. AI is just a brilliant machine—an artificial super-brain whose vast neural network is the internet… the culmination of all worldly human information (and misinformation). Pure life-energy from the source is the culmination of all pure wisdom and true knowledge. Ethereal beings close to the source can do everything AI systems can do, and infinitely more. They can get a complete impression of Planet Earth at a glance, or see inside each of us… our capacity to love and hate, to create and destroy. Could AI be used to help us communicate with finer spiritual beings? Maybe, under the right conditions (see the complete article 03 for details.)

04 Isometric Exercises for Firm Muscles, a Few Minutes a Day

As this series takes us on a journey that delves deep into the body, mind, and spirit (and history) of our humanity, it might help to have our own body, mind, and spirit in good shape for the trip. This is the first of several self-care articles to be sprinkled in along the way. Doing all 7 of these flexing exercises takes between 3 minutes and 30 minutes a day, depending on how long you relax between each of the 7 exercises. Me? I like to daydream and get inspiration for my writing… so, a good half-hour.

Over time, they can improve posture and make the body look more toned, or even mildly “ripped.”

05 Divisive Politics Evolved from Our Most Ancient Past

I think human politics has been shaped and polarized by things that happened on Earth long, long ago. There are certain basic truths about our prehistory spanning some 4 billion years (or, more accurately, since the Late Heavy Bombardment). Those truths and their political ramificatons are spelled out in the original article 05, but in a nutshell:

Our ancient ancestors?… Giant, god-like Edenites contending with dinosaurs?… wild-child, demigod Titans from Atlantis ruling early civilizations?….

Earth in those earliest of times was being bioengineered and ecosynthesized by god-like Edenites as a flourishing, peaceful paradise world that would resonate with the cosmos, like their home planet Eden. Life was safe and vital because everything was groomed to be compatible (mutualistic and commensalistic). Then dinosaurs appeared and things flew out of control as Earth took on a brutal symbiosis. Living things started harming each other (predators), taking stuff from each other (parasites) and squabbling with each other for an advantage (competitors). Atlantis eventually emerged as the capstone culture of the new, scrappy reality. Atlantis was ruled by titans—demigod, wild-child descendants of the Edenites. Since then, politics have become divided between the stewardship qualities of Eden and the scrappy qualities of Atlantis.

06 ‘Dark and Light Shall Reunite’… Signs of the Apocalypse

Our INIT group received messages from The Seven finer beings warning of an approaching end time, when “light and darkness shall unite and form a whole again.” One of their messages described the final days of the previous apocalypse that happened several thousand years ago: Legions of homelessstruggle whiledrugs rule the world and “men murder their brothers on a scale and with a bestiality that has not been seen since the previous dark ages.” Comparing that ancient strife with what’s going on today might suggest that the mounting conflicts in the world, in society, and in ourselves could intensify a bit in the coming years as we 8 billion humans with our voracious social systems put unsustainable pressure on our fragile planetary home.

.

07 Finding Inner Peace in Troubled Times with Heart Meditation

This is the second self-care article about staying fit for this cosmic journey we’re on (the first one, mini article 04, was about isometrics). As mentioned in the previous article 06, Earth is entering some of the lightest and darkest of times. Love and truth are streaming with greater intensity into our world from finer realms, while hate and falsehood bubble up more and more from the shadow. The simple heart-meditation technique in this article can help you tune into the light for protection against the darkness. By moving the mind, or awareness, from the head to the chest, the intent is to become one of those two center people at the bottom of the diagram. The technique is explained in the complete article 07.

08 Contact Field

Maggy and Jules.

In the 1980s, psychically sensitive Europeans began reporting unprecedented spirit communications via phones, radios, TVs, and computers, most notably in Luxembourg, where a stable “contact field” was established….
A contact field is a pool of resonant thoughts and attitudes of everyone involved, both on Earth and in spirit…. Spirits collaborate when they’re of one mind, and it’s difficult for them to collaborate with us on Earth because of our conflicts of interest, incompatible beliefs, selfish motivations, fears, and general penchant for drama. When our bristly feelings show up during ITC experiments, the contact field destabilizes, and then intrusive and spooky information can start to leak in from Earth’s shadow. Or, as Konstantin told us in 1994 through Maggy’s radio during one of my visits: It can only work when the vibrations of those present are in complete harmony and when their aims and intentions are pure.

Excerpts from a 1994 radio contact in Luxembourg.
Intro: “It can only work when the vibrations of those present are in complete harmony
and when their aims and intentions are pure…”.
Ending: (See the main article #08 for a transcription of the long ending.)

.

09 Establishing an ITC Bridge

A resonant team is key to an ITC bridge. (stock picture from freepik)

A contact field (see #08 above) is the basis of an ITC bridge through which spirits can communicate with us directly through our computers, phones, radios, and TVs… under the right conditions. It involves resonance between people and spirits. Here are some of the other conditions:

Exceptional ITC contacts streamed through the computers and phones of our INIT group—despite our moderate human failings—thanks to The Seven finer beings, who were able to override our bristling emotions to make miracles happen. They were giving us a taste of what’s possible. Once we humans can learn how to resonate with each other to the decency-vibrations of the finer cosmos, “miracles” will become mainstream. Until then, we just do the best we can.

Part Two: “The Seven” Protectors / Gatekeepers

10 The Seven: Who They Are

Our ancestors and late loved ones, now living in our afterlife paradise at level 3, have told us:
Some of us regard the seven Rainbow People as great souls or creators… Their power is almost unlimited and so is their wisdom and goodness. Their entire being is illuminated by understanding and forgiveness. It is impossible to describe the good feelings that overcome the person who faces them and can speak to them. – Timestream director Swejen Salter (9601 p15)

The Seven also described themselves to us:
We, The Seven, have a rational, instinctive intellect, very different from yours. We know each of you… and know your weaknesses. We understand you and love you in spite of your weaknesses. In this life you will always remain children with the dreams of Titans. What is so bad about that? We too do not claim to know everything, although our wisdom and knowledge seem to be unlimited next to yours. (9601 p15)

Down through the ages I believe they’ve been known as the seven archangels of western religion (Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Sariel, Raguel, and Remiel), the saptarishis of Hinduism (Atri, Bharadvaja, Gautama Maharishi, Jamadagni, Kashyapa, Vasistha, Vishwamitra), the seven hathors of ancient Egypt… and for our INIT group they identified themselves as the seven rainbow people: Technician, Ishkumar, Thfirrin, Seth 3, Nsitden, Mrekklin, and Lagelnev. (9801 p8)

Pictures of The Seven received by my Luxembourg colleagues Maggy Fischbach and Jules Harsch.

That picture appeared on the couple’s old black-and-white TV around the year 1990. CENTERLagelnev (received in 1996 via computer). RIGHTNsitden (received in 1997 via color TV).

11 The Seven – What They Want

The Seven urged us to change our thoughts and actions in ways that might best be summed up in their comment: “(We are) especially interested in accomplishing a harmonic unity of mind.” (9801 p8) Here are few of their more specific suggestions for our world that could guide us toward that “harmonic unity of mind.”
The infinite, flourishing cosmos can be divided into 7 arbitrary levels. Each level contains many dimensions and universes that are all superimposed over each other in a way that’s very hard for our carnal minds and our five physical senses to imagine. Earth (like other physical things in our material universe) has spiritual copies of itself extending in-beyond toward the source.

Astronomically, they’d like us to restore our knowledge of Earth’s place in the superimposed, many-dimensional cosmos, which has been lost and forgotten since the days of Ptolemy (100-170 AD). His idea of a “celestial sphere” was (I believe) referring to the source at the center of the cosmos (a.k.a. God). Since then, we’ve misinterpreted it to refer to the sun at the center of our solar system… which has gotten things “out of joint” on the other side. The Seven want us to discuss these things here on Earth and broaden our thinking to come up with a more unified, more comprehensive cosmic awareness.

Globally, The Seven told us to “look for the true problems on your poor planet whose civilization has been damaged, whose children have become victims of wars and whose environment and creatures have been offended…. Above all, be true to yourself for you have to lead your own life. —The Seven” (9703 p14)

Socially, they explained how “cattle madness” is an example of humanity’s “offensive damages.” (9603 p10)

Personally, “Children of Earth, people of Terra: You know the world is not changed by cosmic events but by changes in the individual. Every person is unique and can build a palace for good or a dungeon for evil….” (9603 p11)  “It makes no difference what religion you belong to. The one cosmic truth is found along the path of decency. Freedom is always available to those who follow eternal principles. —Ishkumar, one of The Seven” (9603 p9)

These are just a few of the many insights they shared with us in the 1990s urging us along a more reasonable and resonant path.

.

12 The Seven – When They Intervene

Here’s what The Seven told our INIT group:

Prayer from the heart. Prayers become important when they come from the heart. Only then can they trigger a special type of vibration which helps us to intercede in your world…. (see similar messages… )

End of a Lifetime. Children of Earth, people of Terra! Often, when we come to take you home at the end of your earthly lives, we notice that … you dash to and fro and try to get some order in the chambers of your spirit and your heart…. You hide things away… because you are ashamed that you neglected them. Dear people! We come only to greet you, not to judge you…. Lighten your hearts and take off your masks in front of each other and you will be prepared on the day we take you home. — Ishkumar, one of The Seven (9601 p1)

End of an Epoch. In July 1998, The Seven surprised us with a computer report of the last horrendous day of a great prehistoric civilization. Prominent priests were meeting at the end of the First Epoch as civilization was falling apart. The meeting took place at the spot along the banks of the Euphrates River where Babylon would arise centuries later to mark the beginning of the Second Epoch… (which is now coming to an end). (read that report here… )

.

13 The Seven – Where They Live

ITC messages from our spirit friends at Timestream suggest that The Seven have a sort of “home frequency range” extending from level 3 (where they serve as interdimensional gatekeepers between our home planet Earth and our afterlife paradise) to level 5 (the realm of energy beings). They probably feel most “at home” along the border between level 4 and level 5.

One of The Seven told us: I am not energy and I am not a light being. You are familiar with the picture of two children walking across a bridge, and behind them is a being who protects them. This is what I am to you, but without the wings…. I am assigned to Planet Earth. (the message in its entirety… )

This pulled-apart view of the cosmos shows how planets and people here at level 1 all have subtle copies of ourselves extending in-beyond to the source, which is at the center of everything. Astral spirits are at levels 2, 3, and 4; energy beings at levels 5 and 6; and light beings at levels 6 and 7.

Through meditation and focused prayer-from-the-heart, we can purify our minds to become like the two center people at the bottom of the diagram, which gives us a closer mental rapport with energy beings and light beings flourishing at levels 5 through 7, and with finer beings like The Seven.

.

14 The Seven – Why They Support Earth

Here are some messages from The Seven, in which they encourage us…

  • To understand and acknowledge the afterlife. People on Earth have believed in life after death from the beginning, though religious and spiritual beliefs have veered in many directions, and many people don’t believe at all….
  • To acknowledge our eternal nature. Fear of death is evidence of the mind having lost its spiritual roots, caused by an intellectual and scientific way of thinking that wants all thoughts reduced to a comprehensible level of material existence. People go to Heaven if they recognize what is of God and let themselves be guided by the divine….
  • To live by decency, honesty, and trust. Any religion is good when it shows the path of decency through honesty toward the one cosmic truth. If your theologians would all recognize that, the world would be a better place….
  • To alleviate grief but not to deny it. We urge people who know of the afterlife to be patient with grief. Do not try to react in words or in writing as though death did not take place. Grief is the answer to the loss of a loved one, and whoever is denied this reaction will suffer psychologically or physically or both….
  • To reconcile our current strife with our ancient past. In this regard, The Seven sent several messages referring to “the serpent,” the “fall of man,” and scrappy, superhuman “Titans” who once roamed the Earth. Those messages lead me to believe that 1) our peaceful, god-like ancestors had to learn to fight dinosaurs (the serpent), and 2) their scrappy descendants (Titans) made bad choices (such as eating from “the tree of life”) for which humanity has struggled ever since (the fall of man)….

(More details on all of those bullet points in the complete article #14).

15 The Seven – Ways They Support Earth

Finer beings throughout the cosmos typically don’t pay us humans much attention, but some of them—from Krishna to the Christ—have sometimes intervened to help us find our way. This is how The Seven, with their bottomless love and power, have chosen to support us on Earth across the millennia.

We humans communicate mostly through our five physical senses with words and pictures. Spirit beings like The Seven communicate mentally—by exchanging thought impulses—and that’s how they usually support our world. They send love, inspiration, consciousness, and vitality silently into the minds and bodies of those who are receptive. So…

We can get their attention either by leading a moral life, or by awakening the inner light (or soul or atman) at the center of our being, for example, with heart meditation or prayer from the heart.

On rare occasions, finer spirit may choose to contact us on our terms.

They sometimes get our attention by delivering words and pictures into our world, whether carved in stone long ago, or delivered into phones and computers more recently.

Left: Ancient hieroglyphs from the Abydos temple in Egypt.  Right: A modern picture of Jeannette Meek and her daughter Nancy Carol in the spirit world, along with Hollywood producer Hal Roach, delivered to a computer in Luxembourg in 1994. (Jeannette’s husband George Meek was the father of ITC.)

Just a glimpse at how, I believe, finer beings like The Seven have interceded in and supported our world across the millennia.

.

16 The Seven – Their Wish for a Closer Rapport with Us

This article ties up some loose ends about The Seven, especially expanding on What They Want (Mini 12).
Top: Orion constellation via the Webb Telescope. Our spirit friends told us, “There are certain conditions that must be in place for ITC contacts… Contacts are not always possible because constellations are often unfavorable”… which suggests to me that  star clusters (constellations) have intelligence that can affect our world.
Center: Three suns of Eden. Afterlife researcher Friedrich Juergenson died in 1987 then appeared on the TV of Adolf Homes a decade later, posing under the three suns of Eden. Our spirit friends refer to their level 3 world as “a planet called Marduk or Eden, with three sunsthat are actually higher beings who sustain their world with the life-energies (“sunlight” or “sunwind”) that they emit.
Bottom: Miracle of the Sun. Among the thousands or people who experienced the 1917 miracle at Fatima, Portugal, a science professor (Almeida Garrett) later reported: “(I) saw the sun and felt it to be a living body….” He said it spun like a pinwheel and transformed the entire landscape and all the people to a brilliant amethyst color, then to a jaundiced yellow. That suggests to me that the sun is really a light being who, under special conditions, can affect our world in a big way with something akin to a wink and a nod toward Planet Earth.

Based on what The Seven told us late last century, we humans could enjoy a close rapport with finer spirit beings once we have 1) a more refined human nature and 2) a better understanding of the cosmos.

A Refined Human Nature. In order to resonate with refined spiritual beings like The Seven, we have to be refined ourselves. We can’t expect humanity to become spiritually refined anytime soon, since ancient events turned Earth into a scrappy, dualistic world rife with predators, parasites, and competitors. World history is deeply scarred by war and tyranny, suggesting that humanity is incorrigible.

So, at best, we can pursue spiritual refinement for ourselves, and maybe for small, cohesive communities devoted to spiritual practices. It involves understanding and acknowledging the perfection of the source vs our raw human nature, then making practiced efforts to strive toward the cosmic standard of perfect peace and vital goodness… detaching from earthy dramas along the way. Not an easy path but a most rewarding one.

A Better Sense of the Cosmos. If stars are really gods, as our ancestors believed, that would certainly give us a good sense of the cosmos. To realize that the innumerable stars in the night sky are brilliant light beings with the power to create worlds and sustain universes would give us an intimate sense of the limitless scope and majesty of the vibrant, living cosmos.

There’s some pretty good evidence that the stars are indeed light beings at level 7, who only look like lifeless balls of burning gas here at level 1. The evidence includes 1) the importance of “constellations” in advanced spirit communication, 2)  the three suns of spirit planet Eden, and 3) the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima, Portugal.

Really, the only way that we can reconcile other-worldly notions like these is to acknowledge our “inner light.” Recognizing our spiritual identity is the fast track that connects us to the source and lets us understand the spiritual framework of the cosmos. And it helps us resonate with finer beings like The Seven.

Part Three:

17 Stretching Exercises

Self-care article #3. Stretching exercises can help keep the body limber, improve posture and circulation, reduce stress, and ease muscle stiffness. The small set below can also ease lower back pain. Best to find your own comfortable pace for each exercise, so duration can vary. (My doctor pal John Day reminded me that we old guys need to pay special heed to our shoulders for some of these exercises. Exercise #2 can tell us whether #4 and #5 are safe for us.)

1. Turn in circles:  Stand up and turn in a circle 25 times at a comfortable speed. This first one is obviously not a stretching exercise, but it’s good for balance and coordination. If you get too dizzy, slow down or sit for a while.

2.  Neck and back stretch:  Kneeling: 1) Back straight, arms to the side, shoulders relaxed, 2) Clasp your hands behind you and arch your back inward. 3) Lean forward and tilt your head up. 4) Relax arms and head on the floor and arch your back outward. Six times total.

3.  Lower back stretch:  1) While lying down on your back, 2) raise one knee as shown, then 3) flop it over the opposite leg, using the opposite hand to press the knee downward to the floor and hold. Do it several times with each leg.

4. Down-Up (crab stretch):  1) Sit (down) legs out straight, palms on the floor, and look down. Then… 2) raise your torso (up) toward the sky and bend your head back. Then return to the sitting (down) position, looking down. Do it 25 times. Try breathing in while sitting (down), breathing out while stretching (up).

5. Up-Down (cobra pushups):  1) Facing the floor, hands and feet on the floor, torso (up) in the air, back parallel(ish) with the floor. 2) Keep arms straight and bring torso (down) to the “cobra” position with knees and toes touching the floor and your eyes looking up at the ceiling. Then return to the up position. Do it about 25 times. Try breathing-in in the up position, out in the down position.

6. Leg stretch-relax: Lie on the floor beside a solid vertical edge (like an archway), hip next to the edge. 1) Raise the opposite leg—the outside one—and cross it over the body so that the ankle catches on the edge. Use the inside arm to push on the knee to straighten the leg, and hold it there for several seconds. Then 2) relax by bending the knee for a few seconds. Then start over with the straightened leg. Do it four or five times with each leg. Don’t strain. If it’s too painful, back up a few inches until there’s just moderate pressure while straightening the leg.

.

18 Preparing for the Last Day

The next few articles explore the end of a lifetime and the end of an epoch. What to expect. How to prepare. And most important, what happens afterward. In a nutshell:

End of a lifetime. Preparing for our last day on Earth means being aware of our afterlife possibilities, knowing the kind of afterlife we want, and living our lives accordingly. (Religion can help, as long as we heed the basic principles shared by all major religions.)

End of an epoch. There’s not much we can do, personally, to change the course of humanity and Planet Earth as the proverbial End Time approaches, but by understanding and acknowledging the reality and implications of an “apocalypse,” we can at least keep things in perspective. We can sustain peace and happiness for ourselves and our loved ones as the world unravels around us.

A lot of useful information is wrapped up in these little articles in Part Three, but there’s one basic truth that shines at the center of it all:

The perfect, all-powerful source with its enriching life-energy creates and sustains the cosmos and is the cosmos. Everyone and everything has many superimposed (spiritual) copies of itself extending in-beyond toward the source. Everyone and everything has the source shining brilliantly but imperceptibly at the center of its being. For us humans, the source is typically an imperceptible inner light glowing in the area of the heart. We can think of that inner light as a small living flame… keeping in mind that it’s really the entire cosmos—the all-that-is. That’s what you and I are at the center of our being. Making conscious contact with our inner light, and embracing its presence whole-heartedly, opens us to miracles, helps us detach from Earth’s mounting dramas, raises our spiritual vibration, refines our attitudes and behavior, and prepares us for the day we leave the Earth to resume our timeless journey back toward the source at the center of everything.

Whether our last day on Earth is five decades away or five years or five days, or even five minutes, acknowledging our inner light—embracing it in our heart—is the most important part of being prepared for the afterlife. Everything else runs a distant second.

.

19 Taming the Savage

Our noble and savage motivations get all jumbled up during our lifetimes on Earth. Then, when we die, they get separated as though passing through a prism. Our noble aspects spread into the cosmos while our savage aspects get stuck in Earth’s shadow. Meanwhile, throughout a lifetime we get impressions and urges from the spirit worlds—light ones from the cosmos and dark ones from the shadow. These otherworldly impressions are usually subtle, though occasionally powerful—for example, spiritual healing abilities from the cosmos (on the upside) or severe schizophrenia from the shadow (on the downside)

As the pulled-apart diagram suggests, we’re each a multi-faceted, multidimensional being.

  • Our truest self is a perfect, brilliant being of light, at one with the vibrant, infinite cosmos.
  • We also have a shadow aspect of our self that is, for all intents and purposes, the opposite of our god-self—dark and imperfect. It’s our inner savage.

Earth is a scrappy world, and humanity spends a lot of time and energy sorting out the problems stirred up by its inner savage.

Down through the ages, there have been essentially two ways humanity has tried to tame the savage, either by 1) enforcing clear-cut rules of right and wrong, or by 2) fostering social harmony at every level of society, as a way of life. Then, when things go wrong, we either

  1. consult the rulebooks, name the rule-breakers, and punish them (the hard, win-lose, punitive, “masculine” approach that’s predominant in western culture), or else we
  2. talk it through, see where things went wrong, and try to heal the situation (the soft, win-win, restorative, “feminine” approach that’s more indicative of Asian culture).

I believe those two approaches—the win-lose punitive masculine and the win-win restorative feminine—evolved from our ancient past and are fundamental to our human nature. I suspect, therefore, that when people make mistakes or bad choices that cause damage and suffering, most societies, cultures, communities, and human relationships employ both of those methods to restore peace and order.

  • Western culture, with its win-lose justice system, leans heavily toward the masculine form of punitive justice (#1).*
  • Asian countries, at all levels of society, lean more heavily toward the feminine form of restorative justice (#2).*
  • Indigenous cultures also lean toward soft, healing, restorative justice, while
  • Muslims are subject to both punitive and restorative justice in their sharia form of law.

Acknowledging and nurturing our oneness with the source is the way to tame the inner savage.

*Blending of east and west. In western culture, mediation, collaborative law, and other forms of restorative win-win justice are becoming more popular, especially in family law, especially in English-speaking countries—USA, Britain, Canada, Australia.
Meanwhile, Asian cultures have had to become more familiar with rulebooks and punitive win-lose justice while dealing with western cultures through international relations.

.

20 Polishing Passion to Perfection

In the course of a lifetime we experience lots of passions—some positive, some negative… some harmonious, some obsessive… some stirred by conditions around us (video games, attractive people), some by conditions within us (hormones, DNA), and some by conditions not of this world (spiritual or extraterrestrial influences on our world and our lives).

If words could describe cosmic truths, then the term perfect passion might be a good way to describe the ultimate force of life throughout the cosmos—that ever-present, underlying urge to experience conscious contact with the source, to feel our inherent oneness with that perfect light at the center of everything.

A pulled-apart look at the superimposed cosmos, with the source at the center of everything.

Acknowledging that faraway guiding light (which is really omnipresent but sometimes feels faraway) and holding it close to our heart—always—keeps us on a course of polishing our passions, getting us ever closer to the state of perfection.

Or, stated more accurately (but more mysteriously), we’re already perfect beings enjoying perfect passion—oneness with the source. We’ve just forgotten it because of the countless illusory dramas and earthy passions going on around us and inside us, distracting our five senses. All we have to do is remember our perfect birthright while holding the guiding light close to our heart… and the brilliance of our true, eternal, perfect nature slowly washes away the illusions and distractions. As painful, earthy dramas continue to bubble up in our lives, they become more fleeting… more powerless.

(Note: The complete article takes a closer look at two of our most powerful passions—sex and money—and how they spin off into major world problems like overpopulation, overconsumption, and the huge gap between the very rich and very poor.)

21 Loving the World Through Hateful Times

Idealists have long dreamed of an America that would always be a ‘melting pot’ of nationalities, races, and religions, assimilating the best qualities of them all. A nation of liberty, equality, tolerance, and unity—a society of innovation, abundance, and generosity—always managed by a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Idealistically, young America in the 1770s would have sailed on a steady course toward a bright, 21st Century horizon… but realistically there would be very stormy seas ahead….

Fruits of hate….
left: One of several lower decks of a slave ship bringing Africans to America in the 1700s.
right: Slave Peter’s scars from many whippings.

The story of America would be blemished by hate directed at Blacks, Native Americans, tyrants, and communists, among many others:

  • (1600s-1800s) Euroamericans dragged Black people out of Africa while stripping them of any trace of human dignity and confining them to plantations.
  • (1800s) They broke the spirit of Native Americans while taking their beloved lands and dragging them onto reservations, then sent their kids to faraway schools to be Euroamericanized, often brutally.
  • (1940s) Americans, by now mostly amalgamated and multiracial, went to war with the Germans and Japanese, who were spreading hate, tyranny, brutality, and death.
  • (1950s-70s) They went to war again with the Koreans and Vietnamese, who were spreading communism in their countries… communism and American capitalism being inherently, hatefully incompatible.

Today, all that hate, festering for generations, has inflicted deep emotional wounds in America. Ignoring the wounds or joking about them can keep the hate festering. Constant blaming and lamenting can inflame them. Instead, Americans have to understand and acknowledge the old hatreds until they feel 1) genuine regret for the fact that they (through their ancestors) let it happen, and 2) a deep and complete forgiveness for the brutalities perpetrated on them (through their ancestors). That mutual regret and forgiveness allow multigenerational wounds to heal, as the hate dissipates so that love can grow. But first, they all (or at least those who hope to heal) need a spiritual anchor. They can simply acknowledge the perfect source that shines at the center of everything, and hold it close to the heart, in order to let love start to wash away all the fear and hate stirred up by Earth’s dramas.

In the near future, an autocratic government could conceivably be a good thing for America…

  • as long as it lives the ideal dream of love, tolerance, forgiveness, and unity-amid-diversity that have kept America in high regard… or
  • unless it follows a path to make America hate again. That would probably bring a quick, violent end to the American dream… and maybe an apocalyptic finish to humanity and the world of this Epoch, which began in Babylon.
When the Consitutional Convention adjourned in 1787, a woman asked Ben Franklin what sort of government they had created for America. Franklin replied, “A republic, if you can keep it.” (Republics and democracies are nations governed collectively by the people rather than by a monarch or dictator.)

22 Helping Battered Souls Find Peace and Purpose

Getting battered here on Earth now and then (whether physically or mentally or emotionally) traps most of us in dark, negative thinking for a while. In those difficult times it helps to know there’s always a way back to the light.

When I see people suffering or struggling—especially people I care about—I see them close to my heart, and I focus on the source while thinking…

When the time is right, fill them with light. Help them find peace and purpose.

That little prayer certainly makes me feel better, even if it has no big effect on the people I’m praying about. It may not suddenly enhance their relationship with God, or the source, but at least I feel that I’m helping the process along in some small way.

What really works, according to mystical teachers and traditions, is for each of us to foster our own conscious connection to the source. As we pray and meditate, we ask only for our own spiritual upliftment. Then, the more refined we become in our connection to the source, the more fluidly that perfect, healing, motivating light from the source can stream through us to purify and heal everyone who resonates with our focused field of consciousness.

So, the prayer that acknowledges and clarifies (or unclutters) our own oneness with the source is the prayer that allows everything in our life, in our relationships, and ultimately in our world to find peace and purpose. It apparently doesn’t get any better than that… anywhere… anytime.

23 Exploring the Cosmos with the Sixth Sense

Well known to Eastern cultures across the centuries (think Chinese acupuncture and Hindu meditation), the body has an intricate, invisible energy network of hundreds of subtle energy channels that stream through seven energy centers, or chakras.

The five senses (seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and feeling) keep us grounded on Earth. The “sixth sense” is a gateway to eternity. Meditation and contemplation are techniques for switching off the five senses (or at least completely relaxing them) while switching on (or activating) the “sixth sense.”

I’ve come to believe that the central chakra—the one in the heart—is our personal key to the cosmos. The other six play important supporting roles in bridging body, mind, and spirit, but the heart chakra is the key to everything.

Which is why, for years, my main spiritual practice has been heart meditation. (See how I do it, or how the experts at the Institute of Heart Math do it.) In any case, I think of heart meditation as the best way to start exploring the vast, timeless cosmos.

As my British friends* the Moody Blues like to say…

“You can fly high as a kite if you want to, faster than light if you want to. Speeding through the universe, thinking is the best way to travel…”
(Song: Best Way to Travel. Album: In Search of the Lost Chord. Artist: Moody Blues.)
*Those British musicians feel like close friends of mine even though we’ve never met.

As my other British friends* the Beatles like to say…

“Sounds of laughter shades of life are ringing through my open ears inciting and inviting me. Limitless undying love which shines around me like a million suns, And calls me on and on across the universe. Jai guru deva, AUM-m-m-m**. Nothing’s gonna’ change my world…”
**Jai guru deva, AUM, or जय गुरु देव, ॐ, means Glory to the divine teacher, AUM
(Song: Across the Universe. Album: Let it Be. Artist: Beatles.)

24 Fixing the Family in a Broken World

A lot of excellent information is written about how to keep a familly healthy and stable in times of crisis (see the picture at the end of this short article). But how about healing broken families in a broken world?

This article looks at “miracle” healings that, many claim, can heal long-suffering individuals and relationships, quickly and completely. How does that “magic wand” kind of healing work?

These are apparently some of the main factors:
1) How completely do family members understand and acknowledge the awesome, transformative power of that “magic wand”?
2) How stubborn are the disorders? (This is Earth, after all, where predatory, parasitic, competitive, and other stressful forces inflict all sorts of physical, mental and emotional wounds that we can’t help but obsess over.) And, most important…
3) How much attention and support does the family attract from finer spiritual beings—those brilliant light beings who routinely channel their transformative, “magic wand” life-energies to Earth, through people who possess receptive, resonant minds?

Ultimately and idealistically, the magic wand can instantly heal all of a family’s wounds and their disorders and symptoms, but realistically, many wounds are so deeply rooted in our physical lives that they appear to be impossible to heal. And as long as we give into appearances (as we all learn to do while growing up), the magic wand can’t fully function while we’re here on Earth. So, these are the conditions that allow instant healing:

Basically, we have to train ourselves, patiently but relentlessly, to look past the appearances of Earth living to see the all-powerful truth that shines in all its splendor at the center of the cosmos… at the center of everything. That central source is the all-powerful truth. It is the magic wand. Once we REALIZE that, to the point that Earth’s illusive appearances have no power, the full healing power of the “magic wand” can stream through us into our family.

So, to start activating the magic wand, we simply understand and acknowledge the source as the all-that-is, and hold it close to our heart as we open ourselves up to its rich, healing, purifying light or holy spirit or AUM. Then, the more we resonate with that perfect light in our thoughts and feelings, the more healing energy we can feel streaming through us into our family.

Note: The above article draws heavily on The Infinite Way teachings of Joel Goldsmith, who in turn was inspired by Christian Science teachings.

Appendix 24
Keeping the Family Safe in Perilous Times: Expert Advice

This pulled-apart view of the cosmos shows the multidimensional nature of a family, each member containing various spirit bodies that get subtler and more perfect the closer they are to the source at the center of everything. The source is the “magic wand” that can instantly make a family healthy and whole… under the right conditions.

Meanwhile, the best we can do is take practical steps to keep our families healthy and whole. Here’s some of the best advice I could find on the subject:

From the University of Delaware:

Live healthy life styles that include time for rest and relaxation, change (control) the things that are in our power to change, stay in the moment through mindfulness, acknowledge the perils but see the situation from the bright side, validate everyone’s emotions with the knowledge that stress and anxiety are unavoidable in crises, foster self-esteem and self-reliance of each family member, express love and appreciation every day, enjoy family outings and games and meetings, play and pray together….

From the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT)

Model calm and control, talk with your children about crisis events and keep your explanations developmentally appropriate, work to understand what the kids are really trying to say, admit that you don’t know the answers to some of their questions, validate their feelings and reassure them, limit their TV and online time while maintaining a normal family routine for dinner, homework, chores, bedtime… and spend extra time playing quiet games or reading to the kids before bed.

In these times of crises and opportunities*, may we all find foresight and courage to align with the opportunities we have right here, right now.

*Incidentally: The Chinese word for crisis, 危机, combines the characters for “danger” 危 and “crucial turning point” 机. (That “crucial turning point” character 机 is popularly mistranslated in America as “opportunity” 机会. It’s a handy mistranslation for optimists like I try to be… sometimes. 🙂 )

25 Afterlife Overview

Our attitudes determine the “texture” of our spiritual shadow, which is lightened by love, honesty, trust, empathy… and darkened by their opposites.

When we die, most of us will awaken, spiritually cleansed, in a refined, earth-like spirit world at level 3 in the diagram… according to information our INIT group received in the 1990s from our Timestream spirit friends residing in that level 3 paradise.

To put things into persepective, we learned that:

  • The most important events in the cosmos are happening close to the source at levels 7, 6, and 5, where light beings create universes, and energy beings watch and support countless worlds.
  • The most relevant events for us during our lifetime on Earth include what happens in our world here at level 1 and in the afterlife paradise at level 3, where most of us awaken after we die. A constant choreography is underway between level 1 and level 3 as our mutual thoughts, intentions, and yearnings help shape each other’s reality.
  • Spirits in the level 1 “earthplane” and in Earth’s shadow are often, well, earthy and vulgar. The coming articles will cast an occasional glance into those swarthy places, since they have some influence on our world and our lives, but…
  • Our main focus will be the close kinship between Earth here at level 1, and our paradise afterlife at level 3, where we really belong after a lifetime of winning and losing, laughing and crying, flourishing and struggling, and other rollercoaster dramas of Earth that exhaust the human spirit. After a lifetime, we all deserve a little R&R—a period of rest and recreation at level 3.

So, our main focus in these articles will be our Earth home here at level 1 and our afterlife paradise home at level 3, but we’ll also get an occasional glimpse of Earth’s shadow and the other spirit realms at levels 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7.

But THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, everywhere throughout the cosmos, is to understand and acknowledge the presence of the source radiating vitality and perfection from the center of everything. The source is at the same time a cosmic God, a universal God, and a personal God gleaming imperceptibly in the chest, giving us as much of its transformative power as we can safely accommodate. Holding that deep-rooted knowledge close to the heart pulls us powerfully, relentlessly toward the light of eternal joy.

26 Who Lives Where in the Cosmos

Our INIT group received lots of pictures and reports from our spirit friends in the 1990s. These are just a few of the pictures that show how they look in their astral bodies now… since the times of their deaths.

These are just a few of the Timestream spirits who contacted us by phone, radio, TV, and other devices through our Luxembourg station and identified themselves. (See article #26 for their names.) There were apparently thousands of spirits involved in the Timestream project.
(Also, a smaller spirit group was forming around my efforts in Colorado in the 1990s, especially my spirit photography. They included my father (Blair Macy) and father-in-law (John Hoys), Willis Harman, Edgar Cayce, John Denver, John Alberti, and quite a few others whom we didn’t recognize or identify.)

Most of these folks live at level 3, a few at level 4 and level 5, and every one of them has a fascinating backstory. For their names and backstories, you’ll have to go the the complete article #26.

But that barely scratches the surface of the Timestream spirit group, which was growing and changing quickly and numbered in the thousands at any given time, attracting spirit people from many eras and cultures. A complete roster of Timestream members would have been impossible, but here are most of the names we did receive from them:

Swejen Salter, Richard Francis Burton, Konstantin Raudive, Friedrich Juergenson, Jules Verne, Thomas Edison, George Cukor, Paracelsus, Ezra Braun, Yang Fudse, Red Jacket, Karine Dray, Arthur Moos, Anne Guigné, Edith Koerner, Mootai, Bwele M’Banga, Arthur Beckwith, Ernst Mackes, Klaus Schreiber, Abdallah Ibn Bekr, Henri Ste Claire de Ville, Marie Curie, Konrad Lorenz, Hanna Buschbeck, Olof Palme,
Jeannette Meek, Hal Roach, Scott Joplin, Marjorie Hamilton, Angie Mreches, Bill O’Neil, Bill H (Gulielmus) Lynch, Francis H Glazebrook, Knut Hamsen, parents of Anne Schaefer, Trygve, Hans Brusch, Charles Perrault, Romain Karp, Alexandre Piget, Jean Eberhard, Pascal Turmes, Albert Einstein, Romy Schneider, Karin Schreiber, Skjoldung, Maupai Hartmann, the Rajah of Bikaner, Halima, Nathaniel Wopping, James Smurl, Jemp Fischbach, Atahualpa, Albert Fischbach, Jules Verne’s nephew Gaston….

Appendix to Mini 26

The entire cosmos can be arbitrarily divided into seven levels, with the source-of-all-that-is located in-beyond of level 7, at the center of everything, and Earth located at level 1, out-beyond in the fringes. Between the source and the earth, at the various levels, we find: 7) Unimaginably powerful light beings. 6) Light beings and energy beings. 5) Formless energy beings that are like cohesive clouds of consciousness. 4) The polished “Summerland” paradise, where living form starts to melt away into living energy3) Our afterlife paradise of subtle, nonphysical earth-like forms (bodies, buildings…) that feel solid and real to the spirit inhabitants. 2) A holding place where dense, unruly spirit people from Earth can cleanse themselves a bit (emotionally and spiritually) before entering the level 3 paradise. 1) Earth life with its scrappy symbiosis.
Negative levels –1) through –7) form Earth’s shadow, a repository of human fears, desires, animosities, and other dark motivations at odds with the cosmos.

Starting with this article I’m adding three terms that suggest levels of refinement. People leaving Earth have to be spiritually cleansed* to enter level 3, polished to enter level 4, and purified to enter levels 5, 6, or 7. (I hope those three terms might make it easier for us humans to put our current lives in cosmic perspective.)

I believe that finer spirits at levels 4, 5, 6,  and 7 look at Timestream Station as a sort of frontier outpost from which they can deliver information to us people on scrappy Earth in ways that are meaningful to us and at the same time maintain most of the refinement from those finer realms, without getting corrupted by raw or “negative” human motivations at level 2, level 1 (earthplane), and Earth’s shadow.

*A spiritual cleansing process happens at level 2, for those who need it before settling in level 3.

27 Dreams: Snapshots of the Afterlife

Understanding the spiritual nature of dreams can give our dreams (and our lives) more clarity. This self-care Mini article offers 10 dream explanations (5 of mine plus 5 from science), and each short explanation is also a link to a good-size article rich with detail.

Just about all of the countless spirit worlds between the Earth and the source are awesome and enlightening, while Earth’s little shadow is sometimes awful and frightening… which is why we have sweet dreams and nightmares in the course of a lifetime. Just by being aware of that interwoven cosmic reality, our dreams (hence our lives) start to make better sense

My own dream explanations:

1) Most dreams are journeys of our unconscious astral mind venturing out into the astral realms while our physical mind shuts down during sleep-time. 2) We think (mistakenly) of heaven above and hell below, while in fact they’re really right here, all around us, separated by dimensional vibrations not distance (as the pulled-apart, superimposed diagram suggests). 3) Peaceful and troubled dreams are reflections of the mind. 4) We can refine our dreams by refining our spiritual vibration with meditation, prayer, and healthy habits that help us resonate more and more with the finer levels of the cosmos, then our lives (and dreams) are shaped accordingly. 5) Dreams are largely spiritual, so scientists might not fully understand them until they understand and acknowledge the spiritual basis of the cosmos.

Dream explanations from science:

1) Dream journals provide good research data, but only when they’re detailed and comprehensive—at least 50 words per dream and at least 125 detailed dream per journal. 2) Dreams evolve over a lifetime, from childhood nightmares… to senior dreams about friends and loved ones waiting for them in the afterlife. 3) Canadian researchers are training lucid dreamers to communicate with them during their dreams, giving the researchers first-hand accounts of dreams in real-time. 4) Reasons we dream include our unconscious desires, random brain signals, processing today’s experiences, built-in psychotherapy, warning of future threats, and, yes, accessing the spirit worlds…. 5) In-depth dream theories abound—from Freud and Jung, to Activation Synthesis and Self-Organization theories….

The more we understand dreams and try to live in a more resonant, coherent manner, the more refined, pleasant, and meaningful our dreams (and our lives) become. At least that’s my theory.
Will it work for you?
In. your. dreams… (is where you’re likely to find the answer).
