This is a wrap-up of the ITC series of articles published in 2023-24.  ITC, or instrumental transcommunication, is the use of technology to get information from the worlds of spirit.

Most of the ITC contacts throughout this series were received late last century, when lots of mind-boggling information streamed from the spirit worlds into our phones, radios, TVs, computers, and other devices. A few contacts shared in the series, especially in article itc-09, are more recent.

The first three articles are introductory, with a few samples of ITC contacts that were especially important or evidential or controversial.

itc-00 — Chatting with Finer Worlds Through Technology

As the title suggests, most of the ITC contacts presented in this series have three things in common:

• Chatting suggests friendly dialog.
• Finer worlds refer to refined spirit realms, level 3 in particular (though they could also include refined extraterrestrial civilizations in our material universe here at level 1.)
• Technology means that spirits were contacting us through our computers, phones, radios, TVs, and other electronic devices.

This opening article looks at several examples of the many ITC contacts that were especially mind-boggling or evidential or controversial—a spirit phone call and a few spirit world pictures that came through TV, FAX, and computer.

The three pictures above were received by Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg, the principal member of our INIT group. The finer being came through her color TV, the picture of Jules Verne through her FAX machine, and the temple picture through her computer. That temple, we learned later, is nearly identical to an actual 1928 photo of the Badri Temple in Calcutta, India. That certainly stirred some debate!… as explained in the article (itc-00), especially the comments section.

itc-01 — Conversations on Earth and in Spirit: Worlds Apart

For our spirit friends to contact us through our phones, radios, and computers, certain problems have to be solved first. Let’s look at the solutions, then the challenges and the how-to’s of ITC will fall into place along the way.

1. Acknowledge basic communication differences. We on Earth communicate mostly through our five senses with words, pictures, and videos. Spirits communicate silently, mind to mind, exchanging thought impulses. So for ITC, they have to convert their thoughts to words and pictures we’ll understand. They’re telepathic, we’re not.
2. Reawaken our psyche. Nearly all living things in the cosmos communicate telepathically. We humans are among the very rare exceptions. Apparently we’re born telepathic, but most of us lose the skill around age 6, so either we restore the ability for ITC experiments or work with someone who’s psychically gifted. That’s because ITC contacts aren’t simply delivered from the spirit world to our world the way we make a phone call or send an email. They come through a “contact field,” as explained in #4 below.
3. Recognize an ITC aptitude. An ITC aptitude is similar to telepathy. Some people are born with a powerful psyche that can make big, imperceptible changes in their surroundings. As our spirit friends said, “In specially suited experimenters (to whom you wrongly refer as ‘successful’) there  develops a sort of emotional lance in the center of their emotional consciousness which materializes inaudible and invisible tones, signs and pictures in your realm. People are usually born with this particular polarization of consciousness. Others will not get these ITC results, try as they may.”
4. Keep the contact field resonant. An ITC bridge between level 1 (Earth) and level 3 (our afterlife paradise) is called a “contact field.” It’s formed by the collective consciousness of everyone involved in the contact, on both ends of the bridge. ITC contacts like the ones shared in this series are only possible if a resonant contact field is in place.
5. Acknowledge the role of finer beings. We need protection in ITC work because of the negative feelings that we human researchers experience normally in our day-to-day lives. The negative feelings we harbor—envy, skepticism, animosity, resentment—make the contact field murky and unstable, allowing troubled and confused entities from Earth’s shadow to break into the bridge with unsettling messages. Apparently the finer beings—the gatekeepers—can’t simply filter out our negative thoughts in order to keep the bridge stable. They can work closely with troubled researchers to try to inspire them and infuse them with rich life-energy, but if the earthy dramas in the researchers’ lives are all-consuming—a struggling loved one, for example, or personal attacks by colleagues—then even the finer beings are unable to keep the bridge stable, and they close it down until resonance can be restored.
6. Accept the source as the only reality. The source is at the center of everything. The most important thing in ITC—and in life—is to acknowledge the source at the center of our being (also called God, Allah, Brahman, or the principle). It generally shines brilliantly (but invisibly) in the area around the heart. The best way I know to acknowledge the source and make conscious contact, is heart meditation, which is shared at the end of the series.

itc-02 — Breathtaking Spirit Contacts Through Technology

The next 6 articles below (03 through 08) are devoted to the amazing information that spirits delivered to computers, phones, radios, TVs, and other devices late last century—lots of pictures, text, and voices from the other side. Here’s how I think our spirit friends made them happen:

• A.   Computer pictures were carefully composed to show themselves and their earth-like paradise world accurately with images we’d understand, but filtered by the collective consciousness of the senders and receivers.
• B.   Computer messages were carefully composed to describe their lives and their world accurately in “typed words” we’d understand, but again, filtered by the collective consciousness of the senders and receivers.
• C.   TAD messages (composed by the collective consciousness of the spirit group and left on a telephone answering device in a voice similar to the lifetime voice of the spirit spokesman placing the call).
• D.   Telephone dialogs (formed dynamically through a telepathic connection between the human researcher—who might or might not be vaguely aware of the psychic connection—and the spirit group, who employ spiritside techniques to convert the spirit (group’s) thoughts dynamically to words the human researcher can understand, creating a spirit voice similar to the spirit spokesman’s lifetime voice).
• E.   Radio messages and dialogs (blending together the life-energies—consciousness—of researchers and spirits with the electromagnetic energies of the radios to produce meaningful words and sentences).
• F.   TV pictures and videos (same process to produce meaningful images on the TV that bear some resemblance to what the spirits perceive in their world).

itc-03 — Computer Pictures from Spirits (A)

Note: The summary below shows some of the computer pictures received by INIT member Maggy Fischbach and her husband Jules Harsch, sent by our spirit friends at Timestream, along with a short description of each picture. The extensive backstories (and more pictures) are included in the complete article (itc-03).

Beautiful Portraits

Portraits like these (of Angie Mreches and Anne Guigné) were sort of “painted” on the other side by spirit artists who tried to capture the essence of the subjects, then delivered to a computer on Earth through its scanner program. The process was facilitated by The Seven finer beings.

Angie was a relative of Maggy Fischbach. Timestream told Maggy: Finer beings at levels 5 and 6 assist ITC bridges between levels 3 and 1 (Earth) by providing inspiration and guidance. They send messages of love and wisdom to the project leaders at Timestream (level 3), to be relayed to Earth. One such being is the spirit of a girl named Angie Mreches (granddaughter of Marie Mreches, who was also Maggy’s grandmother).

Anne’s picture was accompanied by a note: Anne Guigné. Born at Annecy 1911 April 25. Transition made 1922 January 14.… As a little girl in France I got very ill. I was an important source of information. Through spiritual insight and prayer I learned from the omnipotence that I was better able to understand the things I needed to know here at level 3 and could do more for mankind from here than on Earth. I desired the change into a multi-dimensional world and was allowed a fast passing over to a world some memory of which was still alive in me. It is the same beautiful world you have heard about from others like me.

Happy Spirits in Beautiful Landscapes

The picture of Paracelsus was another controversial ITC contact received by INIT members. The background, which bears some resemblance to a Swiss village, is actually a close copy of a 19^th Century postcard of Darjeeling, India. (see the note below*)

Bwele M’Banga joined Timestream around the time we started our INIT group in 1995. He participates with the late Richard Francis Burton in his adventures and expeditions there at level 3, as suggested in this note that accompanied the picture: “Our guide was my friend M’Banga, a good scout and experienced mountaineer whose former existence on Earth long ago came to an end in the stomach of an African lion.” — Richard Francis Burton

Jeannette Meek and her daughter Nancy Carol in the dark dress (who died in infancy) were reunited at level 4 (the Summerland) after Jeannette died. The fellow on the right is the late Hollywood producer Hal Roach, who also resides now at level 4. Timestream sometimes composed group-shot collages like this one (and like the Edison-Cukor picture below) to give us a better view of their world and its residents.

*Paracelsus cropped into a 19th Century postcard? Is that picture a real ITC contact or just a hoax? Occam’s razor (accepting the simpler of two competing explanations) suggests the picture is a hoax, but the more I’ve come to understand the complexities of ITC as a collective consciousness of spirits and humans (and the more I’ve come to understand the mission and challenges that Timestream spirit group had to deal with), the more convinced I’ve become over the years that the picture is a genuine ITC contact, as I explain in some later articles below.

Pictures Inside Timestream

Americans Thomas Edison (inventor) and George Cukor (Hollywood director) are also associated with Timestream. This message accompanied the picture: George Cukor presents a picture of Thomas Alva Edison scanned by the method developed by Timestream. Actually at the moment of this snapshot, T.A. Edison is about 3,000 miles away at the stairs of the opera house…. Greetings to all friends of Timestream.

Austrian zoologist Konrad Lorenz died in 1989 and awakened at Timestream, where he participates in the communication lab.

Timestream director Swejen Salter sent several pictures through Maggy’s computer showing labs and offices similar to what we have on Earth. These are three of those pictures. That’s Swejen in the bottom photo, standing in her Timestream office showing a picture of the late Friedrich Juergenson, as she prepares to deliver that picture to the TV of German researcher Adolf Homes. Evidential cross-contacts like that helped to reassure us of the legitimacy of the work. [We take a closer look at that picture and several other cross-contacts in the TV-ITC article below (itc-08).]

Nonhuman Beings

“Lagelnev” is one of The Seven finer beings who facilitated and protected the contact field, or communication bridge, between Timestream and our INIT group. They said names are unimportant to them, and they’re known in their realm simply as “The Seven.” For our benefit they told us, Lagelnev is a spirit of nature, not to be confused with one of the elementals, but formed by the faith of humans (not necessarily the faith of today).

Deef resides in a watery world and says he’s related to dolphins on Earth. His picture was accompanied by a computer text: As you know we are aquatic beings. Our planet is presently in a space-time dimension which is not yet accessible to you. We live approximately 2,500 earth years in your future, and our planet is totally different from yours. ….

Harxeli is an advanced nature spirit who facilitates interdimensional contacts. As Timestream said, These beings live in different universes simultaneously. The vibrations of their bodies allow them to combine the energy currents that flow in every universe known to us. They apply it to the receptive human being (who through his spiritual readiness exhibits a sort of focused or energized will). The combined energies produce the picture and sound in the magnetic heads of the technical equipment….

So that’s a small collection of the ITC pictures that INIT member Maggy Fischbach received through the scanner app on her computer.

itc-04 — Computer Letters and Reports from Spirits (B)

Note: Most of the written reports from our spirit friends were not accompanied by spirit pictures, so the pictures in this itc-04 article are mostly images gleaned from the internet, just to give a flavor of the reports. (The exceptions are the finer being “Nsitden” and the ITC images of “Telmis,” which we’re told is an actual parallel planet of Earth.)

Timestream spirit group also sent lots of articles and reports through Maggy’s computer. Most of the messages were about 1) life and death, 2) our ancient history, 3) the nature of finer beings like The Seven, 4) the nature of the vast cosmos, 5) how ITC works, and 6) how our spirit friends view our lives on Earth. The messages arrived in various languages, but usually German (translated below into English). Here are short excerpts from the various reports:

Dying on Earth then Living in Paradise

Here are some first-hand testimonials delivered late last century to computers on Earth by our spirit friends who call their level 3 world Eden, or Marduk, a world where (according to spirits there) most people on Earth awaken after they die.

• A higher being reassured humanity about death, urging people to relax as they realize they’re in safe hands “when we come to take you home at the end of your earthly lives….”
• German woman Edith Koerner awakened on a twilight island after her death, where her old spirit body, “sleeping the dead sleep,” was nurtured back to youth and vitality by Mootai and her friendly Polynesian tribe, who were apparently in the habit of welcoming many visitors and adventurers to their timeless, unchanging paradise isle over the course of centuries.
• British explorer Sir Richard Francis Burton died painfully and awakened in an Arabian paradise, near a bazaar, “in a shady palm-and-fruit garden near a bubbling spring in the middle of the city,” as a young goat was licking him. Burton noticed he was inexplicably wearing customary Arabian clothing and had no trace of pain.
• Swedish prime minister Olaf Palme resides in the Summerland (level 4) since his assassination, but makes annual visits to the village “Hleidra, nearer to the snow-land,” where he was discovered lying in the brush with wounds to his head, rehabilitated, and warmly welcomed by the Viking poet Skjoldung (who’d died 2,000 years earlier) and his friendly villagers.
• Austrian zoologist Konrad Lorenz died in 1989 and awakened at Timestream after an elaborate arrival ceremony, as Swejen Salter reported: He was transported to us in a magnificent ship surrounded by people. Imagine a Viking ship in which his (astral) body was brought to his destination. He is still in a state of sleep. But it can already be observed that his features and his body are changing and becoming more youthful.
• Arthur Moos was killed by a mortar explosion in the second world war and floated into a timeless black void for 50 earth years, accepting this empty reality as the true afterlife… until he passed through a spiraling, iridescent cerulean light into “a lush valley with a silvery river that flowed between the mountain slopes.” He knew he was home at last. “I cried like a child for the joy of seeing such beauty….”
• Albert Fischbach, father of researcher Maggy Fischbach, was surprised on his deathbed to see his late mother and her Timestream friend Bwele M’Banga—the Black One—enter the hospital room through a tunnel or vortex, greet him in his spirit body as he emerged from his lifeless physical body, and escort him back through the tunnel to paradise… where he got settled in and began calling Maggy and Jules on the phone and sending insightful reports through their computer.
• Red Jacket says his Native American afterlife community still contends with Christian spirit groups, who “want to teach us how to honor the great spirit the way he wants it. What do they want from us? We respect and honor the great spirit the same way our forefathers did. We’re grateful for everything we receive. We love each other. We never argue about religion. We don’t want to argue with the white men, but if they keep crowding us, we’ll have to move somewhere else.” So Native American communities like his began to ascend and resettle close to Timestream, beyond the reach of religious zealots.
• Karine Dray died in a car wreck at age 21 and awakened in a Jewish paradise of “magnificent palaces with flowering gardens, the air filled with exquisite aromas. This is the place where the secrets of life are revealed….”
• Timestream spirit group sent several detailed, soul-stirring descriptions of their refined afterlife paradise at spirit level 3, where most people awaken after they die, and compared it to the even more refined Summerland at level 4.  “We live along the banks of the River of Eternity along with those who were once living on Earth. There are animals here. Vegetation varies from algae to mammoth trees. Some people or animals wake up here already reborn into bodies at the prime of life. Others come to us as old people and turn young again after the regenerating sleep. Why there are such differences, we do not know…. Our experiences and knowledge from level 4 might be useful to you….”

Most Ancient History (and End Times)

Humans have been on Earth an inordinately long time—long before dinosaurs, according to the ITC contacts below. Dinosaurs apparently introduced predatory, parasitic, and competitive inclinations to life on Earth, which still vulgarized humanity in the time of Atlantis, long after dinosaurs had disappeared from the Earth.

• Long, long ago when humans came to Earth from Eden (or Marduk), they lost mastery over nature after their dissension with the serpent….
• The Project started 20,000 years ago, and its final phase took place in Atlantis….
• In the final days leading up to the apocalyptic demise of Atlantis, a high priest told his fellow priests, Participants of this Project, my brothers and sisters, the Golden Ages of our culture are at an end. Our civilization has become so indifferent that the innumerable dead, who perish of starvation and disease, have become a common sight for you. They elicit no more than a sigh, or in the best case, a tinge of protest. The streets of our cities have become the residence of legions of the homeless; drugs rule the world; men murder their brothers on a scale and with a bestiality that has not been seen since the (previous) dark ages….

The Seven Finer Beings

• Swejen Salter describes them: Some of us regard the seven Rainbow People as great souls or creators. They live on our plane and yet are really not among us. They can ascend to higher planes and again ‘bend down’ to our level. Their power is almost unlimited and so is their wisdom and goodness. Their entire being is illuminated by understanding and forgiveness. It is impossible to describe the good feeling that overcomes the person who faces them and can speak to them….
• They describe themselves: We, the Seven, have a rational, instinctive intellect, very different from yours. We know each of you in INIT and know your weaknesses. We understand you and love you in spite of your weaknesses. In this life you will always remain children with the dreams of Titans. What is so bad about that? We too do not claim to know everything, although our wisdom and knowledge seem to be unlimited next to yours. We are greeting you and thank you….
• More about The Seven: Nsitden comes from another planetary system, responds to human emotions, helps people communicate with their feelings and seems unconditionally kind from a human perspective. Mrekklin comes from a parallel world. Lagelnev is a spirit of nature, not to be confused with one of the elementals, but formed by the faith of humans (not necessarily the faith of today). Technician is interested in science and acts as a guide and gatekeeper to other dimensions. Ishkumar was once, long ago, human, so unlike Technician, can relate to humans, and understands and relates to pain.

Nature of the Cosmos

• God is the totality, the highest principle of life, the limitless cosmos, the absolute unity. It’s not one of the countless creative individuals throughout the cosmos. It makes no difference what religion you belong to. The one cosmic truth is found along the path of decency. Freedom is always available to those who follow eternal principles…. — Ishkumar, one of The Seven:
• Our afterlife paradise, which our spirit friends call Eden or Marduk, is shaped largely by the collective afterlife beliefs and expectations of people on Earth, which today are diverse, contradictory, and, well, “out of joint.” The Seven told us: To deal with the disparity, our hope, through ITC and INIT, is that people will read what you write, discuss it, and slowly construct a stable direction of thinking. Our plan, then, is to reach the core of our world and make changes based on what you tell us. That will provide common ground for future ITC. Meanwhile, we continue to try to inspire evolving humanity with spiritual principles and moral truths, taking into account life in the current age….
• Timestream director Swejen Salter said she was a scientist in her home world Varid, one of Earth’s parallel planets. In one fateful experiment, which her team hoped would neutralize the disastrous power of atomic energy, they were experimenting 1) with energy and anti-energy (which they believed formed the basis of our material universe) and 2) with the transformation of energy into matter (planets and stars). By creating a perfect vacuum in their sealed lab, they were able to produce anti-energy… with horrific results: We’d reversed time! Releasing this anti-energy would be disastrous. Our attempts to destroy our lab caused a tremendous explosion in which I died. It was 1987 October 30. I never found out what happened to Varid….
• Communication throughout the cosmos is typically telepathic—mind-to-mind sharing of information among resonant minds. Communicating with words and pictures through the physical senses, as we do on Earth, is very rare. So when spirits communicate with people on Earth, it’s usually through methods of mediumistic transcommunication (MTC), such as channeling, meditation, prayer, and inspiration. Instrumental transcommunication (ITC) is much more challenging for them, as they have to convert their thought impulses to words and pictures that are meaningful to us. However, The Seven told our INIT group that information coming through a pure ITC bridge, or contact field, can be more reliable than most MTC information. All information coming to Earth from spirit is filtered by the people’s minds, memories, hopes, and beliefs. Pure ITC contacts (those coming through a resonant, protected contact field) are typically four-fifths pure and one-fifth filtered. MTC contacts are typically one-fifth pure and four-fifths filtered, as explained in the book written by Maggy Ficshbach and Theo Locher (visit the link and search on “fifths”).

Understanding (and Authenticating) ITC

Our spirit friends understand the difficulty that modern science has authenticating spiritual projects like ITC, so they went to great extremes to authenticate our work with cross-contacts, information unknown to the receivers, and other non-scientific techniques. In the process they helped us understand how it all works—the delivery of information from level 3 (where people communicate mind-to-mind with thought impulses) to Earth at level 1 (where we prefer pictures, words and sentences that we can see or hear).

Living on Earth (from Spirits’ Point of View)

Seven insightful messages in article itc-04 were shared about how finer spirit views the challenges, possibilities, and responsibilities that we contend with during a lifetime on Earth. They cover subjects such as:

itc-05 — Spirit Messages on Answering Machines (C)

In the 1990s, before cell phones were all the rage, people used landline phones, and they often had a telephone answering device (TAD) next to the phone so that callers could leave messages if no one answered.

Our spirit friends seemed to find our answering machines especially useful. They could carefully compose voice messages and deliver them to us without having to dialog with us. Looking back on my own phone chats with spirit friend Konstantin Raudive, I sometimes went off-track during a conversation, changing the subject before it was fully explored, or made incorrect assumptions that he’d have to correct, succinctly and patiently. Those ITC challenges become apparent in the next article (itc-06) about spirit phone calls.

This article is a small, representative sampling of spirit TAD messages received by several INIT members:

The first message below is probably among the most important directives ever received in our world from finer spirit, judging by its depth and clarrity.

Maggy Fischbach

Schoolteacher Maggy Fischbach started receiving exceptional spirit contacts in the 1980s—hundreds of them. I consider the audioclip below to be Maggy’s most important contact, received on her TAD in 1996 as our INIT members were preparing for our second annual meeting in Tarrytown NY.

I highlighted some key points of the message that are explained in the article (itc-05), but are left out of this summary. (I also accompanied the voice contact with Faure’s classic composition In Paradisum, as arranged and performed by Raphael Sharpe at the Kahua Institute, which gives the ethereal message an earthly boost, I think.) 🙂

In the course of bygone decades, of thousands of earthly years, beings interested in human species meet to decide on the continuation of the project. You must not imagine that only The Seven implicated in the actual development of INIT are there; no, it is a coming together of all entities interested in mankind. The interests are various. We, The Seven of the Rainbow People, have decided to help and support the way chosen by you in INIT. It is the way of morals, which means to understand, to acknowledge, to devise, and to act. It is not to be mixed up with religion, which means to believe. The two can be complementary, but they are independent, one to the other. You already know that also pharisees, ghouls, swindlers, thieves–yes, even murderers—have their interested supporters here among the dead. And, as the word “higher being”—notice that we never gave us this name ourselves—does not stand, as it is often misinterpreted by falsely religious people to be purified, rid of all sin, whatever the word “sin” means for them. There are also entities here interested in that situation. This is the seventh time that we accompany and guide you on your progress towards a free, wealthy, and sane future in which humanity would have stripped off the chains of intolerance and cruelty—a future in which it will be able to establish fruitful and durable relationship with the light, ethereal realms of existence. Our and your opponents tried to prevent this by all means. Your meeting in Tarrytown is a decisive one—men and women of wit whittled out together to make true the dream of a strong international association based on morals and on ethics, by giving it not only a fundamental constitution—and sheltering it this way from the wind, the rain, and the storms of pernicious attacks—but also by strengthening love and friendship true, the best qualities of mankind. The first step was made in Dartington. Those last weeks some of your best were cruelly hit by illnesses, diseases, and personal problems in order to keep them away from their valuable work. Be assured, even if we cannot avoid the plague, we can control the gravity. Whatever has happened, do not lose courage. We are there. You are in the right way. You are a small number, but much depends on you and on your decisions those days. We trust in you.

That gives an idea of the quality of ITC contacts that were being received by Maggy Fischbach in the closing years of the 20^th Century.

The answering-machine contacts below (Fritz Malkhoff’s and mine) give an idea of the challenges that finer spirit has to overcome when trying to establish an ITC bridge, or contact field, with us.

Friedrich Malkhoff (and Adolf Homes)

Friedrich Malkhoff was a steadfast member of INIT from its inception in 1995. Retired early from the German railway, he’d gotten interested in ITC in the 1980s while watching TV shows with his wife Erika about spirit voices on tape, especially Incredible Stories hosted by Rainer Holbe in Luxembourg. Fritz bought a tape recorder, gave it a try, and was surprised to find lots of tiny voices in his recordings.

Fritz Malkhoff lived in Schweich, Germany, not far from his colleagues Maggy Fischbach and Adolf Homes.

Here are two of the TAD contacts received by Malkhoff. One is from Konstantin Raudive, who’s been a prominent spirit communicator since his death in 1974. The other is from Ishkumar, one of The Seven finer beings.

Konstantin Raudive Contacts Malkhoff

Konstantin Raudive and the Timestream spirit group worked steadily for four years (1990-94) to stabilize the three-point contact field that encompassed Maggy Fischbach (Luxembourg City), Fritz Malkhoff (Schweich), and Adolf Homes (Rivenich). They were also trying to establish contact fields with Sonia Rinaldi in Brazil and with me here in the States. Ideally, each of us would have our own spirit group developing around us, and all of the spirit groups would be working closely with Timestream.

(That was the first stage of a plan that was apparently conceived by The Seven finer beings, with the ultimate aim of establishing 7 working ITC stations around the world. But as Konstantin Raudive told ITC researcher Sonia Rinaldi years later, the “vibrational fabric” of Earth became too challenging to harbor even one stable contact field. I believe he was referring to the collective consciousness of humanity as a vibrational fabric, which lacks the needed harmony. And as Konstantin had told Maggy, Jules, and me through a radio, “It can only work when the vibrations of those present are in complete harmony and when their aims and intentions are pure”… not an easy thing for us humans to sustain with our roller-coaster moods.)

Finally, in February 1994, Fritz received his first spirit message on his answering machine:

Es ist uns gelungen, den ersten Direktkontakt zur suedlichen Hemisphaere Brasilien durchzustellen. Dies geschah nicht zuletzt durch Ihr Mitwirken, Friedrich Malkhoff …

We have succeeded in putting the first direct contact through to the southern hemisphere, Brazil. Last but not least, this took place with your contribution, Friedrich Malkhoff.

The Seven Finer Beings Contact Malkhoff

Malkhoff also got a TAD voice message from Ishkumar, one of The Seven finer beings, but it got garbled.

Why?  Because an ITC contact needs harmony in the collective consciousness of the sender and receiver. If the human mind is cluttered at the moment for any reason, the information is likely to be impure as it comes through into our technologies.

Fortunately, the complete message was received successfully, at the same time, in Luxembourg. Here’s the (garbled) message received by Fritz.

Hier spricht ISHKUM einer der Bewohner des Planeten Terra: Freunde der instrumentellen Transkommunikation ihr habt einen neuen Weg beschritten, und die von euch angestrebte Einheit wird euch helfen, zum Licht und zur….

This is Ishkum speaking to one of the inhabitants of planet Terra, friends of instrumental communication, you have set your feet on a new path, and the unity you aspire to will help you to …. to the light and to …

Here’s the complete message that came through successfully through Maggy’s TAD in Luxembourg:

Ishkumar speaking, one of the Seven: Inhabitants of planet Terra. Friends of instrumental transcommunication: You have set your feet on a new path, and the unity you aspire to will help to find the light and the truth. Beware, though, of false friendship and pride of place. Also beware of those preaching love but doing differently in practice. This will be the only way to have the pieces become one whole. This was Ishkumar, one of the Seven.

When we formed INIT in 1995 around the work of Maggy and Jules Harsch-Fischbach, Friedrich Malkhoff eagerly joined our group. Adolf Homes declined, preferring to work with German physics professor Ernst Senkowski. I urged my friend Ernst to attend our first meeting along with Adolf Homes. (The previous year I’d visited Ernst in Mainz and he’d visited Regina and me in Colorado.) But Ernst preferred to take a more independent, more scientific approach to ITC, so the phenomenal ITC research of Homes and Senkowski developed in a slightly different direction from INIT’s.

Mark Macy

This is the voice of Konstantin Raudive speaking to me in English, which you can compare to the German he spoke while addressing Fritz Malkhoff earlier. This message arrived in my phone answering machine on February 2, 1994, as the short backstory below explains:

This is Konstantin Raudive. We just tried to contact George Meek. We succeeded, but he didn’t get what we wanted to tol’—tell—him. We were talking to him that we tried to make mediumistic contact with Jean Peterson, and he wanted to register by other means—electric means. There will be no telephone contacts to your ITC group, Colleague Mark, until you will have strengthened the bridge, the mediumistic bridge, to our Timestream Group. This is Konstantin Raudive.

That contact was in response to a complicated miscommunication between George Meek in North Carolina, his office manager Molly, me in Colorado, and our psychically gifted friend Jean Peterson, also of Colorado. Essentially Jean and I were expecting a phone call on a given day and time, based on a phone message from Konstantin Raudive received by George’s office manager Molly, but our spirit friends were trying to establish a psychic connection through Jean, which would form the basis of a contact field for our Colorado group. So, on the given day, Jean and I waited for the phone call that never came.

itc-06 — Spirit Phone Calls (D)

Let’s listen to a few of the spirit phone dialogs received by INIT members (and in some cases their families and friends). Along the way we’ll try to figure out how they’re even possible.

Maggy Fischbach

Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg received dozens of spirit phone calls—maybe hundreds—over a 15-year period starting in the mid-1980s. She recorded most of them, but rarely made the recordings public. (Why? The reasons are left out of the summary below, but are explained in the article (itc-06.)

Here’s a transcript of one call with her main spirit communicator, Swejen Salter, who calmly described some of the fantastic realities of her world at level 3. The entire phone call lasted more than 20 minutes. (Translated from German)

Maggy: Do you carry on any space research?  Swejen: No, there’s no technical space program on the third level like you have in your world, but there are totally different possibilities open to us. We can travel in space mentally and with our mind visit other dimensions and other planets to explore them. It’s also possible to travel here in our world with the help of large dirigible blimps or hot air balloons. There are aircraft—small two-seaters which are used by airplane enthusiasts. Many people use helicopters, which we call zelicopters here. They are similar in appearance to helicopters but fly according to a different physics, and therefore their technical construction is different from their counterpart on Earth. There is also surface travel here, mainly in electrical automobiles and solar-powered vehicles. But to travel beyond our world I can enter into the fourth plane in order to transfer myself mentally to other realities and get in contact with entities of other dimensions. While here on the third plane we live on the planet Marduk with three suns, there exist many other planets. Richard often travels to these planets to get to know the inhabitants. These travels are not comparable to space travel from your world as far as space and time are concerned. Richard’s trips to other planets give him the impression of day-long experiences while he is only away from me a few minutes.  Maggy: That is impressive. Do you take part in these travels, too?  Swejen: I prefer other possibilities. If it gets too noisy in the station I withdraw and go to quieter places. We have a beautiful, spacious home. Compared to homes in your world it looks like a rented apartment of approximately 400 square meters (4,000 square feet). This apartment alone opens many dimensions to us because our life in it is not tied down to nor limited by space and time. When I walk out the back door of the apartment, which on Earth might open to a small garden, I can go into the most immense, most beautiful garden imaginable. Everything looks as real as your world looks to you. But I do not have to travel thousands of miles to see it. I merely go through the back door to visit exotic parks, take a stroll on beautiful beaches, or admire a sunset across the ocean.  Maggy: That sounds like science fiction.  Swejen: For me it is reality and I have the opportunity to see many worlds. However, I can only see things that actually exist.  Maggy: Still, everything you see or can touch, all vehicles, even the nicest car, the most beautiful house in our world or in your world, is an illusion of the mind.  Swejen: Yes, that is correct.  Maggy: But as long as we need to live in these illusions, we should enjoy them.  Swejen: Right. I shall go to a beautiful world today. Just wait for what is approaching you today! You, too, and Jules will be in another nice world this evening…

Maggy assumed that she and Jules would just have nice dreams that night, but they took a walk at dusk and by chance arrived in a park. As they sat on a bench, the colorful sunset glistened on the water, and ducks and small birds approached them as though they were all one big, happy family… no hesitation or trace of fear. She felt as though they’d been transported to another world.

The spirit phone calls below were received by Fritz Malkhoff and me (plus a couple of my colleagues here in the States). They provide a good cross-section of the many spirit phone calls our INIT group received in the late 1990s.

Friedrich Malkhoff

Fritz Malkhoff received this phone call from Konstantin Raudive at a time when ardent skeptics were denouncing ITC as a hoax “because spirits don’t breathe.” Raudive tried to set the record straight (with his characteristic wit).

FM: Guten Morgen, lieber Konstantin Raudive!  KR: Ich hoffe, dass Sie mich hoeren koennen, Friedrich Malkhoff, und dass Sie mich auch atmen hoeren koennen.  FM: Ja, ich hoere beides.  KR: Es scheint, dass das Atmen bei Ihnen eine der wichtigsten Beschaeftigungen auf Terra im Moment scheint in diesen Transkontakten.  FM: Ja, bei mir persoenlich nicht, lieber Konstantin Raudive.  KR: Ich weiss, dass Sie damit kein Problem haben und wollte Sie informieren, dass eine neue Bruecke aufgebaut wurde, welche die Stationen Schweich und Luxemburg noch enger verbinden wird.

FM:  Good morning, dear Konstantin Raudive!  KR: I hope that you can hear me, Friedrich Malkhoff, and that you can hear me breathe.  FM: Yes, I hear both.  KR: It seems that breathing is the main concern with you on Terra at the moment regarding these transcontacts.  FM: Yes; not with me personally, dear Konstantin Raudive.  KR: I know you have no problem in this respect and wanted to inform you that a new bridge has been built which will make the link between Schweich and Luxemburg stations still closer.

Fritz also got a call from the late Hermann von Keyserling, who was becoming a key member in his spirit group.

Hermann von Keyserling (1880-1946) was a German-Russian philosopher who coined the term Führerprinzip, suggesting that certain gifted people were born to rule… a great idea if it produces Plato’s philosopher kings who spread virtue and selflessness, or a dreadful idea if the leaders are dominated by angry rich men to spread deception, conflict and chaos (Social Darwinism). In any event…

Keyserling’s telephone voice is strangely high-pitched, so I dropped it down an octave to sound a little more normal. You can hear both the original and the “normalized” versions.

FM: Ja!  HK: Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass die Bruecke zu Ihnen jetzt geschaltet ist.  FM: Ah, es ist so schoen!  HK: Wir werden uns ab jetzt regelmaessig melden. Diese Bruecke zu Ihnen nennt sich die MEZA- Kleeblatt Bruecke.  

FM: Yes!  HK: We are pleased to inform you that the bridging to you is connected now.  FM: Ah, that’s beautiful!  HK: From now on, we will contact you regularly. This bridge to you is called the MEZA-Cloverleaf bridge.

So Keyserling became one of the main communicators in Malkhoff’s new spirit group, Cloverleaf or Kleeblatt.

Mark Macy (and Friends)

In late January 1994 I was surprised and elated to get my first spirit phone call from Konstantin Raudive. But I was also disappointed because I couldn’t record it, so a few days later I connected in-line recording devices to our three landline phones.

I announced the call to close friends and colleagues, and so a week later George Meek and Sarah Estep were both ready when they got their first phone calls from Raudive. Here they are:

George Meek

George Meek (1910-1999) helped revolutionize the climate-control industry, earning a small fortune from a series of patented technologies that enabled the air conditioning of skyscrapers. After Meek retired in the 1970s, he and his wife Jeannette embarked on a life of world travel and research into the true nature of man. Their journey led them to men and women from many walks of life who had an amazing range of shamanic (or psychospiritual) skills… from energy healing and psychic surgery to mediumship and ITC. George visited Maggy and Jules in Luxembourg on several occasions and helped them with their research. I had the great fortune of befriending George at a conference in 1991 (a year after the death of his wife), and he introduced me to the Harsch-Fischbach couple the following year.

Here’s Konstantin Raudive’s phone call to George Meek in 1994, 20 years after Konstantin died, and 5 years before George himself would die. (George was still grieving a year after his wife’s death, and I think that’s probably why Konstantin’s voice sounds slow and sad, even though his message is warm and uplifting. Empathy plays a big part in ITC contacts, since spirits are attuned to our moods as well as our thoughts.)

GM: Good morning, this is George Meek.  KR: This is Konstantin Raudive. George, my friend, at last we succeeded in contacting you. Jeannette is beside me, and she wants to give you all her love. This is Konstantin Raudive. This is the first contact you get from us. I suppose that you can hear me.  GM: I can hear you very well. Very plainly.  KR: Fine, so this is the beginning of a new story, a new chapter, George. You are a very good friend of ours, even if we haven’t met. We will continue this. This is the first bridge we succeeded to build to the States. Mark was contacted, and I must interrupt now.  GM: Thank you, dear friend. You may not be able to hear me, but I want to take this occasion to say . . . beep (broken connection, end of contact)

Sarah Estep

Sarah Estep (1926-2008) and Konstantin Raudive (1909-1974) shared a common interest. They devoted the final years of their lives to EVP experiments (capturing spirit voices on audiotape). So it was no coincidence that Sarah also got a phone call from Konstantin in January 1994. She’d founded AAEVP, or American Association for Electronic Voice Phenomenon, in 1982 and spent a quarter-century dedicated to the work. Konstantin and Sarah both knew for certain that life continues after we die, usually in blissful paradise surroundings, and they were both committed to sharing that certainty with the world.

Konstantin had a good sense of humor, so when he called Sarah and identified himself, Sarah exclaimed, “Dr Raudive! How are you?” and then turned on the tape recorder to capture his wry opening quip for posterity:

KR: I’m as fine as a “dead one” can be. Dear Sarah, thank you very much for everything you did for the propagation of the voices. We tried and succeeded in building this bridge to the States. You are one of the first who are contacted by this means. Thank you very much for all the work you did. We are very proud and honored that we could contact you. I must interrupt now. This was the first contact. This is Konstantin Raudive speaking. SE: Thank you so much!

My Recorded Phone Calls from Konstantin Raudive

Konstantin called me eight times throughout the late 90s. Some calls were left on my answering machine, but sometimes we got to chat, as in these two cases.

My longest phone conversation with Raudive lasted 12 minutes. The clip below contains the key excerpts from that long phone call, spliced together into a single audio file. (The complete conversation can be heard at the end of another article, here.)

MM: As far as the ITC progress here in Colorado with my group and my efforts, how soon do think we’ll able to expand into television contacts and computer contacts, or are we going to stick with voice for quite a while?  KR: Well as we see it, the first good voices will come through in the fall of this year, and it will develop on that.  MM: I see. I’m thinking of incorporating subtle energy technologies into the system on my side, getting a moebius loop and a caduceus coil. Do these things sound like a good idea?  KR: Why, sure, a very good thought of you, and you will have to wait for the things that our group can tell you.  MM: Okay. Can you tell me about the equipment that you use to produce such a perfect, almost perfect voice on Earth? That must take a lot of work on your side.  KR: Well, it depends on your reception, or mainly on your psychic reception, because you are much more psychic than some people who claim to be one.  MM: That surprises me.  KR: It’s really not surprising.  MM: Um, do you have actual equipment on your side, as well as the thoughts and the psyche?…  KR: You know that we use equipment, and we intend to give plans our equipment and to send them through Hans. We also wanted draw a sort of a map of our world and drop it into your world. It will be done in the next weeks and months.  MM: That’s tremendous. That’s wonderful. Oh boy. Do you have any messages that I can pass on—pass along—to Hans Heckmann or George Meek or Sarah?  KR: Well, I wanted to contact them all, but we here decided that you are the person who is the main experimenter (in the States). You are the, uh—I don’t like the world “leader”—but you are the manager, so to say, so please give all of our esteem to Sarah, to Hans, to George, to all them. We will contact them in time.  MM: I too have been trying to avoid words like “leading” and “managing.” It’s not easy on Earth to develop social systems that are based on nonhierarchical…  KR: Don’t try to avoid it, friend Mark, because these are systems implanted in your world, and you will have to deal with them. But it’s important you assume the role, and all else will be done, as it’s only for the common cause.  MM: Okay. What we’re trying to establish with INIT, I think, is more of a network on Earth, as opposed to a hierarchical or bureaucratic-type organization, a network without formal structure. I think that can be done maybe with the Internet.  KR: That is correct because you are one of the essential main points of this network. You are one big dot on it, do you understand?  MM: Thank you.  KR: From this big dot there are departures for other dots, smaller dots, and it’s only from this big dot that ramifications may be made.  MM: I’ll do everything I can to make this work, this INIT…  KR:  We know it, Mark. Without that we wouldn’t have contacted you. And don’t be afraid of small, personal differences.  MM: Okay.  KR: You understand.  MM: Yes, please convey my love to Bill O’Neil, Jeannette, Swejen, everybody at Timestream….  KR: I will do that. Good-bye, my friend.  MM: Good-bye, my friend.  (click)

Another phone call came on the morning of February 6, 1998. I was in my basement lab with the radios on, but feeling a little down and sluggish. The phone on the dresser behind the radios rang and I answered. It was Konstantin Raudive. He, too, sounded sluggish and spoke in a slow, halting way, telling me, “… You must purchaze a… LF converter….” Then the call ended.

Just hearing Konstantin’s voice knocked me out of my doldrums, so when the phone rang again a few minutes later my mind was clear and receptive. This is that second call:

MM: Hello… yes.  KR: I’ll try to make it clearer this time. It’s a VLF receiving converter. It’s a receive-radio-navigation beacon, and you have standard frequencies—ship-to-shore, and European LW broadcasts. You have also a 1750-meter license-free band, and so on. And you can have a converter. You simply connect the VLF converter to your HF radio’s antenna input, and a suitable VLF antenna. Then you convert the entire VLF band, say 10 kilohertz to 500 kilohertz, up to 4010 to 4500 kilohertz, respectively. This is technical advice from our side.  MM: Thank you very much, Konstantin!

itc-07 — Spirits Talking Through Radio (E)

Radios like these were configured by ITC researchers late last century to talk to spirits.

In October 1994 I visited Maggy Fischbach and Jules Harsch in Luxembourg for the second time, along with two other guests.

Here are two excerpts of the historic contact we received that day. We were all chatting at the couple’s kitchen table, getting to know each other, while the radios in the living room emitted a gentle hiss-s-s of white noise. Suddenly the white noise began to fade, so Maggy walked to the radios, turned on the tape recorder, and moved the mic close to the radios, causing a short squeal of feedback:

It can only work when the vibrations of those present are in complete harmony, and when their aims and intentions are pure.

It was spirit friend Konstantin Raudive (1909-74), and his familiar voice grew louder and stronger as he greeted each of us by name with a personal message. Here’s what he told me:

Finally, last but not least, Mark Macy. My dear friend, we bring our greetings to colleague Meek and the Uphoffs. Also to Hans Heckmann, with whom he realizes a beautiful job to spread ITC information. You know by experience, Mark, how dangerous drugs of all kinds can be. Try to warn humanity that they not only alter their present lives on your side, but also influence in a negative way their future lives. Go on with your experiences and you will see that the bridge to the States will soon be strengthened. Regina as your twin soul can help you a lot. Listen to her inner voice and you will be in the right way.

Well, that message had some surprises for me, which I dissect and explain in the article (itc-07). In a nutshell: 1) I’d been a heavy drinker and smoker for several years leading up to my cancer, unbeknownst to the other four people in the room. 2) By “experiences” I think Konstantin was probably referring to the experiences that we all go through during a lifetime, contending with our earthy compulsions as we struggle to refine ourselves… to contend with our doubts and fears and resentments… to find our inner light. And 3) it was a pleasant surprise to learn that my best friend and wife Regina was also my “twin soul,” or literal soulmate.

But Konstantin’s opening line was key: ITC can only work when all participants in a contact are in harmony, on both sides of the veil. Discord in ITC is a big problem. It destabilizes the contact field.

We’ll compare Maggy’s superb results in Luxembourg to my own mediocre results in the States and address, “Why the difference?”

Maggy Fischbach’s Astonishing Radios

Again, the extensive background details for the following contact, and its likely meaning, are described in the article (itc-07), but are not included in the summary below.

This radio message (received by Maggy while Ernst Senkowski and George Meek were visiting) got garbled and cut short (as you can hear in the following audioclip). Fortunately, the message came through Maggy’s radio again on another occasion, pure and complete, (as you can read in the transcript below the audioclip). The radio voice belongs to the 19^th Century French chemist Henri Ste Claire de Ville.

In this complete trasncript (below) of the same contact on a different occasion, Maggy was informed:
Technician introduces the contact: Test. Project Lifeline speaking in Timestream. Then Henri speaks: My name is Henry Sainte Claire DEVILLE. I left your world in 1881, and I am speaking to you in my name and in the name of our staff of LIFELINE, the scientists. Your projects, as well as from LIFELINE, as from TIMESTREAM, is to set fire to minds—to set fire to minds in your world, and in that moment to try to master time. I can give you a few explanations and technical advice. The void dreams the universe, but the void is unconscious. Universe has consciousness and it can control the void. A strong force, the inertia of normality, reigns the universe. So the universe always chooses the same state as before. It sustains itself, it limits itself. I repeat: the universe is dreamt by the void. It is varied out of grains, grains of virtual existence, grains called selectons. Selectons are really tiny dots consisting of a circle rolled up compactly. Forever they roll back into the void, forever other bits of void roll back to replace them exactly. All these selectons roll up compactly in the same direction, thus time flows in one direction in the (material) universe. In our space, selectons are not rolled up, so there in the Never-Ever all time is one and timeless. 

Now let’s look again at some of the challenges involved in establishing a stable ITC bridge.

My Radio Experiments

I tried EVP experiments with a tape recorder in the living room in 1991—shortly after meeting George Meek and learning about ITC—but I got no detectable voices. So, the following year I set up a basement lab, bought two broadband radios from Radio Shack, then added a third radio later on.

My first (barely) discernible EVP contact was clearly (to me) the voice of Konstantin Raudive, whispering, “Your mind’s too much in turmoil.”

Here are some of my best contacts after seven years of experimenting—mostly just tiny voices on tape.

Why were my radio contacts mediocre? There are probably lots of reasons, but I’m sure the main two were explained succinctly by Konstantin Raudive:

• It can only work when the vibrations of those present are in complete harmony and when their aims and intentions are pure… and
• Your mind’s too much in turmoil.

Those examples—Maggy Fischbach’s radio contacts and mine—give a pretty clear look at the possibilities and the challenges of ITC. It’s all (or mostly) about human minds and their ability (someday, hopefully) to resonate together in clarity and sincerity at a fine spiritual vibration.

(I’ve come to think of Maggy as “our lady of the pure heart.” I believe the reason she got such excellent ITC contacts was simply that she was mostly guided by love, friendship, trust, clarity of mind, and other noble motivations that resonated with our spirit friends at level 3 and beyond. I remember a couple of dreams I had around the time of our INIT group, in which I’d find myself in a spirit world setting, probably level 3, where Maggy was enjoying a calm heart-to-heart chat with another woman, probably our spirit friend Swejen Salter. I could observe them for a few moments, but I couldn’t join their conversation because… well, my mind was a bit in turmoil. I didn’t feel the needed resonance.)

itc-08 — Spirits on TV (F)

Friedrich Juergenson

Here’s the fascinating story of Friedrich Juergenson, a well-known Swedish afterlife researcher who died in 1987. Juergenson didn’t get any spirit TV pictures during his lifetime, but he appeared on TV at least three times after his death. Starting with most recent occasion and working back to the first time he appeared on TV….

1994: German researcher Adolf Homes was in a trance-like state when he received this color “head-shot” of Friedrich Juergenon on his color TV (lifetime picture of Juergenson inset).

This is among the most important of all the spirit TV pictures, for a couple of reasons. It’s the first known color picture we got from the other side, and it shows Friedrich posing with “the three suns of Eden,” which our spirit friends tell us are actually three higher beings whose life-energies sustain their world… similar to the way our sun sustains Earth. Also, Juergenson has ascended to a finer spiritual state (probably level 5), but he can manifest aspects of his physical appearance when needed, for example with this “head shot.”

Two years earlier Homes had received a very similar picture of Juergenson on his black and white TV, below. That one was part of a complicated cross-contact choreographed by our spirit friends.

Swejen is shown in her spirit world office with the Juergenson picture on her desktop computer, which they plan to deliver to Adolf’s TV at the same time that researcher Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg receives this picture of Swejen (in her spiritside office) in Maggy’s earthside computer. Whew! (And notice how the backdrop blends from Swejen’s office on the left, to a spirit world forest on the right, giving us a clue about the subtle, malleable “structures” of their world.)

Several cross-contacts like this one were planned and executed by Timestream to show their technical expertise in multidimensional work, to help us understand their world, and to provide exceptional evidence for the legitimacy of ITC.

In a moment we’ll look at other cross-contacts, but first let’s backtrack to the day of Friedrich Juergenson’s funeral, when he first showed up on TV in his spirit body.

1987: Friedrich Juergenson’s funeral was on October 21. His friends Claude and Ellen Thorlin couldn’t attend the service, but Ellen (who was psychically sensitive) received a clear mental message to turn on the TV to channel 4 and be ready with a Polaroid camera, which Claude did. Within a half-hour, this picture of Friedrich flashed on the TV screen, and Claude caught it on film. (Juergenson was apparently still in his dense astral body so soon after his death, appearing as an old man.)

Now let’s examine some fascinating cross-contacts that involved two different researchers getting related pictures, often at the same time.

Anne Guigné Cross-Contact

Pictures of Anne de Guigné were received in the TV (left) of Adolf Homes and in the computer (right) of Maggy Fischbach on the same day (November 10, 1993). Anne was a headstrong little French girl until her dad was killed in 1915 as a soldier in the first world war, then it was as though, at age 4, she’d been touched by God. She became deeply devoted to her grieving mom and to her Catholic faith. Since her early death in 1922 at age 10, she says she’s managed a spirit group dedicated to the well-being of children on Earth.

Yang Fudse Cross-Contact

Yang Fudse described himself to us as a 2nd Century healer to the emperor of China. Since his death some 2,000 years ago he’s been living in that level 3 paradise world called Eden or Marduk where most of us awaken after we die. He joined the Timestream spirit group in 1993, and they sent these pictures of Yang to researchers on Earth in January 1994. The image on the left arrived in the TV of German researcher Adolf Homes. The one on the right was received through the FAX machine of Luxembourg researcher Maggy Fischbach.

Ezra Braun Cross-Contact

Ezra Braun was a German boy of Chinese descent. He had a fascination with his Chinese heritage and, after being diagnosed with terminal leukemia in 1982 at age 8, he also became fascinated with death and afterlife during the final years of his short life. He promised his parents he’d try to contact them after he died. These two pictures showed up on the TV of Adolf Homes (left) and in the computer of Maggy Fischbach (right) in 1992, several years after his funeral in 1986. (The partial face at the far left belongs to Timestream director Swejen Salter, who says, “Ezra’s smile is infectious!”)

itc-09 — Spirit Faces and Other Widespread ITC Contacts (G)

Note: The previous articles were mostly about the exceptional ITC contacts received by the INIT group, especially member Maggy Fischbach, late last century. The summary below provides a sampling of the many ITC contacts received by many researchers in recent years on both sides of the Atlantic. Additional contacts and lots of backstories and details are included in the complete article (itc-09).

As the diagram below suggests, ITC can be divided into widespread ITC (bottom left) and pure ITC (top left), which is very rare.

Here’s the difference between mainstream ITC and pure ITC:

• ITC, or instrumental transcommunication, involves any spirits (or extraterrestrials) with the will and skill to use our computers, phones, radios, cameras and other modern technologies to get information into our world. Metaphorically speaking, ITC is like having a shortwave radio that receives information from anyone tuned to the same (mental) frequency.
• Pure ITC is like having a secure multimedia connection or Zoom chat with refined friends. Under the right, rare conditions, spirits at level 3 can deliver extraordinary information to our world through a protected contact field, as seen and heard in the previous articles.

Now we explore the more widespread forms of ITC, which can also provide remarkable contacts under the right conditions. We’ll try to get a clearer idea of what those conditions are, as we glimpse the diverse spirits who make contact with specially suited experimenters on Earth.

Some of the most exceptional of the widespread ITC contacts were received by the Brits and the Brazilians.

Why Britain and Brazil? My guess? Those two countries have a rich heritage of Spiritualism and Spiritism, respectively—two traditions that acknowledge and embrace the presence of positive spirits in human lives. When a noble society embraces spirits and gods, then spirits and gods are always close by to help and support the people. (More about that in the complete article (itc-09).

The rest of the article is devoted mostly to the work of my former colleague Sonia Rinaldi in Brazil, especially her spirit face photos. We’ll also glimpse a few spirit face photos that I captured on Polaroid film here in the States from 1999 to around 2010. While my results are interesting, Sonia’s are exceptional. So, our different techniques and similar results provide a small cross-section of the more common forms of ITC research that are underway today.

My Spirit Face Photos

In 1999, I bought a device called a luminator (the black tower standing to the left in the picture) that allowed spirits to show themselves when I took pictures of people with a Polaroid camera.

When the photos developed, a spirit would often be superimposed over the person’s face. I would just turn on the luminator and start taking pictures in a room with an old-fashioned (analog) Polaroid camera under normal incandescent lighting.

Sunlight and halogen lights seemed to inhibit the spirit-face anomalies, but fluorescent lighting seemed to work okay.

Also, when Polaroid replaced its analog with digital photos, spirit face photos no longer appeared.

Here are a few notable examples of my spirit-face photos from 1999 until around 2010:

Those are among the most exceptional pictures I received during a decade of experimenting with the luminator. By far most photos had no spirit faces, but most of them had anomalies of some kind—blurring, light streaks… that sort of thing.

My spirit-face experiments got some attention for a while, and I appeared on a few TV shows:

itc-10 — ITC in Perspective

This final article ties things together—how ITC relates with other methods of spirit communication, and how it fits with today’s world.

Five Familiar Ways of Spirit Communication

How do we get information from spirit?

(Or more specifically, “from entities beyond the Earth”… which would include extraterrestrials. ETs are physical beings like us, living around level 1, maybe moving among parallel physical universes, but the focus here is spirit.)

There are at least five ways… well, five conscious, intentional ways.

(There are also subconscious ways, such as inspiration and conscience. And there are unintended ways, such as haunted buildings and troubled voices in the heads of schizophrenics. Those forms of spirit communication aren’t the focus of this discussion.)

The first two ways (A and B) are ITC contacts, in which our spirit friends deliver words and pictures mysteriously into our technologies—talking through a radio or showing themselves on TV, for example. ITC contacts can be challenging for our spirit friends, whose bodies are not as dense as ours and whose surroundings are shaped mentally, so they have to convert their thoughts and their reality, somehow, into languages and pictures of dense physical things that are meaningful to us on Earth.

The other three (C, D, and E) are silent, mind-to-mind communication techniques that are more natural for our spirit friends, but may seem a little mysterious and suspicious to most of us who are wrapped up in carnal living, or who don’t have a psychic gift, or who might even dismiss the whole notion of spirits and afterlife.

Here’s a brief description of those five techniques:

• A — Mainstream ITC involves any intelligent beings beyond the Earth who are willing and able to show themselves and share their thoughts through our technologies (such as audio and video recording devices) with pictures and words that we humans can understand and relate to. Usually these are spirit faces (that we can see) and short, spoken messages (that we can hear), as they come through our receiving technologies and are captured on recording devices.
• B — “Pure” ITC allows detailed, meaningful information to stream into TVs, radios, computers, phones, and other technologies of our world (level 1), sent to us by refined spirits in our afterlife paradise (level 3). That information comes through a protected communication bridge, or contact field (a resonant collective consciousness of everyone involved in the contacts, at both ends of the bridge). Pure ITC is a committed effort by refined spirit to convey the complex realities of their existence to us in customized ways that most people on Earth can understand and relate to—long voice messages, meaningful text composed in the language of the receivers, earth-like pictures, and so on. Most of this series has been about pure ITC contacts received for a few years at the end of last century, mostly by members of our INIT group… Maggy Fischbach of Luxembourg, in particular.

• C — Mediumship comes in many forms, but in general terms it means using our psychically attuned mind and body to receive (consciously or in trance) information from beyond the Earth. And the information can come from just about anywhere, depending on the medium—ranging from extraterrestrials and spirits of the dead in realms close to level 1, to highly refined beings in levels 5 through 7 who channel enlightened knowledge like A Course in Miracles, the Urantia Book, and the age-old holy texts of the world’s time-proven religions.
• D — Meditation in its various forms, practiced regularly, can gradually establish a rapport with brilliant beings in ethereal realms (levels 5 and above). It’s the way trained masters in the Far East historically performed “miracles” by channeling refined life-energy or powerful consciousness into our world. Even beginners soon feel the benefits of meditation, as their refined spiritual energies begin to play a bigger role in their lives, alleviating the stresses and strains of carnal living. With time, practiced meditation gets us through the shadowy spiritual debris around the planet to be in touch with highly refined ethereal forces. Generally speaking, though, meditation simply refines our spiritual vibration, and the more we meditate the “finer” we become.
• E — Centering prayer or contemplative prayer helps us make conscious contact with the source, or “inner light.” It’s the way people like Gautama Buddha and Jesus Christ found enlightenment and oneness with all-that-is. Improving that conscious connection typically takes a lot of devoted practice and inner work… though Jesus, by all accounts, came to Earth as a highly refined soul with a built-in awareness of (conscious connection to) the source, which he called “my Father.” Jesus also apparently came with a soul mission to establish a refined afterlife paradise for people on Earth, which came to be known as “the Kingdom of God.” For a Buddhist, contemplative prayer would more aptly be called contemplative, one-point meditation. (There’s a good contemplative prayer/meditation technique after the article to wrap everything up.*)

ITC—Q & A

Finally, here are a few questions and answers about ITC, its significance today, and its future possibilities.

• Why ITC?
• Why did pure ITC happen in the 1990s?
• Why did it end around the year 2000?
• Is another pure ITC bridge possible anytime soon?

Why ITC?

This question has lots of answers, but in a nutshell: If our psychic sensitivity or spiritual awareness is dormant, as it is for many of us today, then ITC contacts can be particularly meaningful.

How ITC Benefits Us. Mainly, when we can get spirits to communicate with us through our modern technologies, the contacts give us a better understanding of the spiritual forces that affect our world and our lives, in ways that we can see and hear. Contacts from positive spirits can be reassuring and inspiring.

How ITC Benefits the Spirits. Simply put, spirits can use ITC to get our attention. Many of us are unaware of the rich spiritual life that flourishes throughout the vast, living cosmos, so we harbor uncertainties and fears about life’s purpose and worry about what will happen to us at the end of a lifetime. Through ITC, spirit can reassure us that we’re not alone—that, ultimately, our personal destiny is bright and beautiful and in good hands, even if there are a few obstacles and shadows to overcome along the way.

Why Did “Pure” ITC Happen in the 1990s?

I’ve come to believe that finer spirit (The Seven, in particular) opened and sustained INIT’s pure ITC bridge with two primary aims:

• To rekindle human spirituality on Earth with an infusion of insights about our lives, our world, their lives, their world—and about the vast, timeless cosmos—in ways that we would find meaningful… inspiring messages and images delivered through our technologies, and
• To announce the end of an Epoch.

Rekindling Human Spirituality. Long-hidden truths about the cosmos and the afterlife streamed into our technologies between 1995 and 1999, most of them shared in the first eight articles of this series (especially the computer texts in the “itc-04” article).

Announcing the End of an Epoch. Apparently (according to ITC contacts) humans have been living on Earth for an inordinately long time, and things were generally peaceful until the age of dinosaurs, when predatory, parasitic, and competitive conditions became a part of ecosystems and social systems. (see a detailed timeline here…)

Since then, squabbling has been a way of life on Earth, and things just keep getting worse until finer beings who continually monitor the Earth and silently encourage and support humanity across the millennia simply facilitate the inevitable reboot, or system reset. They generally make a last-ditch effort to inspire, uplift, and educate humanity before the old Epoch ends and the new one begins. Earth is cleansed, and the cycle begins again.

As The Seven told us in 1996, via computer:

We have often given you the real purpose of ITC contacts: Mankind at the End Time should be led back to the principle. Light and darkness shall unite and form a whole again. What people experience now (late 20^th Century) is not the actual beginning of the apocalypse, but only the first symptoms of it. Before opposites can be united, the strength of unity among ITC people must increase and come from a pure heart. (9702 p16)

According to The Seven, the most recent major End Time (which was apparently the fall of Atlantis), happened like this. The Caste of Priests were having their final meeting at the Sothis Temple, located along the banks of the Euphrates River, where Babylon would emerge centuries later to mark the start of the next and current epoch. On that day long ago, the head priest was addressing the others:

“… Our civilization has become so indifferent that the innumerable dead, who perish of starvation and disease, have become a common sight for you. They elicit no more than a sigh, or in the best case, a tinge of protest. The streets of our cities have become the residence of legions of the homeless; drugs rule the world; men murder their brothers on a scale and with a bestiality that has not been seen since the (previous) dark ages….We believed that… the Gateway, the Space-Time Arch, was the last hope for our sick world. Why Did Pure ITC End Around the year 2000?

I have a feeling that they (Timestream spirit group and The Seven finer beings) worked very hard to get enough ITC information to us (INIT members) to prepare us (humanity) for the coming apocalypse. By the year 2000 it simply became too difficult to deliver further information to us through our technologies. A contact field needs mental harmony over a long period of time, but our biology and environment make that too difficult for us humans on Earth to sustain.

Is Another Pure ITC Bridge Possible?

Lately I’ve been thinking… there might be one more opportunity to get things in order here on Planet Earth. The notion is so radical, and so many people would squabble over the details, that there’s very little chance of it happening… but here goes….

Our spirit friends actually mentioned the following scenario in passing, though for the life of me I haven’t been able to find that ITC contact while writing this article.

The three big powers of the world—China, USA, and Russia—could work together to forge a framework for the future… then all the other powers would naturally fall in line. Instead of a world government or a United Nations, it would be shared values forging an alliance of the Big Three, and everyone else would presumably go along to get along.

Ideally, certain noble aims would be built into the framework, and the three big powers would be able to set aside their differences for the sake of compromise, collaboration, and world peace. Of course, those are staggering IFs.

These are some of the main factors that, I believe, would have to be taken into account:

• Find a stable balance between freedom and fairness in a new political system.
• Keep needs in line with resources in a new economic system that prevents overpopulation and overconsumption.
• Use clean energy while phasing out fossil fuels.
• Meet everyone’s basic needs after defining what those “basic” needs are, and support the program with a wealth tax, among other things. A “basic income” would be a good start.
• Urge tolerance and compatibility to promote resonance and harmony among us moody humans to the greatest extent possible.

I went into a bit of detail about each of those points in another article, for those interested.

I believe that those steps would get a lot of attention from the finer realms.

Then, a team of good-hearted souls from various countries and cultures, some of them psychically sensitive, would form an ITC experimental group or network. The members would probably have to be “hand-picked” by finer beings like The Seven, who can see through our secrets to observe the real person.

It would simply be a team of good-hearted people doing what’s right and good in the cosmic sense, in order to sustain a resonant communication bridge or contact field with finer spirit. Then, eternal truths and great mysteries of the cosmos would stream into our world through our technologies, giving humanity—the “Big Three” countries in particular—an opportunity to get things right, for the good of the planet.

The group would be autonomous, receiving guidance only from finer spirit. No direct influence by the competitive, parasitic, and predatory interests that are prevalent in our world (militaries, businesses, governments… even orthodox, evangelical, and proselytizing religions).

The group would deliver reports to their governments and make positive results public, then it would be up to governments, societies, and the people to reconcile the information and to take appropriate action at all levels… from the personal to the planetary.

Anyway, that’s the scenario that comes to my mind over the years, as more and more puzzle pieces keep falling into place. It’s basically just a broad-stroke picture of what might be humanity’s last chance in this Epoch, but it’s the best I can do, while contending with all of the dramas and limitations of a physical lifetime.

Contemplative Prayer or Meditation

This is one technique I like a lot.

• While sitting or lying comfortably with eyes closed, move your awareness from the head to the heart area. Train your mind to follow each in-breath from the head to the chest, and use each out-breath to anchor your mind there in the heart area. The mind may go there bit by bit, breath by breath. Keep the mind moving from the head and anchoring in the chest, moving and anchoring, moving and anchoring….
• Once your awareness seems to be fully in the heart area and the brain shuts down, contemplate for a while on the source… the eternal mystery… the all-that-is. (At this point I like to think a keyword like “source” on some of the out-breaths, to help me keep my mind anchored in the chest.)
• Finally, go into complete and utter silence for about a minute or less—in LISTENING mode—before the brain starts to reawaken and get active. It’s that moment of silent listening when you might get impressions of the finest kind, and seeds get planted for future insights.
