Light is everywhere. Relating to my previous post with the spirit face pictures (click here), I’d like to add an important point about the spiritual influences on our lives: To attract light, loving, supportive influences, think happy, pleasant thoughts and live with a sense of humor, wonder, optimism, and good will toward others. In this way you resonate only with the beneficial forces of life. Through meditation, prayer, and inner reflection, get in the habit of fostering happiness to wash away fears, doubts, and resentments… and to steadily separate yourself from those who harbor them. There’s an adage that it takes fewer muscles and less effort to smile than to frown. Likewise, it’s far easier to attract light spiritual influences than dark ones.
Of the innumerable spiritual minds flourishing throughout this vast, multidimensional universe, nearly all are driven by light, love, order, rational thought, and good will toward all life. Only out in the slowly vibrating fringes of this omniverse… only here can troubled thought forms spin off into pockets of darkness, chaos, and confusion … like a tiny blemish on the tip of the toe of an otherwise perfect, vibrant body!
You’re part of this vast, perfect body… don’t get caught up in the blemish. Move to the heart and be one with all. Know that all the answers are found in that central intelligence. When the problems and challenges of this world become too much to bear… turn them over to what we sometimes call the higher power. Solutions will then come streaming into you, into your life, into your world… through that higher power. Or, as good wife Regina says… Let go and let God.
Enjoy the light!

Hello Mr. Macy,
I’d like to try some meditations, but I don’t know where to start. Do you have any proven methods you use ?
Thank you, Patrik
Patrik, my favorite meditation for years, by far, is a heart meditation. The following link will suit your needs well, I believe:
[audio src="http://www.spiritfaces.com/sounds/HtMdtnSleep.mp3" /]
It is a heart meditation excerpt from a CD I co-produced with The Monroe Institute, or TMI, which uses “Hemi-Sync” signals that adjust the brain, moving your mind automatically to a good meditative state. This is PERFECT for beginning meditators.
Download the audio track and listen to it through stereo headphones. Since it puts you into a meditative state, don’t listen while driving. Best to sit or lie down.
The excerpt is from our Bridge to Paradise CD:

Good luck with your meditations. You’re bound for some amazing adventures, I’m sure!

Thank you Mr. Macy,
I will try your method (can’t wait to get some new quality headphones tomorrow) and later I’ll share my opinions and feelings.
